Godric nodded. "It's summer now, so I doubt there is anything frozen, thought that would be cool." He chuckled as he too jumped into the water. He swam over to Tvinna and began to follow her.

Tvinna looked back at Godric in time to see him jump in, and moved away slightly as he swam up to her. "I wonder how long it will take for us to see some mountains," she said to him as the swam, trees now blocking their view above them.

Godric shurgged slightly. "I'm really not sure. I shouldn't be too long. If we are in the river and everything. It might be faster then walking to get there."

Tvinna nodded and popped under for a moment to wet her drying head. "Yeah. If we walked we'd have to worry about mud and icky grass and bugs and stuff. We get to feel cool and refreshed while we go the easy and fun way!" she said as she swam, her tail snaking behind her and her ears straight up. She looked back at Godric and smiled again.

Godric laughed as a fish brushed by him. "Though, there are fish swimming by in the river." He chuckled again. At least he wasn't afriad of fish or anything.
As they walked he saw the mountains coming. "Look I think I see the mountains!" He had been there a few times with his family so he thought he was right.

Tvinna laughed and pawed at one of the fish, missing on purpose. She looked up when he spoke, and beamed as a few mountain peaks could be seen over the treetops. "Yeah! I see them!" she happily said.

"Aren't they pretty? You should see them when there is snow on them...it looks nice." Since it was summer there wasn't any snow on the peaks, but Godric knew that there would be soon enough.
Godric kept swimming up the river. "Do you think the river will lead to a hot springs?"

"I bet it does!" Tvinna agreed as she looked up in awe at the brown points. She smiled as she imagined them white, and reminded herself to visit there in the future. "I don't think it goes straight to a hot springs, cause if it did the water would be hot. It probably goes near one though."

Godric nodded. "Yeah, that's very true. So, I guess once we get to the mountains we should get out and take a look around?" He asked as he kept swimming. That was the best idea that he had.

Tvinna nodded and smiled before saying, "That sounds like a plan!" She looked up as she continued to swim at the mountaintops that were growing closer and larger.

Normally it felt like forever when getting to the mountains with Godric's family, but not this time. Was it the river or was it the company. He looked over to Tvinna and smiled with a bit of blush. "Yeah, okay. Should we sing a song as we go?"

Tvinna smiled. "Sure!" she said before beginning to sing. "When I was young it seemed like life was so wonderful, a miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical. And all the birds in the trees well they'd be singing so happily, oh joyfully, oh playfully, watching me..."(this song [ x])

Godric listened to Tvinna singing. It was very pretty. He didn't know the words himself, but after a bit he was able to hum the tune. The song and her singing made the swim seem ever nicer.

Tvinna looked at Godric with a smile and was glad to hear him humming the beat. "...But then they sent me away to teach me how to be sensible, logical, oh responsible, practical. And then they showed me a world where I could be something fathomable, political, oh intellectual, cynical."

Godric wanted to ask Tvinna where she learned the song, but that would mean interupting her and he didn't want to do that. Her singing was too pretty and nice for him to be so rude. He kept humming along as he swam. The mountains were getting closer and closer.
