Joey blinked and looked up at Joachim how can he see through me like that. He chuckled softly "you could say that it is just not fitting in that makes me this way." He shrugged and smiled softly "but don't worry about it and you are very wise" he smiled warmly.

Shrugging Joachim felt his sadness radiate off of him. "I'm not wise, its simple a power I have. I feel emotions and energies people or beings give off. I can feed off of them." He realized that he could scare Joey away. "Its not painful or anything, and its not deadly either. I just....well...its how I stay 'alive'."
He looked around the woods. "Do you want to leave?"

Joey blinked as he looked at Joachim and didn't really understand because he wasn't really listening. It took a bit for him to understand he would have to go look it up once he returned home or he could go ask Ileana she knew many things. He had returned to cleaning the stain not looking up at Joachim but he did when the young one asked that question. "I guess we could this isn't the best place to be" he sighed thinking about where they could go. "Did you have some place in mind."

"The sea. Though I cannot travel it, I am..fond of the ocean." Joachim closed his eyes in thought. "I enjoy the sound of waves, even if they freeze to my touch. I take pleasure in finding shells bejeweled with life. I am amused with the life that so..radiates from the sea." He smiled, eyes still in thought.

Joey smiled giggling slightly he was happy to see the young one so joyed over nature. He didn't love the sea as much as Joachim did but he did find walking the beach at sunset to watch the waves relaxing. "Well then we shall go to the beach" he nodded patting Joachim's head more of a sign of affection to a younger brother not a pet. He went through the fur in his tail and pulled out a metal scroll case and pulled out a glowing map he knew he was in Erops but how t get to Kell Beach from here. "Hmm now which way should we go?" he was was asking more to himself but he would also like Joachim opinion if he knew the direction.

Joachim shrugged. "Theoretically, if we head one direction we'll his the sea eventually. However, I believe the closest way would be to head east would it not?" Joachim didn't really think he knew. He had never really taken the time to fully study the island's geography, nor, its inhabitants. However, he was happy to have made a friend. Joey, while of a different species, was kind and understanding in his own way. Joachim felt slightly guilty. He was no angel. He was a vampire. A demon. Quite the opposite from Joey. "Do you mind if we make a stop on the way?"

Joey smiled and looked at his map then closed it up putting it back in his tail. He just nodded "sure I am not planing on going somewhere" he nodded again and looked around. He studied the sky for a while then looked back at Joachim "well were shall we be going?"

Joachim struggled to keep his voice from cracking. His hunger was beginning to rise. "Oh, just to a small village along the way."
He turned away from Joey and began walking, not wanting him to see his hunger.

Joey blinked wondering what was wrong with Joachim he didn't want to ask but his curiosity was getting the better of him. He walked closely behind him the village part really threw him for a loop so he was really curious. He touched Joachim's shoulder and spoke softly "is there something wrong Joachim?"

Joachim jumped and hissed at Joey before he realized what he had done. He wa ashamed of his hunger, and didn't want to show Joey. "I'm sorry. I so sorry. God, I hunger. I...I told you, I'm a vampire right...I ..." Joachim took a deep breath, "I need blood"

Joey moved his hand quickly and took a step back from Joachim and let out a deep sigh. Hunger I have never seen it like this, this must be what father speaks of about not disturbing him when he is feeding. Joey nodded and looked at Joachim and wondered what it felt like mother and father Joey both feed father. I wonder if it really hurts I mean they both do it and mother really hates pain. He took a deep breathe knowing once he said this there was no turning back "then feed off of me." Joey face held no laughter and didn't look like he was jesting he was very serious and slightly nervous but that could hardly be seen.

So simple an offer. Simple. He wanted to, but, he was afraid. Nothing could prevent him from taking to much, from really hurting Joey. He needed the energy however, otherwise..

Joey walked behind Joachim placing his hand on the vampires shoulder and smiled with a nod. "I am aware of that and shouldn't worry about things like that, if you do you may over think and actually end up doing it." Joey covered his mouth slightly realizing what he said may not help but make matters worst really. A swish of his tail and he tried to give an encouraging smile to Joachim but wasn't sure he should do anymore of his so called helping.

Joachim wanted to bite his lip, but, his fangs would have cut them.
"Please..forgive me." A quite squeeze to the neck stopped nerve functions. Cutting off pain, as well as muscle functions. And just like that...fangs dug into Joey's neck taking in the energy Joachim had craved. Once he felt his power return to normal, he forced himself away. "I didn't..I didn't hurt you did I?"

Joey was shocked when he felt Joachim's hand on his neck he was nervous. He really didn't want to show it because Joachim is nervous as well and that would make matters worst for Joachim if Joey were to jump or something. He looked over at Joachim wondering if he could see the fangs but no such luck. Though almost everyone one around him has fangs he never sees them except on Sundarii when she does that wide mouth grin of hers. He gasped as he felt a burning sensation go up his body as Joachim began to drink his blood. It also itched and felt somewhat relaxing to him from the slight pain of the inital bite. He was a bit disappointed when Joachim didn't take more and that was very odd to him to feel that way. He touched his neck slightly and was starring blankly at Joachim at first then. He shook his head slowly "no for some reason I feel dissapointed that it didn't hurt" he was confusing himself now.
