Intro: The Hughes family is an old line of cattuar in the gypsy world, though small and limited. They travelled a lot during the summer days and settled temporarily for the cold winters. For food and coin, they turned their magic abilities into entertainment for those without magic. When Grant discovered his own magic, he was pushed into the family business like his siblings. He quickly learned to hate it. He didn’t want to go around catering to others and having money thrown at him while being laughed at, barely scraping by. He wanted something he thought more respectable, where others instead handed him the coin for his services. Encouraged by various circumstances, he left home as a young teen in search of a town to settle and stay in for all seasons.
Personality: Very conscious of how others see him, he keeps a well manicured appearance and nature. He keeps his magic to himself, not liking attention based on his magic. He’d rather others focus on his abilities as a business man. He isn't much for social skills outside of the business environment, and is actually fairly shy around others.

Intro: One of three children born between two males out for a good time. He was given to Mistaya and Taran as a baby by his father, Owen, who hoped that a more stable lifestyle than that of a pirate would be beneficial to his son.
Personality: Though his adoptive parents tried, the wrong (or right) crowd and genes ruled over their attempts to raise an 'honorable' young man. Sebastian is confident, smart and playful, and has no qualms about stealing. He makes a regular occupation of it in fact. With a quick wit as well as quick fingers, he's a danger to any stallowner's goods. Being second in command of a large crew of thieves has instilled a subtle sense of responsibility in him, and while he's usually very laxy-daisy in his duties as second, he will step up to the plate when needed. Unlike what might be believed, he hates killing, and is more a behind-the-scenes runner, keeping things flowing smoothly for those who actually go out on the raids.

Personality: An active adult, Hatchford, or Hatch, as he prefers to be called, is always on the move. He's a speedy hunter, able to chase down just about anything. Like his father, he doesn't speak very much, but unlike his father, he can speak well when he does speak. He prefers the freedom of the wilderness to any town or village. He likes to look out for his siblings and protect them, though he knows they can handle theirselves. It's a big brother thing.

Intro: Past unknown to her, Ourania grew up in a small orphanage that was barely able to feed all the children it held. Still, the centaur was a content child who usually kept to herself and found peace in teaching herself to read and write, and exploring the world around her.
After gaining the friendship of little Eldora, Eldora's grandfather Rapheal decided it best to adopt the orphan child himself, much to the joy of the two little girls.
Personality: Sharp as a tack, is always exploring and investigating. Her curiosity outweighs her sense of caution though, so it tends to get the better of her. She has a love for the medical field, and has been studying it on the side.

Intro: Fox comes from a family of rogues who made their living travelling the land and stealing whatever they pleased. His parents were about mid-tier in the pack hierarchy, and were well respected for their skills. However, his mother was having doubts about their life. The couple was young and idealistic, and wanted a better, less dangerous life for their coming children. Of course, the pack would have no talk of leaving. No one left the pack once they were part of it.
They were determined though. After giving birth to two adorable boys, the couple ran. They didn’t run far enough though. It was a sunny evening months later that Fox’s father took him off for a small hunting day, his mother and brother staying home since the other boy was ill. When they returned, a merciless nightmare was waiting for them. Just barely able to escape the waiting ambush, Fox’s father took him and ran again. It was luck that they stumbled upon a healer cattaur in the woods who aided them and cared for the adult’s wounds.
They stayed under the cattaur’s protection for a while, but knew it would still be dangerous to stay. Again, it was time to run. They passed through two islands before his father thought it would be safe to stop. After a chance encounter in his childhood, his father left him in the care of Tyrus and his friends for Fox's safety, not knowing the other boy was part of a gang of thieves.
Personality: With the constant moving in his infancy and childhood, Fox doesn’t know how to sit still. He is always running around doing something, and has become a sort of general handyman. He isn't really the most social, but he has learned to open up to those he sees semi-regularly. He still continues to find it hard to make personal connections aside from Tyrus, his best friend since their childhood, and quite frankly could care less about gaining more friends than he has. This guy is built like a rock, and you don't want to be on the wrong side of his fists, since he tends to speak through them when angered. Especially considering that his temper isn't always the most stable thing in the world... Just don't threaten his friends/family, and there'll be no problem.
When his brother showed up out of nowhere and told him their father was dead, it was a shock. He didn't trust Conroy fully yet, being his usual non-trusty self, but he was slowly warming to the fact that he had a brother again. Unfortunately, his wariness proved to be right this time. A violent confrontation resulted in Conroy, now Garrett, being severely wounded, and Fox nearly dead. Having miraculously escaped that fate, he has discovered a renewed vigor for life.

Personality: Affectionate and loving, she doesn't wander far from her family. She is extremely shy around strangers still, though is always polite and friendly to everyone. Intro: Born to a family of forest caretakers, Constance was one of three children from a long line of plant magic cattaurs. She and her siblings were raised in nature; no houses, no restaurants, no clothing. Anything they ate or used came from the land. Her name means “forever heavenly flower”, and her parents would tease and say she was born holding a bouquet of flowers. With a surplus of caretakers at home, Constance left as soon as she was able to, roughly her early teen years, excited about being able to find new land to care for.
In her travels, she was granted the companionship of Euthalia, a pygmy cattaur with a spring spirit within. They work together to cleanse the earth, though Euthalia tends to work on the flowers more than anything else, and is easily distracted.
Personality: Constance is a down-to-earth woman with a surprisingly straightforward approach to life, though others might not see it that way. She is very in touch with the environment around her, and can tell what the weather is going to do. Though she spends the majority of her time out in nature, she is very friendly around other taur. Because of her background, she doesn't like entering buildings where her paws are not touching the earth or where the sky isn't unobstructed above her head. She has devoted herself to service for the land, so getting her to settle down will be tricky for those interested. Still, when she opens up to someone, her naivety and innocence shines right out, giving in to the childhood that she didn't really have. Having lived in the woods her whole life, she can be very naive to the ways of other taur, which has gotten her into trouble before.

Personality: Growing up with Cassidy as a mother has made Halcyon into a responsible and organized adult. She watches out for her mother with great affection and an impressive wealth of patience, both of which extend to other facets of her life. Even so, she did adopt the flighty harpy's excitement for life, and is constantly exploring with the elder. She's easy to approach, and is not easily detered from a task she has set her mind to.

Intro: Jupiter and Kotone's second daughter, their second batch of eggs!
On a trip out, her parents had left her and her brother on a ledge to get some sun while they explored nearby, a gentle current slowly shifting her away from her brother. While they were distracted with their work, a teenage syrin named Meri scooped up Rho, taking it upon herself to "save" the egg from "neglectful" parents and is being raised as her sister.
As a teen, she discovered a large egg. Mistaking it for a pretty stone, she grabbed it and stuck it on a shelf in her room. That egg hatched one day, revealing a manta girl, and Rhonann has leapt at the opportunity to act as the manta's guardian.
Personality: Rhonann is a loud and spirited little syrin. She's not afraid to state her opinion and generally does as she pleases, thanks to her "sister's" influence. For now, she sometimes gets the feeling that something is missing in her life, but life with Meri is always an adventure, keeping her busy and from lingering on such thoughts for too long.

He was seperated from his family during a fierce fight, and didn't know his father and brother were still alive until he was a bit older. Currently, he goes by his birth name, Conroy Murdock. He recently found his brother, Fox Murdock, who thought he was dead, and is trying hard to work through the rough transition of bonding. He doesn't talk about his life up until now very much......... As a lad, he was told by his wicked clan that his father was a traitor who had stolen his brother away and killed their mother. Being taken at such a young and impressionable age left the fox vulnerable to his clan’s dark influences, even given a name different than his birth name. He was raised on the lifestyle of his fierce rogue clan, trained to fight and steal, and had one idea instilled into his mind; for the pride of his pack, out there somewhere is a father and a brother he is destined to kill… He succeeded in both, though with varying results when it came to his brother..
Personality: When he wants to blend in and draw friendly ears, he is Conroy, who is sweet and warm and makes for an easy friend. However, he can revert to being Garrett again as quick as a flash, and the taur that he was laughing with moments ago would then be getting choked to death the next. Raised to be cold and uncaring, he puts himself, and then his clan, before all others. While his Conroy persona is caring, he does not truly give a moment of concern for anyone. He’s trained in stealth and the art of deceiving, able to change from an angelic smile to an icy snarl in the blink of an eye.
