Alex watched her as she got up and changed. Than as she asked him about the baby, he got up and hugged her. "You can count on me! I promise." The lasy bit he hesitated a bit. "Oh, alright no more fights, except on my birthday, when my parents come. Ok?" He walked back over grabbed the stuffed rabbit an put it on her head. He laughed. "Do you remember?" Alex asked as he made the rabbit bounce on top of her head. As she didn't show any signs of recognition, he was worried that she wouldn't remember and that he would look like he was making a fool of himself.

 When he mentioned fighting with his parents she glared. "No. No fight with your step parents. I don't want that." When he went back for the bunny she smiled trying to remember. "I don't remember to much. But it was something you used to do all the time..Right?" She asked him softly, not wanting to hurt his feelings because she didn't remember all of it.

"Fine." He said, not wanting to anger her again. "No fighting at all." Gritting his teeth as he figured out how hard it was going to be to stop fighting. "Awwwww, this used to be our game, Oh well. I still love you."He said jokingly. "Now I want you to come down stairs and watch TV with me and maybe we can talk this out?"

Seeing him grit his teeth she pulled away from him. "If fighting it what you want to do, fine. I won't stop you. She now remembered the game. Shaking her head she unlocked her door and walked down stairs and sat on the couch, still upset.

Alex followed her downstairs and sat down next her, making sure to keep distance beween them so he wouldn't make her angrier. "Hey, did I promise to stop fighting? I did. And I said you could count on me. I absolutely promise, no fights, period." He sighed, now moving closer and putting his arm around her. "We can do this, I know it! I be the Father a child deserves, if your the mother." He leaned over and kissed her forehead.

Moving into his lap, Annora leaned against him. Her head was resting on his shoulder while one of his hands was in hers. "Fine no fights. And yes we can do this. For our baby we are going to do this." She cuddles up against his chest. playing with his hand she stroked his palm. "Can we talk about names? Oh, do you mind going to the clinic with me tomorrow..." She said with a warm smile.

"Sure, I don't mind going to the clinic. And names, huh.. you start, I can't think of any. He sighed as she leaned against him, and thought. She's so warm! He squeezed her hand. "But first, you never answered me, how have you been?" He layed his head down on top of her's which was on his shoulder and a tear slid from hie eye. So much has happened today! Where did the time go?

Licking his tear away she cuddled against him still playing with his hand. "Well what about Alex for a boy.. and... Chancing for a girl?" She said smiling at him. "How have I been? Well besides me pucking my guts out.. and then us just having a fight in almost over a year, I'd same I'm pretty good. I have you, our friends..." Pausing she placed both her hand and his hand on her womb. "...Our baby." Kissing him softly she stroked his cheek. "I couldn't be better."

"Those sound like some pretty good names to me!" He said, smiling as she stroked his cheek. He began rubbing her belly and that, reminded him how hungry he was. "We need to get some food in you! What are you hungry for?" He asked, still smiling. "I need to run out anyways, I need... some books. Sorry for having to leave." He said, frowning.

Areana just looked at him. "Then I'm going with you." Annora moved and stood up pulling Alex to his feet. "Lets go come on." She took his hand and started to pull him over to the door. "And besides, we can go out to eat. I have some money." She frowned a little when he didn't move.

"Ummmmm ok, but can we go to the drugstore first? Like I said, I need to get some books." He got up and hugged her, than follwed her out to the car. No! I can't tell her! She won't want anything to do with me! He sighed as they got into the car. He wanted to tell her, but at the same time he couldn't, something was stopping him. He was still arguing with himself as she started the car, not paying attention to anything else. He could feel as his facial expression changed rapidly as each new thought came, but didn't even think to control it.

Looking at him she was confused. She didn't like his look. She really didn't. Stopping in front of the drug store she touched his hand. "Alex. Whats wrong. And don't you dare lie to me." She was serious as she looked at him. "I know something is wrong. What was the first thing we said when we were together huh? Trust. Thats what we both strive on. If you won't tell me whats wrong, then our relationship means nothing to you." She knew that was harsh. But it was true. If he didn't hear it he wouldn't know she was serious.

Alex stared at her, suprised by the sudden invasion nto his thoughts. Ok, I'll tell you the truth, but only a portion of it. He smiled inwardly at this, making sure his face was set, revealing absolutely nothing. "It- It's the psychaiatrist, he says I'm depressed and he put me on anti-Depressents..." Ha, no he didn't! he says I have MPD He then said. "I need to get the pills, as well as some books. Ill be out in a moment." He got out of the car and walked into the store, first He picked out some books. How to be a Dad,and The Secrets of Fatherhood. He then walked over to the Pharmacist, handed him the presription and some over-the-counterAnti-Depressants, he paid him $40. He slipped the real medicine in his pocket and the Anti-Deppresants in his bag. He quietly climbed back into the car and pulled the pills out of his bag."See?"

Annora didn't believe him. Not one bit. She knew that wasn't true. Watching him closely she pulled out her anti-depressents. She studied the bottle as well as the pills in side as she took 2 like she was supposed to. Putting them away she hid them. When he got in she saw the bottle. They were over the counter. She turned her head away from him and drove off. She was upset that he wouldn't trust her with the truth. "Where to?" She said bleakly.
