The sensai chooses the students
who they think are most capable
of passing the exam.
(This could be all of them.)
The students should understand that
if they are not picked, that they need
to try harder and it is not because of
a -he (or she)picked favorites- deal.
The chosen students should answer the
question of why we should allow them
to take the exam. If we like the answer and
they have no past of 'I'm going to kill
you because you said I'm fat' or something like
that, then they should be able to do the exam."

"That seems fair, as the sensei should decide which students are capable. But what Neko said is correct...some of them are just trying to achieve a higher rank as chuunin are allowed to have a 2nd element and can learn jutsu on their own."

Susumu lets everyone speak and records everything down that is said " A simple solution would be sign-ups for gennin, (a way to test activity), also we will hold 3 tests in which the participants will be required to (Rp) through the whole thing and will be graded fairly. a written test, in which we will also be testing how well they can use their ninja capabilities for collecting information, and interpreting situations, A survival test, and a tournement. All throughout I would like proctors to be administering their own tests too see how astute and on guard the aspiring Chunin are"

(In the crew forum we are discussing an idea for the Chuunin Exams but its in the works)

wow, the only proctor we ever had was Anhellsin, heh heh heh
"we hafe to have a proctor based on the test. For example if you want to have a test that would get rid of most of the genin, it would probably have to be so complex that it twists the mind to no end. A test making you think what a real chunin would have to go through every day, then you would want a proctor who is based like that"
