Eidel gazed off down the length of the ravine. She shrugged, forgetting her princess role for the moment. "I'm kind of bored. Do you have any place you need to be anytime soon?" She looked back at him as she finished what she was saying. She tried to look curious, but she could tell her expression looked more seductive than anything.

Lovell raised an eyebrow at her question. Or maybe it was a suggestion? He couldn't tell from her expression.
"Unfortunately," he said somewhat sarcastically, "I have absolutely no where to be anytime soon." He grinned at her when he finished.

Eidel grinned and rolled her eyes. "Care to spend the day with me then?" She casually took his paw without thinking. "I promise I'll be lots of fun."

He smiled and squeezed her paw lightly as she took it in hers.
"I'd love to!" He said. He was more than happy to have someone to spend time with, especially a pretty girl.
"What would you like to do today?"

She looked up at the bright sky for a moment. "What do you like to do? I'm open for anything." She didn't bother to take her paw out of his. "But I would like to get a drink soon. It's quite hot out here."

"Yes, it is very hot," he agreed.
"Did you know, there is actually a fresh spring in this ravine. It's down...that way some more." He pointed to the north with his free paw, the opposite way from which they had come.
"We could go there to get a drink, and then...we could take it from there. Maybe one of us will think of something to do. I am also up for anything," he said with a chuckle.

"That sounds good to me," she said as she started in the direction he had pointed. She made sure not to move so fast as to remove her paw from his. She figured he'd let go when he wanted to.

"Good," he said as they began slowly in that direction. He was still holding her paw, and he liked it. He decided to make conversation as they made their way.
"So...Eidel, I know we've only met a few times. Tell me something about yourself."

She said the first thing that came to mind. "I'm colorblind," she stated plainly. She thought about it for a moment, then laughed. What a strange thing to start off a conversation with. Although she could have said worse...like that she had trouble behaving around guys.

Lovell was a little surprised. But it was a good conversation starter anyway.
"Really? I didn't know that." He chuckled and questioned her more.
"How so, if you don't mind me asking?"

"What do you mean? I can't tell this color from that color. I have absolutely no idea what color your fur is. Or the color of you handsome eyes. Or even the color of mine for that matter!" She threw her paws up and laughed.

"Well, what color does it look like?" He grinned at being called handsome.
"As for your eyes, they are beautiful shades of lilac and silver. The right one being lilac, and the left one being silver."

She smiled. No one had ever told her the color of her eyes let alone called them beautiful; and she found it entertaining that they didn't match. "You're eyes look the same color as everything else," she paused. "Except they shine and have more tint. But everything else is shades of the same. I've been told that the color I see things in is probably gray." She looked down at his arms. "But I can see that color," she pointed to the stripes.

"Wow...so you see in black and white then?" He looked down at the stripe on his arm, that was from his shirt.
"This one's white, and this one's red. And my shirt is black. You can see that color can't you? As for my eyes, they are brown. Like...milk chocolate." He made a face when he said it. He didn't really like chocolate, of course namrah weren't supposed to eat it, but it was the only thing he could think of at the moment.

She looked back up at his eyes. "Chocolate? I only like chocolate if it's on a strawberry. Let's call them coffee colored," she said, knowing that coffee was close to the same color as chocolate. "And yes, I can tell black and white. They are very distinct. But that other color you said...red?" She looked back down at his shirt. "I can see that color. It stands out."
(strange since a lot of times color blind ppl have the most trouble seeing red. XD)
