"my mom took me to Washington, it's never sunny there" he tossed the ducks some bread "nothing like here" he smiled at her again

She smiled at him, then looked back at the ducks. She wondered if he remembered the kiss, but dismissed it. He probably only remembered the soap. "So you came back for the sunny skies?"

"no, not really" he sat back "there's something more I came back because I can't live with out it" he smiled softly "I'm living in an apartment now"

She tossed the last of her bread out into the water. "Let's get ice cream!" she exclaimed.

"want a ride for old time sake? I take it you still can board on your own" he picked up his board and put it down hopping she'd say yes so he could give her a piggie back to the ice cream stand

She closed her eyes, enjoying the ride. As they arrived she hopped off and walked to the counter, then stopped. "You still order the same thing?" she asked.
