From now on anyone who wants to be Chunin, Jonin, Medical ninja, Anbu, or an Hunter ninja must take the Exam If you already have your profile up its ok you don't have to change it.

Bio: Kagi is a well known ninja of the Kumogakure, he passed the academy when he was about 9 at the top of his class and became a chunin at the age of 12, he was a really strong ninja but he also advanced because he could think well under tough situations, he is a Anbu ninja of the lightning village and has mastered his elemental chakras. Kagi was was very strong for he was the only suvivor of his clan, he grew up training harder then any ninja and mastering his Clan abilities.

Bio: Was born second from two twins. They were born into a clan that did not have a threatening kekkei genkai, but with a special trait that is born in twins - which was rare because the clan was a dying one. The trait allowed two twins to share a special bond and over time can hold each other's thoughts and emotions like one of their own. Before when that unknown clan flourished, the shinobi of this clan were prominent spies for their country. They could conduct research and statistics in private in almost any country they could infilitrate. The bonding trait made the work even easier - the first born was the body and the second was the soul. Thus Hikari born second is the chain and soul of the two twins. When the body of the clan was killed, their soul is preserved in the second twin and can be ressurected in a new vessel. This was a skill long forgotten.

Because their family was now small, the clan bloodline if you could call it was slowly being forgotten. As twins were born, the younger of the family were curious and excited for new members of the family but the elder - who have not forgotten the skills of the bloodline wonder if with the two newborns, they could remake their clan to what it once was. Even Hikari's parents took sides. Her father who was a shinobi wanted to encourage her and her twin brother Tsukuyomi to train and become shinobi as well. Their mother, even though was a ninja didn't want Hikari to leave the home. At a young age she was a weak and sick child, and putting her life more in danger than it already was is too much for a mother to handle. The pressure of the clan was slightly coerce with Hikari's mother deciding on that, and slowly the woman changed her mind forcefully knowing she could not win an arguement like this. Not when they could keep the clan alive longer

Element: Use of Taijutsu and Wind/water
Bio: To feel the happiness of another directly along with their pain and suffering has put empathy to a whole new level. Tsukuyomi is the first to be born of the two twins in his clan. Therefore he is the body. Tsukuyomi is very well off compared to his sister, but his mental suffering is the same for both of them. When Hikari's falling sickness takes over, Tsukuyomi also has to endure the pain - the body is able to shut off communication with the soul but taking each other's pain lessens it for the receiver and puts less stress on them both physically. Though the twins get along quite well, they hold many different or opposite interests. Hikari cannot hold metal weapons and therefore Tsukuyomi holds twin wakizashi's to cover what his sister could not do.

He also was able to learn Taijutsu skills, on the other hand his sister was too weak to lift a fist. He is mentally weaker than Hikari is though and because of epilepsy pains he has to endure from the mind of his twin, he has a harder time concentrating and so refused to learn any genjutsu. They both have been on the run ever since they found their parent's true ambiton.
