It's been over five months since he's been given that proposal. Ericka Nara... She said she'd be back to receive an answer from him, but ever since that day, he hadn't heard any response from her. It was almost as if she had disappeared. However, he knew that she'd be back. This time, he'll be more prepared.
Since that day, he's been practicing harder than ever. Numerous styles of ninjutsu has been added to his arsenal. He's even learned... better not reveal it. That was a special style that only a few have ever perfected.
The night wind blew across the top of the Hokage Tower. The summer wind hit Saraiku gently as he kneeled over the hand rails on the roof. He just had to get away from all that paperwork for a few minutes. Looking to the rest of the village, he saw all the families making their way back home in time for dinner. Everything seemed peaceful that night...

...But the peaceful was about to be interrupted. Through the village one could hear the sound of a flute faintly playing along the breeze. This sound swerved around the Hokage's towers, twisted up to the very balcony Saraiku sat admiring the safety of his village. She wished she had killed some people, just for the fun of seeing him run to save his precious image. She had a feeling he was going to recline her and possibly start a fight, which she was glad to oblige. Next to him the wind did gather and stopped. Silence for a second to long, and then from the bottom of his tower, a rock did fly, straight at the balcony where he did sit. Looking down one could see it was Ericka, she had come after all. She stood with a little smirk on here face, that soon grew to what was her serious face, mean and demonic looking.
"About my proposal: Do you accept or do you disincline? "She called up from below, a smile returning to her face. She thought that this whole ordeal was funny, just a small piece of her game. "And if your wondering why I'm not up there; it's because I don't want you to ruin your wounderous tower. "

The sound of the silent flute whispering across the peaceful village was deadly. Alarmed to hear such a sound, the Hokage nearly jumped. Only one person could've conducted such a frightening melody... "Ericka Nara..."
Looking around, he tried to figure out where the sound came from. It seemed to get closer... and closer... it stopped. Replacing it was the sound of a rock thudding on the roof right underneath his feet. Looking down, he saw the same girl he encountered five months ago...
After hearing her statement, he jumped down from the rooftop. Dusting his clothes off, he gave her a serious look. "Well, I must say that it was an honor to be thought of so highly by you that you'd give me a spot on your team, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline. Such a thing wouldn't look so good on my resume."

"Scared of a little dirt? I got some of a different kind, lets see how good you are at following along." Ericka said with a hint of sarcasm. "Resume huh? All you kages are the same... well, I gave you a chance. Now you get to see the darker side of the big picture."She shook her head and shrugged as she spoke then looked back at the Hokage; she started to laugh, like he had just said some kind of joke."You thought you were special? What, because your a kage? Ba! Your just a little pawn, there are bigger, better people out there; and I shall collect them and make my own personal chess set!"She threw open her arms to show the emphasis."Your right, you are kinda special. You have a beast with in you and yes and I wanted him. But I bet... those other pest, will try to gather him too. I wasn't going to kill you for him though... but you'll see, I can wait and you will surrender. Maybe not now, or next time... but you will. "She smiled, her wicked smile.
"I'll give you a second to think about this... and then its your move. Just wanting to tell ya, as soon as I blow my flute, your in a check mate. So, chose carefully what you do."She was sure what he was going to do, well, at least mostly. She figured he could do one of many things, or if he was smart he would do many of one things. Either way, she stood ready to recive what he was going to do.

"I'm flattered that you're getting so angry over my refusal. I must remember to do this more often," he replied, a smirk rising upon his face. It was somewhat amusing to watch her reaction. At the same time, he could tell that she was extremely serious about this entire organization. "Look, I don't think I'm special because I'm the Hokage. You probably know that there are more shinobi out there than there are stars in space. This game of chess your want to play; you're considered the black king. You want to enroll shinobi from all over for this game of yours. However, there's something you're forgetting. I'm the white king. In the end, you'll lose everything: your pawns, bishops, knights. You'll be defenseless against the rest of the ninjas in the world who want to bring you down."
While announcing this, he was planning in his head what to do with her at the moment. He could let her go into the night, but that would end up with a violent future. He could assault her then, but that would be too obvious. He needed to somehow surprise her in this. "You seem to know many things about me, Ericka," he said, turning around, picking up a pebble. "You've probably heard some of my nicknames. The Elemental Ninja; the Wind of the Forest; but one of my favorites has got to be the Toad of the Leaf. It's funny how I got that nickname..." Just then, he turned around and placed a hand on the ground. A summoning sign appeared on the floor, and from that sign, appeared three toads: Gama, a toad of an overgrown porportion, who appeared underneath him, and Shima and Fukasaku, two elder toads who sat upon his shoulders.
"Ehh? Saraiku? Why've ya' gone an' called us out so late?" said Fukasaku, the male toad on his shoulder. "Would you much rather have this wait til the morning, when the entire village is destroyed?" Ignoring any more argument, he placed his right hand on Gama, shouting, "Toad-Style: Water Canon!" A rapid shot of water came out of Gama's mouth, making its way toward Ericka at a miraculous speed.
