To General Tso: Have a serious talk with your boss about how you feel and try to work out what he will and will not allow you to do. Then you can work off of that, and see if you can get some leniency on some of the things he said you couldnt do.
To Tokyo: Go to an event where she is preforming at and complement her on the good job she did. All girls love complements then be very subtle about asking her out after you complement her.
Example: I really enjoyed watching you during the _Insert Event She Was At___, I was wondering if your not busy _Insert Day__ night maybe you would like to go out for __Insert Activity___.

okay:
1) you are allowed to discharge small grenades at a targeted enemy
2) you are allowed to practice your demolition techniques on the Militia grounds, but ONLY in the training area, and nothing over 1 Mega ton of demolitions
3) do not attempt to place charges or explosives on members, or attempt to harm them with explosives intentionaly
4) on the battle feild, your explosives only when ordered by a senior
5) find and use the thing called common sence
does that explain enough? 3nodding
