And you didn't show me this before? She really wanted to say that out loud to him, but decided to just shut her mouth. Amnity nodded, then sat down on a bench nearby. She waited patiently for him to find the book...In the book...And if he needed her assistance she would be more then happy to help.

Malcolm absently sat down beside the girl, flipping through the little black book, he stopped suddenly, then looked at the Russian book, back at the translation, then back at the book. "I think... I've found it." He said slowly, checking both translation and book once more, "It reads. 'Shadow Reflection: The Guide for an Opportunity to Avoid Darkness.' Roughly, a more accurate way of saying it would be something along the lines of, The Guide to Escape Darkness." He opened the book and examined the first page, "Doesn't seem like much of a guide, it's mostly one-liners."

Belle closed her eyes for a moment before opening them again. Things in the background were fuzzy but she could see Tsuki who was just in front of her. She opened her mouth to explain then shut it. Instead she gave him a meak smile. She saw the boy leave, the one that mentioned a book. Then the girl left, another one who had mentioned a book. She thought about it, Could it be that easy? She focused back on the boy and smiled. "Well thanks for helping me and all, but I really need to follow those two," she said the statement simply, not realizing that following others wasn't exactly the normal.
She got up and left quickly, moving between the drunk people all around her. In a moment she was back outside, the rain splashing against her face. She smiled and then glanced around. Easily she spotted the two. Together. A book in the boy's hands. Belle raised and eyebrow and followed after them, not making a sound. She could hear their conversation perfectly even though she was at least 50 feet away.

Amnity leaned over and looked at the translation, then at the strange symbols. "Shadows..." She didn't even realize that she was saying that out loud. Something about that seemed very....Very familiar...She couldn't quite put her finger on it. "They....Are not real...Correct?" Are they?... She took immediate interest, grabbing the book and flipping the pages. What could that all possibly mean? Are Shadows actually real? She wasn't crazy?
"Is there not some way to prove this excursion not some with which to confuse me?" Amnity asked suddenly, but the question was not for the boy, but it was to the vampire. "If thee takes interest in this book as much as I then so not hide in the shadows of the darkness." She flipped the page casually. That was the most she ever said in almost 2 years, but she knew that the person ease dropping could hear her.

"Shadows of the Darkness?"
The voice drifted up to the two and after a moment Belle appeared infront of them, moving fast enough that it owuld seem she had just appeared out of thin air. She smiled at Amnity. "Seems like you've read this book before," she noted before turning to the boy and the smile faded from her face as she studied him. "Where did you get it? Who gave you the book?" she asked. Her eyes flickered to the book, greed in her eyes, before flickering back to Malcolm.

Amnity gave Belle a light nod, greeting her quickly before looking over at Malcolm, expecting the answer as well. This was clearly not something someone just orders in ebay. Her eyes traced back through the pages, engrossed in what all of the symbols and pictures could possibly mean. She began inching away from Malcolm though, suddenly realizing that at his angle he could see the handle of her gun. She hoped that he was too into the book to have noticed the weapon.

Malcolm started when the strange girl appeared in front of him, it was dark though, so he figured it was just a trick of the light and she had simply snuck up on them. He gave her a small smile, then took the book back from Amnity, studying the first page again. "It appears," He began, clearly speaking to Amnity, "That this first page contains only two things. First, it contains a description, and second, a single line. Apparently, this book is about phrases and when and how to use them." He leaned back against the bench, deep in thought. "Hmm.. if my translation is correct, this particular page is for banishing darkness. I think... the description reads, 'Say these words and you will drive the darkness from you.' but I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean..."

Tsuki was thrown off a bit by the girl's sudden departure, but not as much as he we thrown off of what she had said to him.. "I need to follow those two" He stood from his stool, pulled a few bills from his wallet to pay for his drinks, and then moved quickly out of the bar. Before long he noticed the three figures on the bench. He moved behind a tree, just within hearing range, to see what this whole situation was about.

Amnity felt uncomfortable with all of the people around....Really uncomfortable. She hated when a person sneak up too, why don't they just come out like sane human being? She didn't like the whole sneaky thing, and she didn't like the too many people around her thing either. Basically, she didn't like the situation. Amnity winced, fidgeting uncomfortably in her seat. She tried not to let anything bother her from the interesting book. "Can you...Understand?...What it means?" She managed to ask.

Malcolm resumed his study of the page, examining the symbols and characters surround the phrase. "It appears to be a command of some sort.. But I'm not sure what it's commanding exactly.. I could try saying it, but I'm not sure what would happen if I did.." He flipped through his translation book, jotting down some notes on a piece of paper and referencing them to the Russian book. He stopped suddenly, a look of excitement on his face. "It says here that this book is one of the three tomes of Nguleft, a powerful lord of the thirteenth century. Apparently, this particular book was used by Nguleft himself, to control... it doesn't say, that part of the description is left out, I'll have to research it.

Someone had been listening inadvertantly to the group talking this entire time. He had been sitting on another park bench, drinking a bottle of ale, before putting the bottle down. "Well...It's not hard to imagine what was to be controlled..." he said, raising the bottle up again, to see how much was left.
"The world, a country...Pick one..." he added, seeing that the bottle was now empty.

"Control....Shadows..." Amnity said very airily. "I think...It's shadows..." She looked over at the newcomer. "Shadows...Not countries...." Then again, she wasn't sure. With all of people around she couldn't think straight. She just wanted to grab the book, the translator book, and the book worm and go to a secluded place so he can tell her what the hell the book is about. Her discomfort is visible now and she quickly scooted over to the other side of the bench. Amnity really wanted to listen, to understand what the book's secrets were, but not there.

Malcolm took note of Amnity's discomfort, and decided that it would be better to continue this in a more... private, place. He looked down at the book, remembering something, a sliver of recognition on one of the pages. "Hmm.. I do believe that this.. no.. it couldn't be... and even if it was... whose to say it would work.." Malcolm bent closer to the book, going over the words again and again to make certain he had the right translation. He grinned suddenly, then gave a small laugh, which was half because he had no idea what would happen, and half because of the complete and utter impossible nature of what this phrase was supposed to do, and yet... he knew he had to be sure. "выйдите из темноты, существо ночи! (Leave darkness, an essence of night)" He said, a little louder than he would have liked to. What happened, was far beyond what he expected to. A bright orb appeared in the sky, then expanded in a brilliant flash, dispelling all darkness in the park, almost as if it was noon the next day.

Tsuki jumped back when the orb appeared, definitely surprised that such a thing could even exist, let alone appear when Malcolm spoke a few words in Russian. "Holy Crap.." He whispered, running a hand through his hair and staring around him in disbelief, "Did that just happen?"

Amnity stared at the book, then looked at Malcolm as he read the words out loud. She mimicked what he said, as if she were a child learning how to say a new word. The bright flash caught her off guard though. She immediately looked up at the sky, seeing orb of light that couldn't possibly be the sun. She stared in awe more then shock, for the scene was beautiful. The clouds disappeared, and so did the rain. The sun came back, seeming to smile down on the land. "....Wow." That's all she said before looking back at Malcolm. "....Impossible..."
