This is taken from an Avatar RP I used to be in. It was my opening post, so was a tiny bit bigger than my norm. But only by a paragprah or so. >W<; I hope you enjoy!~

The conversations transpiring in the room, that where being held by Shinji, Fae, and the Earth king, where not known by Rose. Even if she had been aware of the gravity of situation, it would probobly not have stopped her from doing what she did. A matter of fact, her actions where as random and unpredictable as the air she bended.With a large 'SLAM' the door to the room opened, and two startled guards looked to her. The irony of the situation would probobly make Fae perform a head desk manuever, for she had barged in right after shinji had stated it would be nice to have an airbender teacher, following the Earth Kings remark of knowing a one. Not that Rose herself had any idea, of course.
"Heeeloooo Everybody!~" She cried, with a cheerful edge that would make anyone stare. She waved to her best friend, and grinned ear to ear to the earth king. She aknwoledged the precence of the other boy, but she had matters that in her mind, where most important.
"I heard the earth King was a Fan of exotic animals, and so I would like to present this awe inspiring find!" She streched out her arms for dramtic effect. Her surprise would be a shock even to her best friend, as she had made the discovery of the creature a few miles down from the eastern air temple, after going for a glide out in the ocean.
There was a pause, and Rose herself seemed nervous for a moment. 'Where?..' A small bulge presented itself from the side of her shirt, crawling from what seemed like the back. Rose began chuckling, and spun, in a desprate effert to grab the critter. Is crawled too around in circles. Then finally, she stopped, to flabergasted to go any further. In responce, a furry lemur head popped out from the front color of her shirt. It squeeked, a low clicking sound, and blinked out to its viewers.
"You just love attention, don't ya' you dirty little monkey!" Rose grabbed the flying lemur by its scruff, and removed it from it's nestled position. The mean words lasted a second, and where gone, as she held her pet out in front of her in a "Ta Da!" Motion. The Flying lemur squeeked again, then threw out it's arms, before flying in a circle around the room.
"Meet MiMu!"

This is a stand alone incident that ties into a piece of Eguchi's history, mainly his inner contemplations after being killed.
The resulting action from the sudden sensation of pain was that of a loud gasp as Eguchi put hand to the place where the pain originated. His hand came back warm, and wet, causing yet another staggered breath to escape his lips. The area around him began to spin and swirl as looked back up in horror at the shadowy figure before him. Its eyes stared down at him with such piercing intensity one would have that that was the source of Eguchi’s wound. But it wasn’t. It was that smile; that evil grin that seemed to dig deeper than any blade ever could, right into the very depths of his soul. His heart ached with renewed pain as the shadow’s face was finally revealed, tears slowly streaming down the grown man’s face to hide in his beard. The words came once again to his mouth, “Why, Daisuke? Why?”
And suddenly he awoke, covered in sweat and now sitting up. The sheets were soaked through from his perspiration and caused him to feel a little bit claustrophobic, so he pulled them from his frame. His hands came up to cover his eyes as he leaned forward into their oddly welcoming embrace, a sigh following closely behind. He looked up after a few minutes to the foot of his bed where the moonlight was dancing upon his feet. The sudden distraction was very appealing as he quietly obliged by getting up and making his way over to the open window. Staring out into the vast landscape of the Sereitei, he gently rested his hands on the window ledge. A small gust swept through the compound causing a few loose stands of hair to blow in front of his face. He brought his hand up and replaced them behind his ear before turning away from the window. I will have my revenge, he thought to himself as he slowly returned to his bed.

This is how Ru died, I hope its okay ^^
"Why do I have to babysit" Ru muttered softly as he walk from his house to the shack behind it. He had went out there to get some food for the cats, his mother was crazy about them. It was lucky no one in the famil had scars. He opened the door and grabed a bag of cat food before leaveing. He shut the door and locked it, no need for other animals getting into it. He came into the house and noticed his younger sister drawing something. He didn't mind hanging out wiht her but there were so many other things he could be doing right now. He poured the cats there food and pulled out a frozen pizza for them. He poped it into the oven and went to sit beside the window. He froze in shock t a large thing running towards them. He ran over to the fire place and grabed his fathers gun, it was used for graverobbers. He ran out the door shouting back to his sister "Stay there!" but in that second the thing swung its large hand and down came the front of the house on top of him. The last thing he heard was the slash of a sword and a beastly growl.

Val: Is your first language English? You seem to make a lot of mistakes regarding things like There, They're, and their. Too, to and two. Those sort of things, and a few more spelling errors.
Also, I find that stand alone RPs are not the best to judge a person's actual RPing ability. Do you post like that every time? Or is that unusually long/short for you? I do this so I can point at it after I accept you if you don't measure up to the standards and say "You can do better, I've seen it" and I don't want to be unfair to someone who chose a stand alone rather than a real sample.

Sorry i always get those mixed up >< but i'm working on them but it toke me till half way through middle school to stop saying 'gooder' lol. And not at all I never do stand alone Rps, i like RPing with people a lot and that might be longer than I normaly post but not by too much.

((This is from a RP called Eternal Hour that I'm in, it's probobly not my best, but I just looked for something, plus I had to add the person I was RPing with's posts so this would make sense. If you want a different example I guess I could just make one up :3))
Pharoh: Quaoluin sniffed "Servant, bring them to me...bring the Exile!" He stood up and begin pacing in suspense waiting for the Exile to march in. How odd, the Exile's had been quite bold of late...first the poor assassination attemp and now a single infultrator? Bold yet sloppy.
Colm Kuchiki: Minato thought for a moment, how long could he accually keep her here without being exposed? He would need to bring her back when he is stationed back in the fortress, if he was again. He would bring her with and on the way he would give her a chance to leave, wether she did or not was her decision. He started to wonder why they hadn't been called to meet with Quaoluin yet... it seemed like forever. Minato heard a know on the door, he answered it like he normally would. "What is it?".
"Lord Quaoluin wishes to see you now." The servant informed.
Minato signaled for Hanake to follow him, and she did. The servant lead them to a large, black and red door. He opened it and gestured them to go inside. Minato had been in here many times, he knew it well. He walked halfway up the hall and then bowed to Quaoluin, seeing Hanake do this after he did. "Lord Quaoluin, I have information and other matters I wish to discuss with you." Minato said coldly.
Pharoh: Quaoluin stopped pacing and nodded to the two "Minato there will be time to discuss those matters after I am formally introduced to...her." he ended that last word with a scowl "The..." he cleared his throat "...Exile I presume?"
Colm Kuchiki: Minato thought about his situation, he didn't want to lie to the person he is most loyal to, but he didn't want Hanake to be cought because he was the one who brought her here. "No," He said calmly, "she is my niece from the city, her father recently died and I was the only one left in the family." He lied, he wouldn't know if Quaoluin would believe it, he didn't even know if he had relatives that were still living. "She wishes to join the Empire army..." This one the part he made up to give his story stability.
Pharoh: Quaoluin laughed aloud and sat down giving a sceptical glare to Minato and Hanake "I'm doubtful...resourses tell me shes an Exile! But no worries, she can stay but under no circomstances will any information concerning the Empire be devulged to her." He locked eyes with Minato "Do you understand?"
Colm Kuchiki: Minato was naturally calm now, "Thank you Lord Quaoluin, I promise I have not, and will not reveal any Empire Classified information to her. I apologize for having to try and lie to you, I am willing to accept any punishment." Minato kept his eyes locked with Quaoluin, he knew that looking away would make him angry, especially if it was one of his Military Commanders. Also to make sure Minato was still emotionless, by making sure he had no fear.

Be careful of which tense you use. I see you switching from past, to present quite a lot.
For example, you switch from "he is" to "he was" which changes the tense of the verb. It is confusing and less fluent, and grammatically incorrect.

Hooray! Hehe, yeah I have always had trouble with that, I just type it how it comes to mind, which is fast xD When I type my fingers bounce from key to key so sometimes I accidentally press a key twice x3

Actually, I'm sensitive to that cause.`X3; I had a lot of trouble with tense as well. To boot the habit, I started proof reading my posts a bit more thorough.
