The boy snickered, just a bit, at the mental image of Spence getting his a** beat by their former singer. It would be quite the sight if it ever happened...

Being bathed by Spence was not exactly ideal, but it was better than remaining as dirty as he was. Maybe if he got all this gunk off of him he'd feel at least a bit better.

"We'll both help him. That way, no one gets tangled up or hurt by towels and stuff. 'sides, it won't take me that long to cook dinner."
She smiled at the little snicker. If Demy could laugh, he'd be okay in the long run. And Spence volunteering to do anythign for Demy was just short of miraculous. If nothign else, maybe Demy's sudden burst of bald honesty would help them repair their friendship.

Spence grunted a bit at Lali's insistence to help. At least she wouldn't be alone with the boy though. He pulled the bike into her apartment complex and parked, letting his passengers get off before dismounting himself.

As soon as he was able, the boy tried to pull himself off the bike. It was rough, but he was determined to do -something- ...even if it was something as small as that. Whimpering and cringing Demy stood next to the bike, doing his best not to fall right over.
"I..d-don't want to rush you g-guys..but this...really...really...hurts....."

Sliding off the bike, Lali hurried to get one of Demy's arms over to shoulders to help hold him up. In a small corner of her mind, she thought, Well. No wonder it hurts him to sit or stand. He's got another tail now. She had to wonder what exactly had to have happened to him and how it was even biologically possible for him to grow new bones and muscle groups.
"Lean on me some, hon," she ordered. "You aren't that heavy and I'm stronger than I look."

Spence moved in to support the youth's other shoulder. He helped the boy up to the door and waited for Lali to get it open.

As tired as he was, Demy had no choice but to heavily lean on the support of his friends.
"I...I just don't get it.. I didn't DO anything to make me l-look like this..what the h-hell happened?!"
The boy cringed, dragging himself to the door with new appendages hanging uselessly. This s**t -hurt-, he had to wonder if there was anyway to just...rip it off or something.
...Nah, that was crazy. It'd be nice though.

Getting the door open, Lali helped steer Demy inside, heading for the bathroom.
"We'll try to figure out what happened after you're clean, dry and warm, cutie. Just try to not worry about it right now."
Glancing up at Spence, she half-smiled.
"If you can get him into the tub and start gettign his clothes off, I'm going to go find towels and some stuff you and I can wear that blood stain won't matter with."

Spence started to object upon hearing that he had to strip the boy, but quickly shut his trap when he remembered Lali was the only other one that could do it. Grunting his agreement, he led the boy into the bathroom and shut the door. "Fine..." Setting the youth down on the toilet for a moment, he turned on the water to the bath. Now to get that stupid costume off. The boy had to be on something to believe the lifeless appendages hanging from his body were real. Taking hold of wing, he tugged at it, trying to get the set to pull free.

Demy went along with Spence, readily flopping on the toilet as soon as he was able to. It wasn't all that comfortable to sit, but it WAS better than standing at this point.
"T-thanks Spe--"
The thanks was quickly cut off as the older Audio went about 'freeing' Demy from his costume. The sharp tug to his wing set the little Audio HOWLING in pain.
"WhattheHELLiswrongwithyou?! ******** squirmed, trying to free himself from Spence without yanking on his wing himself.

Lali nearly dropped the pile of towels and old t-shirts she was carrying when she heard Demy scream. Rushing back for the bathroom, she burst in and saw Spence yanking on Demy's wing.
With a calm, she would later marvel at, she managed to drawl, "Well, if you're trying to kill him, that's one way to go about it. Don't you watch Discovery? You could break a wing bone and it would slice through the blood veins and he'd bleed to death before anyone could help him! Didn't you even realize the wing is WARM and has a pulse?"
Grumbling under her breath about stubborn males who didn't think, she tossed a worn shirt at Spence before pulling another over her own head. Then, she bent to examine the wings more closely. Wincing where she could see torn flesh on Demy's back, she carefully patted his head.
"For what it's worth, I dont' think you'll need stitches or anything, kiddo. And I will be as gentle as possible washing your back, but it is going to hurt becasue you have a lot of muck dried to the fur there and it'll take time to wash it all off."

Spence stared, dumbfounded as the boy howled. At Lali's entrance, he dropped the wing, looking a bit guilty and slightly confused as she scolded him. "I didn't think it was real," he admitted lamely.
Grumbling to himself, he pulled off his own shirt and put on the one Lali had given him. "I'll get him into the tub," he insisted stubbornly, determined to finish the task. To prove he could, the elder gently removed the scrap of fabric that was Demy's shirt, tearing the back of the fabric to get it off without having to pull it over the wings.

The boy whined, Lali's scolding of Spence was freaking him out as well. He calmed slightly at the female's pat on his head.
"K-kay..."
More pain was not something he wanted, but Lali wasn't going to let him out of this bathroom til he was cleaned up. If he just put up with it maybe it'd be over fast and he could get some sleep or something.
"Well they -are- real..."
Demy muttered at Spence, letting the other remove the remains of his clothes.

"You're not going to bleed to since the wing's not broken." Lali soothed, as she pulled a small bucket out from under the sink. "I think it'll be easier in the long run if we just fill this up and dump it over you while we work."
She shot an inquirign glance at Spence, "You wanna work on his hair and front and I'll get the wings and back or the other way around? Either way, we all have to stand in the tub."

"I'll take the front," he grunted. Helping Demy out of his pants after making sure that the youth hadn't decided to go commando, he then picked up the boy and gently set him into the warm bath water.
