Animal powers may be used, but only as a role playing device. NOT as a power or as something to add more ability or as a way to get around the restrictions on Shikai.
Want to have a lion heart inserted in place of yours, go for it. It simply means you have an animal heart, not anything else.
EvilWolf, your bankai was developed by you and I, and it is still a roleplaying convention, not something that will radically alter the power itself. This is not a way to gain extra power or to avoid the restrictions on Shikai or Bankai.
This is how it is.
Same with the Family groups that came up recently. It adds nothing other than a roleplaying element.
Those found trying to use this as a way to gain extra power or to avoid the restrictions on Shikai and Bankai will be warned ONCE, after that, it's banhammer baby.
The same goes for items. I have heard that there are some who are trying to use items as a way around Shikai restrictions.
Let me make this clear:
THIS IS A ROLEPLAY GUILDWhat does that mean? It means that it's not about beating the other people, it's about creating a story. Everything goes toward that story, not to the battle. That is why we don't have a combat system, that is why we don't really have anything other than your personal honor in the play to determine who wins and loses.
If you can't play, if you can't write a story, if you have to have the most powerful most special, most experimented upon, most kewl bankai wielding, child stomping, martial artist who must win every battle they are in, you can do it in another guild, not here.
The reason these restrictions were put in place was to enhance the roleplaying experience for everyone, not to limit people in their fighting ability.
THINK people about the anime. NOT EVERYONE has super powers and Shikai or Bankai. It shows more ability in playing and writing to be able to win with restrictions than it is to have huge amounts of powers.

I don't understand what's going on here...My character was a werewolf in her life before being a shinigami, but the werewolf she can transform into any time she wants has no powers what-so-ever. But when she goes into bankai she transforms into the werewolf but it's bigger stronger and has amplified Black Fire powers. Is that okay?
