"Skit, skit, skit, tee, skitty, skit!" the normal type Pokemon seemed to hum out as she continued to hop and pounce at her trainer's feet. It was like a fun game.
The idol continued on, her eyes wide as she took in all the different sights. She definitely seemed like a tourist who was just finally getting out of the hotel for the first time. She might have been a bit quiet, but it was obvious she was just trying to get a grip on everything around her.
When they finally approached the purple hotel, she couldn't help commenting "Wow! They definitely don't have any buildings like that back in Celadon!" They did have some exciting buildings with lots of lights back home, but no buildings that were actually purple. Thinking back upon it, she almost wanted to switch hotels only so she could be in such a unique building.
Oh wait, I could change to this hotel! she then reminded herself in thoughts. Oh the advantage of having a credit card.
Chipping in, she added "So we turn left then, right?" She thought about it for a moment: the way she phrased it was a bit confusing. Oh well.

Luna chuckled at LizDuck's reaction to the purple building, it was a bit similar to her own. "We didn't have much buildings at all in Viridian."
Viridian was a quiet place, not exactly the largest tourest spot in the world with a half-open gym and barely developed town. She loved her hometown though, even if it didn't have as much luxuries or buildings as other ciites.
The trainer nodded at LizDuck's statement, not realizing the odd wording at all. "Right! We go left!"
After making an odd wording herself though, the trainer began to realize how strange it really did sounded. Being someone who almost always voiced their opinion, the trainer let out an amused "Ha, wow, that's pretty cool. Right as in turning a direction and right as in being correct! It's like an unintentional pun or something~!"

This girl was from Viridian?!! LizDuck had a bit of a mental gasp as she felt a bit of glee running through her being. She hadn't met too many people from the Kanto region, so it was always nice to meet someone from out there.
"Viridian? I take it that's where you grew up?" she asked as they rounded about the purple building. At this point, she remembered what the next feature she was supposed to look for was.
Pokemon Center, turn left... Pokemon Center, turn left...

"Yup~" Luna chirped, her face brightened at the subject of her home town. Although she wasn't exactly homesick, she did miss the familiar grounds she spent the majority of her childhood in.
"Have you ever been there? If you get past the bug pokemon, it's a really nice place~"
While the conversation carried on, the two passed the pokemon center - probably the oldest building in Katrina. It's exterior showed no signs of age, the building had only been around three or four years since it's opening afterall.

Had it not been for the fact she was looking out for the Pokemon Center, she probably wouldn't have noticed it as they went past it. The conversation had just gotten pretty good and soon enough the idol was absorbed by it.
"I think I've been to every city in Kanto now... though I am still more at home in places with lots of lights and action. I think one summer ago I did a charity concert in Viridian. Or was that in Pewter City? I forget which. I think both of them had a decent amount of bug Pokemon in the vicinity though. They are only separated by the Viridian forest, right?"
Here, LizDuck paused and glanced down to the ground. After all this time, she hadn't even checked to see if Miss Sprinkles was keeping up. Fortunately, the kitten Pokemon had kept up, but she had seemed to lose that excitement she initially had.
"Oh, come here, you!" the brown haired girl cooed as she leaned down and picked up her tired Pokemon.
All the Pokemon could say in response was "Tee, tee..."

Seeing LIzDuck check on her skitty reminded Luna that she should probably check on her pokemon as well. They often got into some sort of trouble or another everytime she looked away.
Thankfully, no major fights had broken out in the town with the local bird pokemon yet and she could see Prince's distant figure in the skies doing several aerial tricks to entertain his companion. No matter how much the bird pokemon denied it, Luna knew that he definately felt some sort of brotherly affection towards his teammate.
"Yeah, although sometimes I feel Viridian got the worse end of the forest. The beedrills in our area were especially unfriendly. But it's cool you came to visit the town, it's really rural and all so the younger kids must have enjoyed seeing a live idol~"
So focused on watching the fading colors of the sky, Luna almost did not notice that they had started to attract some attention from the people hanging out in the plaza.

LizDuck gave the Skitty a kiss on the nose and cradled it in her arms before looking up again. Now that she wasn't distracted, it seemed Luna was mildly distracted by her own crew. Glancing up, she had to comment "It would be so convenient to have a flying Pokemon... so far all I have are a Pachirisu, a Skitty, and a Jigglypuff who is back in Kanto. I imagine the travel is so much easier with such a practical Pokemon."
Rather suddenly, the idol covered her mouth in an embarrassed fashion. "Oops! I was rambling, wasn't I?" News reporters didn't mind such, but normally, regular people did. For a bit, she took to listening quietly to Luna, as she explained the complex situation of Viridian. She chuckled slightly when there was a pause in the conversation to comment "There were several scampy boys at that concert!"
The kitten Pokemon didn't seem to care so much about the conversation, but seemed to perk up slightly and look at the plaza and its occupants. "Skitty? Skit, skit skitty!" The Pokemon started to paw at her owner's puffy sleeves to get her attention, which only attracted one of the idol's hands to simply shoo the paw away.
