James nodded "Over 20,000 killed... here, at our own home. I've been working on getting dogs, plans, cars, and such like that restocked on my own for about a year now."

James appeared next to her and grabbed her wrist. They appeared in a building that was a bit of a down grade. There were bunks all over the room. "This is the barracks, where everyone sleeps.." There was only one bunk taken out of the entire 5,000 on this floor alone.

Alex blinked, "Cozy." She spoke sarcastically as she looked around at them all, going over to the one that looked the most welcoming to her she pointed at it and spoke, "I claim this spot in the name of Ireland!" She grinned, "Or Alex Pride... Either or."

James shook his head "You have a lot to learn..." He said as he walked down the rows to where his bunk was set up, far in the corner of the room, and secluded from all the rest.

Alex stuck her tongue out at him as she crossed her arms, "I know plenty." She spoke stubbornly.

Not enough to keep you alive.. he thought as he finally sat down on his single bunk. He laid back on it, a heavy storm started rolling in. Lightning and thunder crashing out side. Heavy rain slamming into the windows of the barracks building. James relaxed Home Sweet Home he thought lightly to himself.

Sitting on the bunch she chose Alex shifted around slightly, 'Not bad, better than rocks...' She thought as she then twisted herself in a way that her head was hanging off the side, and the rest of her sprawled out on the bunk. She looked around and giggled slightly at how everything looked so funny upside down.

James got up and walked over to the window and sat in it looking out into the rain. Heavier than normal he thought while enjoying it though.

Alex looked over at him for a second then spoke, "Water lover? Eh?" She questioned as her hair lied limp on the floor.

James shook his head. "No, it's just relaxing.. you need to rest, you have a busy day ahead of you tomorrow.." James got up and walked back over to his bunk.

"Sure." She spoke as she sighed and got on her bunk properly, closing her eyes she listened to the rain to help lull her to sleep.

James laid on his bunk and stared at the ceiling like he always did, he usually never slept. To uncomfortable for him.

After getting less than three hours of sleep Alex was up, she never needed much sleep, it was a habit of sorts. Looking around Alex got up and yawned, rubbing her eyes she stretched. "Ach, what time is it?" She whispered to herself quietly.

James was still laying awake in his bunk. Rain still hitting the window. He looked over to her. "It's three."
