Ruimte stopped skipping and looked at Aba's stomach. He stared for a while, before bluntly saying, "Is Aba hungry?"

Aba looked down at his own tummy and slowly nodded. He looked around, trying to spy something good to eat. But all he could see was blackness and scary trees.

Ruimte looked around. "I know there are some berries around here... somewhere..." He sniffed the air, his ears popping up and he smiling as he caught a faint scent. "There are some down the road! Come on!" He grabbed Aba's paw and began to run forward towards the smell.

Aba tried his best to keep up and not trip. He tried sniffing the air to smell the berries, but couldn't smell anything. "I love berries!" he exclaimed, not really sure if he liked them or not.

Ruimte smiled as they grew closer. "That's good! That's perfect! And we're almost there!" He slowed down to a jog, and then a walk again as they neared the bush, wanting to allow Aba time to cool down before they got there.

Aba panted briefly, unused to running so fast or so long. "K... where..are they?" He eyed the bush that they were approaching and sniffed again. Still he smelled nothing. He began wondering if his sniffer was broken.

Ruimte looked around as he sniffed and took a few more steps forward before sitting next to a plump bush. He stuck in his paw and pulled out a pawful of berries, ate some of them, and offered the rest to Aba.

Aba grinned. "Berries?" he seemed to question as he took them from his friend. He sniffed them, still unable to smell anything, and shrugged. he quickly popped them into his mouth and waited for the taste. "Mmm..."

Ruimte smiled from ear to ear before he ate some more. "Aren't these yummy!" He licked his mouth from some of the juices that flowed from the corners of his mouth.

Aba nodded as he reached for some more berries. "Can I have more?" he asked Ruimte. He sniffed once more and finally began to smell the what he assumed were the berries.

Aba grabbed a handful and stuffed them in his mouth. "I thought they might be yours?" he said with his mouth full and juice began running down his chin.

"How could they be mine? I don't think it's really possible to own a bush, and even if you could, that wouldn't be nice to not share it." he said as he ate one more.

Aba nodded. "Wouldn't be nice at all. But my friend Ruimte is very nice!" He picked a few more berries, taking in their scent. "I couldn't smell them before I tasted them," he admitted.

Ruimte nodded. "That's cause you didn't know what you were trying to smell and stuff. It's be like me trying to sniff around for a banana, whatever that is." He goofily stuck his tongue out and laughed.
