Abby rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I get it. I'm a puppy." It was so hard for her to concentrate when he was so close to her. "So tell me, what have you been up to?"

"Oh, the usual, Harvard and politics and junk. I can't run for president for another 16 years..." he sighed.

He broke away, counting on his fingers. "I need a pretty wife who is knowledgeable and has a sense of style..." he watched Abby as he listed these, "I need to run for governor or Senate or something... get my platform together..."

Abby shook her head and smiled. "Well you better start dating those super models. They usually look pretty good next to a president." She suggested. Her heart ached as she said those words but it was the only thing she could think of. If she didn't she would have suggested herself.

Abby's heart stopped. For a moment she just stared at him. But then snapped out of it. "Well don't ask me to introduce you to some of my friends cause either they're taking or guys."

She shrugged. "Guess you're on your own. Sadly enough, it's the same way for everybody." In her mind, she had already chosen someone she loved. Abby couldn't love anyone more then she did Tobi. Every time he even looked at her, her heart fluttered. "You'll meet someone." She told him.

He sighed, "You're right..." he ordered a coffee from Perry, who was grinning to himself while listening.

"I'll have my usual please Perry." She told him. Abby hadn't eaten anything since she got back. Her phone rang in her pocket. "Hello?" She said into the receiver.
"Abby where did you go?" Her mother asked. "I was washing dishes one minute and then next you're gone."
"I said I was going to the Waffle House." She told her.
"Oh, I guess I didn't hear that. But you left before I could tell you. Did you hear that Tobi was in town?" Her mom told her. Abby rolled her eyes.
"Yes I did and he's right next to me actually."

"HI!" Tobi waved to the phone, taking his coffee.
Perry shuffled off to make Abby's usual.

Abby laughed. "He says 'hi'" Her mother chuckled.
"Tell him I say 'hi'" Her mother told her.
"She says 'hi' back." Abby told Tobi.
"Well, I'm glad you two are hanging out. I'll call his mother." She said.
"Wait mom do" But it was too late. Her mom hung up the phone. Abby put her phone back in her pocket.
Just great.
