The TARDIS replicates his current outfits for him. Theoretically he should dump the old ones in the disposal, but a lot of it probably ends up on his floor instead out of laundry-laziness.

they must air it
i remember hearing about the doctor who movie [with #8] it apparently aired in america as well but they postponed the actually filming for the series b/c the ratings were high enough
maybe that is what they are doing

Exo-Polition i would hate it if he left sad well no i could never hate Doctor Who... but i would be heart broken 3nodding Yeahh, it wouldn't be SO bad though, I mean... yeah no sunday night Tennant fix (or whatever day it's on where you are), so the absence of attractive Scottish male... yes worth grieving over, but... I think it would sort of be like every time the doctor regenerates- you're angry and sad and intrigued for the first two epi's, but then the new doctor grows on you. And it's all ok again.

Need Doctor Who fix. I miss my fix every Friday night here in the US. If he left it would be worse. I don't adapt to change well.

* Recurring press and fan rumours suggest that Tennant will regenerate in this story, despite producer Julie Gardner announcing that he is to appear in all the special episodes planned for 2009.* Guest star David Morrissey is often referenced as being the next actor to play the Doctor, however as of September 2008 no information has been officially released regarding the nature of the character he plays beyond the fact that, for reasons yet to be revealed, he is referred to as The Doctor.
* The title of the story, The Next Doctor, was announced in late September 2008, and is expected to further fan the flames of speculation regarding the future of Tennant with the series. In Doctor Who Magazine No. 400 (October 200 cool , Tennant indicates that he is going to start filming the 2009 specials as of January 2009, suggesting he will continue in the role, which would make sense as the RSC production of Hamlet finishes around this time.
* The Sun[3] newspaper in the UK has reported David Morrissey will be playing The Doctor in this episode with David Tennant taking the companion role.The BBC's official Doctor Who website, has confirmed that David Morrissey is playing a character that calls himself The Doctor[4]. "
