Summary: Welcome to Albuquerque, New Mexico. This town in the southern United States is home to one of the WPP [Witness Protection Program] bases, and also one of the offices of the U.S. Marshals. I'm sure you're wondering, what the heck do U.S.M's have to do with WPP? Simple. This branch of the U.S.M is in charge of protecting the witnesses who's identities have been forever changed. But it's a dangerous world.

Summary: A prophecy, lost to our world long ago, has been echoed in a well-known song, unknown to its creators. "Forever Young" seems to warn of a dangerous world where light and dark take on new meanings; as well as four teenagers who seem frozen in their current state - "forever young". These teens are referred to, in the song, as "Water", "Fire", "Melody" and "Beat". And unless these four youths can manage to escape and close off the connection between the two worlds, our Earth may never be the same again.
