Silver reached a hand toward the door before them. She wanted to shove it open and snatch back her baby. Fortunately, her common sense gave her a slight mental "thump", and she retracted her hand. "Val... is there any way to peak inside without being caught? If we just barge in there, there's no telling what will happen to the children," she said, a pained look on her face. She obviously didn't want to be separated from Aisrhan any longer than necessary, but this might be putting all of their lives at risk. As far as she knew, they had no way of telling what was going on beyond that door. "Maybe there's another way in?"

Val nodded swiftly. Indeed. For the gift of specific sight, however, one of you will have to make a sacrifice to receive it. You'll be able to see any point you desire for a short period of time- say, a handful of glorious, omniscient sight. But then, at some time in the next few hours... you will go blind until the sunrise.
"Is anyone willing to make that sacrifice?" She asked, knowing that if none would take it, she would offer herself.

Leshya'e stepped forward, "I will...I will make the sacrifice...Saing my daughter is worth more to me then anything" She turned and looked at Val, nodding her head slowly. "I will..."

"If you do this," Val whispered, her voice nearly hidden among the loud chanting, "then know that we'll take care of you as best we can... and when it strikes, don't be alarmed, because we'll all be right there." With that, she placed her palms on Leshya'es.
"Bless her with the faerie sight
To cut, to see, through darkest night
With precious gift, a promise signed,
Before the morning, Sight...
Is Blind."
A swirl of red light enveloped their palms, and then crept up Lesh's forearms. She hoped the gypsy wasn't afraid- it would feel warm, and seep up until it reached her eyes, where it would burn... and then the sight would come.

Lesh took a deep breath as the light went up her arms. She closed her eyes for only a moment when a white light flashed before her and consumed everything she saw. Opening her eyes, she still only saw the bright light. Turning carefully, she placed her palms against the door. In a split second she could see inside the room.
In the center of the room was a sort of alter, where Aisrhan and Anezka had been placed. To the side of the door was an intimidating man in a cloak, guarding the door with folded arms. Surrounding the alter was a circle of cloaked men, chanting loudly, scaring the infants stiff.
"Val...the door is guarded...the girls are in there...what do we do?"

Caroline's breath catches in her throat. This was her moment. "Val?" She asks, "I think I may have an idea..." She carefully, quietly, takes her pack off of her back and offers it to her to peer inside. "It's my costume," she says in explanation. "It needs repairs, but it's still quite...glorious. I...I could pose a distraction," she offers. Almost unconsciously, her hips sway rhythmically, anticipating possibly the most important dance she'd ever perform.

Marissa listens to Caroline's words and ponders them. "You know, that just might work," she whispered, thinking. "But you'd have to get in another way, or they'd see us...or we'd have to go somewhere else and wait.." She couldn't bear the thought of getting any farther from the children than they already were, now that they were so close. She looked down at Kale, who'd fur was bristled and ears perfectly erect. To his ears the chanting was increased tenfold, and he did not like it at all. It felt like it was seeping into his eyes, throat, and ears, into his veins, and it felt evil.
"Would...would you like to take Kale with you?" Marissa asked softly. "If you're dancing, if it doesn't work, he could pose a second distraction, or he could," she gulped, "defend you." Putting her baby into danger...she shuddered, but thought of those whom were already inside, and swallowed her fear.

"Lesh- do you still have the SIght? Is there another way in for Caroline... and Kale?" She added, noting Missa's reluctance about the insertion of her child in danger.

Lesh kept her palms on the wall, slightly nodding her head. Using The Sight she 'moved' herself around the room, looking for other passages and open areas. "To the left...a door...I can't tell where it leads to or from...and...uh...there's an opening in the ceiling...to egt down it you'd...have to go back outside..." She tried to look around more, but The Sight began to fade to black, as if someone was dimming a lamp in an empty room. "It...it's gone", she put her hands down from the wall and turn to Val, opening her eyes. Even though she had been warned and was prepared, she was still shocked when her opened eyes saw nothing.

Seeing the look on Leshya'e's face when she opened her eyes, Silver grabbed her arm to keep her steady should she need it. "It's okay, hun. We're right here." She looked at Val. "So, do we go back out and look for this opening in the ceiling, or do we look for the other door? ...Should we split up?"

Lesh grabbed tight to Silver and closed her eyes, "I don't know...maybe Marissa and Kale can go up and cause a distraction by Kale scratching at the door...and Caroline can go around to find the other door?" She sighed, wishing her vision could have been more help to the group. She felt her way slowly against Silver, finally wrapping her arm firmly around her waist so she could feel safer.

Silver's face turned red, but she knew Lesh couldn't see anything and she hadn't meant to "feel her up" as it were. "Well, Emelyn is still out in the woods - whoever makes the trip back to the surface can help get Lesh to Emelyn before finding this hole in the ceiling. That way we know she'll be safe, and she can help Emelyn with Pierre and Rojiza." Silver directed her words to Leshya'e again. "Would that be alright with you? We could ask that guy to come back here and help Val as well. I don't know who he is, but he seems willing to help." Silver left out the "and he seems to know you well enough, Lesh." This wasn't the time or place for introductions.

Marissa nodded. "I'll take you Lesh, if you want. When I've dropped Lesh, Kale and I will go up. We'll find a way to the roof- this place seems sturdy enough." She looked at Caroline. "Kale will scratch at the roof. When you hear him, or hear them reacting, find the side door. This will be your only chance to make noise without getting caught. When you find it, get in, and dance. Lure them out if you can?" She listened to her own makeshift plan knew it had holes- she looked around for suggestions.
