Well, there's no real update here at the moment. I just wanted to let you know I'm alive, though not really active RP wise due to other commitments at the moment.

Greetings for the wonderful month when summer begins...(for some parts of the world.)
There is a new Ranking system in the Vampire subforum for you vampires out there, and there is also a new Traitors to the Race thread. If you're a traitor to the vampire race, as in a vampire hunter, you might want to check it out.
We are working on a new storyline, but really that means we want more feedback about the last storyline, and some ideas for a new one. The place to post them would be in the OOC subforum where it says "Storylines". Post your idea there so we can get crankin' for the next storyline and chapter in the DNY history.
For those of you that graduated or are graduating in these next couple weeks, CONGRADULATIONS! For those of you that just ended school or will be ending in the next few weeks or so, congrats as well.

If you hadn't noticed, I'm back.. Ish. I can't get MSN and hotmail working on my computer and some things just won't load and stuff so I'm kinda' back when Gaia decides it wants to load. <_>;
I'd like to congratulate the guld on 1000 members. Makes me a happy Captain.
We're currently formulating a new storyline so watch this space (nothing to do with the havoc Kyrre's causing at the moment).

Welcome to the wonderful world of DNY, and for some of us, summer is coming to an unlikely close. Or slowing down, you decide.
We're still working on a new storyline. Don't forget to post ideas for storylines in the storyline thread in the OOC subforum.
On another note, if your character gets killed off, we would really appreciate it if there is no remainder of that character, as in the ghostness that's been going on. And no subconscious ghost business that seems to be happening. Just no ghosts. Thanks.
If your character does get knocked off, feel free to create a new character...don't forget to submit a new profile to the appropriate race, ect. Oh, and by the way, the Apartments blew up. 6 of them did anyway.
Enjoy the end of summer/fall.

17th of the Rad Fab month of OCTOBER
So it is with great joy that I announce that the storyline is on its kickoff and will be on a bigger kickoff shortly. We are in the middle of some fall cleaning...deleting old topics that really aren't applicable anymore and so on.
We all hope you enjoy your Halloween to the fullest with overstuffing yourself with candy that will eventually make you hyper beyond belief.
Keep up the RPage...but remember...

So the year of 2006 is nearing its final month. The days are getting darker, and DNY is approaching its 3rd birthday - old, I know. And I've managed it throughout all 3 years, and wouldn't abandon it even if my life depended on it.
Through the years, people have come and go. Friends old and new. And now it's a thriving RP community with 1100+ members and god knows how many posts. I've loved watching this guild grow, even though I'm a b***h about most things. D: I've not been on much due to University, but I assure you I lurk atleast once a day even if it's not for that long.
So. Enough with the rabling. To put it bluntly, it's Demonic New York's 3rd Birthday on the 1st December. I will be organising something to help celebrate it, I promise. With help from my Mod team of course.

Think your character needs wings? Well think again. This is a wingless RP and if you have slipped by in having wings...they need to quickly disappear or you will be warned, ect.
We apologize if there has been any problem reguarding whether you should have wings or not. You shouldn't. Hope that is cleared up.
The Storyline has started to kick off, so pay attention and start RPing.
Added ninja-note: There are no chain lightning or fireball spells in this rp either. Magic = not good. And remember, the streets of NY have people on them - be discreet when possible!

So the year is nearly coming to a close. Well lemme tell you what's going to happen in the near future.
There is a secret santa thread in the OOC subforum, if you would like to get involved be quick! As the closing date for entries is soon, but you don't have to do it of course.
The DNY awards will soon be coming back with a vengence! When I can get my graphics program working properly <_>;; But anyway, that is all for now. Be sure to stay tuned to the storyline.

Indeed, a happy New Year is in order, yet perhaps a bit late...
The storyline is progressing further and a new chapter will be up soon. The DNY Awards are coming soon as well, though promised a while ago, we always forget how busy new semesters can be as well as holiday seasons, and other busy things.
For some, spring is on the rise, so hooray for that...unless you're a polar bear, so, whatever. Keep getting involved, try not to godmod because that's just no fun for anyone.

Wow. A little late on the updating, I know but I understand that all of us have been a little busy lately what with it being the end of term time for the most of us~
Just a few notes:
The DNY awards will be happening eventually, it's just I've been horribly busy lately D:
A new link has been added to the links thread~ Zion and RP portal. It's basically an advertising guild of sorts, so if you are lookig for a different kind of RP, check it out.
That's all for now~ The storyline will be moving on as soon as more people become active (Damn school/uni D: )
