Shampoo_0405 ClaudiaJade T__T ::nods in agreement:: i dont want to be skinnier, but theres a set of desks in one of my classes that makes me belly hurt when im in it for too long. I have a desk in my math class that does that to my stomach. Also, the room is very weird and shakes easily when people walk. Though when I left to go to the bathroom and was about to come in they were talking abut me about how I shake the floor so much. So sometimes I am happy with my weight and sometimes I am not.. sweatdrop I love sitting on top of tables and desks and what not, if they support my weight. i once sat on top a desk.( >.< i had to kinda wiggle onto it, im kinda short) and my ex boyfriend nearly wet himself laughing about how much a moved the desk when i got on it. i broke up with him shortly afterward.

Flax seed oil does quite a few things. Here is an article that may give you some ideas for what its used for. http://ga.essortment.com/whatisflaxsee_pfy.htmI'm using it for weight loss however. From what I can tell flax seed oil is a good fat that blocks bad fats. It's also good for your heart and skin and curbs your eating habbits. It dosen't taste all that great though. I have been taking it for about a month and my clothes fit WAY better and I am the smallest I have been in over 5-6 years. I wasn't small then either though, lol sweatdrop . But I feel much healthier and happier. This was th jump start I needed to get myself on the right track casue now I am working out too. I got hip to this through my grandmother who reads health magazines all the time. She said that she read to take 3tbs a day before eating anythything else and it'll promote weightloss. Then when you get to your desired weight take 1 to help maintain it. I have already ran into several differnt ones that have completly different dossages but I'll stick to what my grandmother told me. I would take it anyways casue it makes my skin look great 4laugh . Again it taste awful though and its not recomended for men, I forgot why... Just 1 month of taking the 3 tbs spoons a day (except on Sundays, by choice I don't take it then) has made my cloths fit way better if you just want to take it to make clothes comfy again. I heard you can get it at walmart for a decent price. I got mine at a health nut store xd I don't know how well the liquid gells work either...

i MAY consider the flas seed oil.
my problem is that since i've gone to college, i walk everywhere. (if i cant get to it inside 15 minutes of walking, i dont do) in anycase, im ALOT more active than i used to be, and i dont feel like im losing anyweight.
i know theres a horrible rumor that once you get to college all you do it veg out, sit and snack, but i dont do that!
if anything i dont eat enough.
my eating scedule usually goes: Apple for breakfast(8-10AM) lunch(11-2pm) apple(3-7pm) dinner(7pm) and another apple, usually around midnight. i eat apples so often because they are the only fruit i can get my hands on, easily slip into my bag when leaving the caf, and that wont be too horribly bruised by the time i get around to eating it.
so yeah, i eat more healthily than when i sat around at home. even more healthily than during last marching season, but i still lost weight that semester.
im not too worried about losing weight, im comfortable most of the time the size i am. i just have this nagging feeling that i SHOULD be losing weight, but im not.
oh, did i mention that my room is on the 3rd floor of a dorm with no elevator?(climbing stairs is fun!)

Yeah, I struggle on and off with being happy about my weight. Lately I've started to get back into the habit of exercising, though it's not because I want to be super-skinny. My family has a history of diabetes and heart-related problems, and I want to cut that off before it becomes an issue. I really don't want to get incredibly thin; I just want to be slightly healthier than I am now. My goal is not so much to lose weight as to gain fitness. Does that make sense? sweatdrop
I've found that the trick to exercise is to "find something that you like doing." Man, I've heard that quote so many times, but lately it's made sense. I alternate days - one day, I just do stretching and crunches and stuff like that. I figure that I can work on being more flexible, as that can come in handy sometimes... Every other day, I play Dance, Dance Revolution. biggrin Yeah, I know it's not classic exercise, but it does give me a workout. I play in workout mode and will usually go through about 18-27 songs (the equivalent of jogging almost 2 miles, depending on the song). Yeah, I'm a dork. But it's fun exercise, and it doesn't seem as boring as running on a treadmill. Also, I've become a little more conscious of what I eat. I am starting to eat just a little bit less of everything (even though I always exercise enough to justify chocolate or ice cream at least a few times a week... wink ).

I used to do dance when I was a kid, but I quit shortly after my sister did. When I was 14 I went on Jenny Craig with my Mom it worked well and I lost about 10 pounds. But then FAMILYDRAMACRISIS hit again and we had to stop going.
Since I have gym in school everyday, I just make sure to get involved in the activities as much as I can, and try to watch what I eat. But My family doesnt make it easy when they go shopping and all they bring home is junk food.

But I get bored easily and after a month of constant playing it started to get old and boring. >_< I think thats another problem with me, I cant find something fun that deals with excersice, and when I do it looses its appeal after a bit.

Fuzzy Necromancer Kawaii_Senpai Sorry about "trends" But yeah, I thnk i posted my reason before for why I wanted to lose. I want to be able to hold a baby safly, lol. Miscarages due to weight gain run in my family sad I'm just trying to make sure a baby would pop out okay. Awww. ;-; That's a very good reason to lose weight.
yes it is! overweight women have more of a chance for alot of complications when tryin to get preg or they are preg.. u have to be alot more careful in the things u eat when ur over weight and preg.. u can get gestation diabetes probably 50% higher chance then someone who isnt overweight! and its dangerous.. good luck kawaii_senpai!!!!! im cheering for u girl!

maybe I will take a pic of my full costume on me...then I can post it. the only wierd thing about the costume is that it has fluffy things on my hips so it makes me look like I have birthin hips.....LOL
