Amanda woke up to a rainy day. She groaned. figures.... She realized all the similarites to the places, things and even ideas from the book.She just shrugged. If it was real...she was cool with it.
She started the day off getting dressed in a typical fall outfit (her pic). She walked downstairs. Charlie had already left. She sat down in the chair for a split second.Then she stuffed a granola bar into her mouth.
She didn't want to be late.So she hopped into her Old red ford and started it up heading for school. She knew the population was small.But what were the chances right? Its not like there was really a Jacob or Alice...let alone Him... she banished it. It was just a book...right? She took a deep breath and parked the truck... I can do this...who am I kidding

Edward got up from bed and yawned. It wasn't like he was asleep...he couldn't but he was somewhat 'tired'. Time went by slowly last night and it irritated him. He took as long as he could to get ready for school. Brushing his teeth, brushing and styling his hair, picking out his clothes, everything. Even Rosalie got done before he did. Edward found himself in a rather raunchy mood so he left a note to his family that he'd be taking the Volvo and they could pile in Rosalie's car. He sighed and grabbed the keys from the top of the piano. When he started the car, as usual, it didn't make a sound. He pulled out of their long driveway and sped his way to school. Edward was going one hundred twenty, which for him was slow as a snail. By the time he got the parking lot...well...there weren't many people there either way. He parked next to a rather....ugly looking truck. The driver was still inside and from the looks of it, it was a girl though he had never seen her before...and he remembered everyone.
"Oh well, fresh blood." Edward smiled to himself about the irony in his words. Today would be quite...different.
He stepped out of his car and reached into the back of his car to pull out his books. It was too early, much too early so he found himself sitting on the hood of his car waiting for the bell to ring.

Jacob walked outside and smelled the air, salty. He was so close to the ocean...it felt wonderful in the morning. He didn't feel the need to go to school today, he'd probably skip...unless Billy was home. Jacob walked back to his house, his shirt was left somewhere in the woods where he had just come from. The lights in the house were all off, either Billy was playing a joke on him...or he was gone. Jacob took the second option and turned around to head to his shed. There was a car there, it was half built and rusty. His friend Embry told him to fix it for him so he agreed.
"You owe me...." Jacob muttered getting down on his back to inspect the under carriage.
The car was a complete mess. COMPLETE mess. Jacob had fixed the engine and was able to get it running, now he just needed some extra car parts to fix up the body and maybe some paint for a touch up. God knew the car needed it. He looked up into the sky, it was overcast...like it always was. He sighed and put down his tools and walked outside. Nothing was different...at all. Everything was still, he couldn't even hear his pack. That was something new. Telepathically he contacted his pack to see what they were doing, sure it was spying but it wasn't his fault, he was smart to use it and he'd use that to his defense. They were all out doing regular things...nothing out of the ordinary.
"Life just gets quieter and quieter around here...."

Amanda sat in her car thinking. Get in..get out.Simple as that...geesh.Why am I so clumsy...I probably will trip...breath Amanda breath.... she looked out her truck windshield.She noticed somthing out of the corner of her eye. Oh God.... It was a Shiny silver Volvo..she was about to panic then stopped. it can't be its one in a million. She opened her car door and jumped out.She adjusted her scarf and took her bag. She didn't even look at the driver...to risky.
She walked acrossed the pavement towards the office. She almost tripped over her foot when the wind started to blow. Her brown hair flowed gentley in the breeze.She cuddled into her sweatshirt and kept walking.

Edward was busy thinking and mulling things over when a curious scent caught his attention. He turned around quickly and noticed a girl walking by. He looked back at the truck and the driver was gone. Pegged. So that was the new girl? She was...attractive in a sort of...unknown way. The scent was strong and heady, it made him dizzy. Edward gripped the edge of his car for support. He had never felt this way before, even when he went hunting with Emmett. It drove him nuts! When she tripped, Edward smiled. So, she was a clutz? Maybe, it was too early to judge. On a whim, Edward decided to talk to her. He got up off of his car and caught up with the girl, easily keeping stride with her walk.
"Excuse me m-" A breeze blew by and made the scent even stronger, he couldn't even speak. All he wanted was to take her right there.....on the spot. No! He couldn't do that. "Umm....excuse me miss, are you new here?" Edward offered up a small crooked smile.
The girl was interresting. She made him curious...and a little angry. He had been content with his life....just smelling her drove him crazy with lust and desire. It was all her fault...

Jacob decided to take their other car and drive into town with it. He needed the exciement and the extra car parts for his project. People were out and about doing their jobs and such. He felt sorta bad for missing school...oh well. He parked his car outsie of a mechanic's shop, when the man at the front counter saw him, he nearly wet his pants. The clerk was yelling at him and how he was too young to drive and all that...he got it a lot.
"Hey, calm down. I'm legal, check it out." Jacob reached into his back pocket and flashed his I.D.
After the man was satisfied...and checked like, ten times that it wasn't counterfeit, he let him brows the selections. There were rims for every type of car and he found some that he liked and knew would look good for the new car.
"I'll take these thanks." Jacob paid the man and left with the new rims.
Jacob couldn't get home fast enough, he was excited to put the new parts onto the car.

Alice had just gotten back from her little hunting expedition in the woods. She now fully understood Emmet's veiws on grizzly bears, they were rather tasty. It was now 4 o'clock in the morning by the time she had come home, earlier than usual because she had had a vision whilie hunting.
In her vision Alice saw her "brother"- well he was like a brother to her anyways- Edward finding a human girl that would catch his attention. Not in the normal, oh I see you attention catching way, but the bloodthirsty "I want to drink your blood" way. She wanted to warn Edward about this, but he had left before she even got home. So Alice jumped in her yellow porsche and was off to school.
At school, Alice noticed Edward talking to a girl- the same girl she had had a vision about. Edward Cullen!! Get away from that girl! she thought, knowing Edward would hear her.

Amanda stopped frozen. NO WAY she looked up slowley. It blew her away. It cant be...no...nononononono. She cleared her mind. wait..can he hear me?...what am I thinking!? Vampires arent real.... she took a breath slowly "y-yes I am.." she blushed a slite pink.
The wind blew again and she cuddled in her sweatshirt. It was cold...and it started to rain again.She looked at the guy.He ..he was beautifle.His pale skin...no!its Not Edward damn it!

Edward shoved his hands in his pockets, the wind blew again and he clenched his jaws tight. He had control, he knew it...he just had to concentrate. He smiled hearing everything she thought, apparently she thought he wasn't real. Well...sometimes he had that affect on people. He brushed the hair away from his eyes, the golden maple color fully coming through.
"Well, my name is Edward...Edward Cullen. And you are?" Edward tried his best to be polite, even though he could hear Alice's voice in his head.
He wanted to jump at her and yell at her from thinkng that he didn't have any control. So, he sort of did.
Alice...shut up. You're thinking too loud again. I have enough control don't wory about it. Where are the others? Is Emmett done hunting yet?
Edward noticed that he was spacing out a little bit...he fazed back in and smiled sheepishly.
"Sorry for that...I space out sometimes."

Alice was not going to let Edward possibly kill this poor girl because he didn't have enough brains to just walk away, so she decided to take it in her own hands. Edward! If you don't leave her alone I will come over there. she screamed in her head, knowing edward would hear it as a scream to.
After a few seconds of no signs of movement from Edward, Alice got out of her yellow porsche, slamming the door. You wait til I get over there. she seemed to snarl in her head.
Walking up to Edward and this girl, Alice saw that she was staring at him for some reason. Smiling, Alice stuck out her hand "Hello, my name is Alice Cullen. What's your name?" Alice said sweetly.

Amandas jaw almost dropped.[[he's not supposed to hear her><]]
"Uh..Amanda" she said after a quick blackout herself. She took a deep breath,fixing her hair and scarf. She wrapped her arms around her chest and looked towards the office "if you don't mind I have to go...check in.."she shyly. She smiled softly and started walking again.

Edward smiled and let her walk away. When she was a good distance away from him he turned and faced Alice. He glared with eyes like daggers.
"You know, I could have handled it. Now she probably thinks I'm some weirdo or something....you should learn to mind your own business. Oh, and learn to stop yelling your thoughts, they are beginning to give me major headaches." Edward walked back to his car and picked up his books. The bell would ring soon and there was no reason to be late to class now. "You still didn't answer my question Alice....where are they? Still out hunting?" Edward whispered the last bit, his lips barely moving but he knew all too well that Alice would be able to hear him perfectly.
He walked away, hoping that everything looked fine and that they weren't too close. Either way, Edward would be able to hear her through his mind. Things were going to get more difficult....especialy if he had classes with that girl....Amanda. It was an ordinary name but it suited her. Not ordinary like boring, to him the name was unique as she was to him.

Alice couldn't believe Edward was talking to her like that. I came back early because I had a vision Edward. About you and that girl. The whole situation gets a lot worse as the day goes on. she thought to him.
And everybody is still hunting. I only returned to warn you, but aparently you think you can handle it yourself. she thought in words of venom.
Alice then walked up to the school building and went inside. She couldn't wait to see how Edward was acting during lunch. Unlike everybody else, including Edward because she blocked it from him, that something was going to happen.

Edward froze at his locker, hearing everything Alice said loud and clear. She sounded clearly ticked off that he was acting somewhat arrogant and stubborn. He felt horrible for acting that way...his whole morning had been thrown off by that girl. This morning he had been irritable and just had an awful attitude. He wanted to say sorry to Alice but didn't bother to, she would be at the table at lunch so he could appologize then. If things were going to get worse with that girl around...he'd have to stay away. This morning he had trouble with his control...who knows what would happen if Alice said it would only get worse.
He took in a deep breath and closed his eyes, his forehead was resting gently against his locker door. He could hear girls passing him by giggling...and things. One girl wanted to see him with his shirt off. He smiled at that. Edward wasn't the prideful type but he did take pride in knowing that his body was sculpted at least....though it was nothing compared to Emmett who was only a hulking mass of muscle. Edward pulled out his cell phone to check it for messages. There weren't any. It seemed like no one was doing anything today...it was much too slow, something had to be up.

During the period right before lunch Alice sent Edward a text message that said:
'Hey brother, having fun? Hahaha'
Alice was purposly torchering Edward because she had a vision that Edward saw the girl in the hallway earlier before the period, with the wind blowing, and Edward right in the way the wind would blow her sent.

Edward felt his pocket vibrate and pulled his phone out. It said that he had a text message. He flipped his phone open and clicked the inbox. It was from Alice. After he had read it he immediately sent her a message back.
'You know, I was going to appologize for my behavior earlier....but you just make things so difficult. And no I am not having fun.'
Edward sent the message and shut his phone closed. It was a little more forceful than he meant to but he didn't care at this point. He grabbed the new text books he would need and went to class thinking about the text Alice had sent him. Did she always have to torture him like that?
"She can be so evil sometimes..." Edward shook his head and walked to class. He hardly paid any attention to the teacher, he kept thinking about Amanda. Something about her made him crazy...he didn't know what it was but he would have to find out soon because it would be dangerous for her...and for him if he didn't

Alice felt her phone in her pocket vibrate, she knew it would be from Edward already, but not because of a vision. She thought it was funny that he was going to appologize, but oh well. She had done worse things to himm he will eventually forgive her.
Alice then realized that Edward's classroom that he was in was right below her's. She started "yelling" messages to him through her head, trying desperatley to hold back laughter. I love my brother Edward Cullen, he is soo cute! and Ohhh,lunch time is next period Edward! You know what that means!?! You get the pleasure of seeing me again! On and on Alice thought other things of that nature until the bell finally rang for lunch.
