I've decided I need a lieutenant...someone to take care of all the little officering details, while leaving me free to make the big decisions. So....here is an
Officer Proficiency Examination!!!!!
You are a Lieutenant. You have a 50 foot pole, a hole in the ground 10 feet deep, a 100 foot rope, and a 50 foot rope. The hole is in the center of a flat, empty open field. You have under your command one sergeant, one corporal, one private first class, and 2 privates.
How do you get the pole into the hole?
DO NOT RESPOND IN THIS THREAD! Anyone doing so will be shot at dawn, and their corpse given to Private rose to be used as a garnish at the annual banquet. PM me with your responses, and if any are suitable there may be a promotion.
Do not worry...there will be no demotions, as you are all already lower than dirt.
