Mister Powell, please continue with your testimony. You were noticing some escalated behavior from your associates. When did you realize that there was a full-blown conspiracy being organized against you?

Well...Lex began to bug me with some weird questions. And then Lex uttered the name of it for the first time on June 7th. I'll never forget it. It confirmed everything!

Well I dropped from the rafters like I usually do and found Caitlin and Lex in some type of argument. I said something about Caitlin picking on Lex and her being a great girlfriend. Lex then said, "UNLESS that was just a show put on for YOUR benefit. An effort to confuuuuuuse you! She COULD be a part of . . . THE APC!"

Your Honor! The Plaintiff would like to submit into evidence, Exhibit C - the security camera recording from the morning of June 7th! Although much of the earlier audio is muffled, at exactly 11:09 AM, you can hear Alexander Joseph Luthor DIRECTLY infer an "Anti Powell Conspiracy" at my client. ::Grabs the Exhibit C DVD from the Plaintiff's table and sets it on top of one of the black-robed martinis::

Counsel, while I can appreciate the irritation these people must have caused, will there be proof at some point that this conspiracy was involved in anything other than making a nuisance on Powell's dates?

Sorry, your Honor. I'm just trying to have my client accurately depict his mental state at each phase of this. We are asking for a pretty penny here, and I want to establish exactly why.
I digress, though, we will move on to the meat of this testimony.
Mister Powell, please describe to the people the day that you discovered that the Anti-Powell Conspiracy had released a video containing your likeness.

The first time I heard about any footage that Lex had of me was on June 8th.
The next day Lex popped a DVD into a player to show Scott Pilgrim why he should join the APC. He mentioned something called 3DP and mentioned they would be creating a second DVD.

Your Honor, I would like to submit into evidence both Exhibits D and E! ::pauses dramatically....notices some of the martinis getting impatient:: Exhibit D is the aforementioned Mister Luthor, on camera at the Bistro, saying exactly what my client has testified to. And Exhibit E....is the video in question itself!

Counsel, showing footage of someone during a..."freakout," isn't illegal. Are you maintaining that they received funds for this or that it's a recruitment video?

Your Honor, this video is for sale at retail outlets around the country. I can subpoena financial statements regarding their sales if you wish, but we could also just ask the one member of the APC who is in attendance on the defense side of the trial today...

The DVDs have several different type of incidents on them. They have how I was acting in March due to the Dox Incident. They also contain footage of me reacting negatively to the APC's prodding or schemes. Like the rift they cause with my girlfriend. They also have footage of me being normal. Over all three videos there is insulting commentary about me or vulgar animation.
