Very very nice poem. Not to be sexist, but I rarely hear any good love poems from males now a days. I mean sure you have Robert Frost, Edgar Allen Poe, and all those other writers, but their all dead so their life changing poetry is through. And now a days only thing guys I know care about are video games, sex, and drugs. And then I constantly see friends complain about boyfriends, and its nice to know that their are guys out their that go deep. And I'm somewhat like you in the fact how I said that I couldn't believe in love for myself, because every chance of love I've had has been flushed down the drain. And even though it seems hopeless I see love all around so I know its real. And your poem was just one of those reminders that it is.
Boys can learn from men like you how to be Gentlemen. For the deeper the boy goes in his own hearts to be loving, the deeper he goes into knowing what real love it.

I appreciate it very much. People very rarely admit that there are very few good "love" writers out there. Most people write about death, suicide, some depressing things. Edgar Allen Poe is one of my favorite authors. It's where my middle name comes from. Sorry for rambling lol.
Exactly, I mean everyone I know is all, "Oh lifes dark and bla blah blah" and I'm tired of people being depressed. And love poems make everything great and amazing..
