"I'll just let them decay here" Wildspot replied, flicking the wing of some kind of insect off his claw. "They're only bugs, after all."
He looked at Fleetwing's beautiful body. It was kind off odd seeing such a pretty lady attacking bugs with him, like some kind of kit. But that's what he liked about her: she was able to have fun with him.
He was sure of it now, and it sent a purr out of his throat.

Shocked at Wildspot's purr, Fleetwing dropped the beatles. She, too, began to purr. He had an infectious sort of purr that she couldn't help but join in. "Yes," she murmured. "They are just bugs." She ran her tail against his side happily.

Wildspot tangled his tail with her tail and looked at her, at first to see her reaction.
But then he realized that he was happy to feel her with him.
He was smiling, wondering what could be going through her mind.

No tom would do that out of simple friendship, would they? No, she thought joyously. He loves me! He must! And I love him. Thank you, StarClan, for allowing me Wildspot to love! She purred and smiled at Wildspot. "I love you," she whispered in a moment of courage. "So much..."

Wildspot didn't know what to think of what Fleetwing had just said. However, he believed that he too had feelings for her.
Not one to show his emotions, he didn't say "I love you, too." Instead, he simply stepped closer to her, so that their pelts were touching.
"What do you want to do now, birdy?"

He doesn't have to say it. He loves me, he just won't say it...or can't he say it? Doesn't matter! "What do you want to do, wild thing?" she purred, snuggling into his warm, spotted fur.

"Let's go by the border and see if any mangy ShadowClan cats are trying to sneak onto our territory and steal our prey!"
Wildspot flexed his claws, tired of attacking just insects.
He looked at Fleetwing and had a sudden feeling that he wanted to protect her.

"They can try to steal our prey!" Fleetwing snarled, her claws scything out of their paws. The morning's insect hunting had whetted her appetite for a fight. She bounded away towards the border. Why was Wildspot looking at me like that?

Wildspot grinned and followed Fleetwing towards the border. He felt like causing some trouble, but of course nothing that would break the warrior code. Finally he got to the Thunderpath that separated the clans and looked across to see if he could see any ShadowClaners.((I'm gonna throw Swiftclaw in just for fun, if that's alright with you. xD))Swiftclaw was hunting by the Thunderpath when he caught sight of movement on the WindClan side. Looking across, he saw two WindClan cats. He paused, watching them to make sure they weren't going to try anything funny.

Fleetwing froze at the sight of a ShadowClan warrior on the other side of the Thunderpath. "Wildspot! Look!" She felt like an apprentice again, perpetually peering across the putrid black stone to the shadows on the opposite verge.

Wildspot grinned at the sight of the orange ShadowClan warrior and he felt his claws unsheathe, even though there probably wasn't going to be a battle.
"Look how mangy he looks! Can't ShadowClanners take care of themselves?"
He laughed menacingly.
"At least I don't smell rabbity!" Swiftclaw retorted.
He remained calm, despite being laughed at. There was no need to cause a fight just because of a few insults.

Fleetwing's nose wrinkled. "You think we stink? You smell like maggotty crowfood on the Thunderpath at Sunhigh!" She turned to Wildspot and nodded. "Yes, he is mangy. I heard once they're too busy scrounging up enough prey to feed themselves to groom themselves."

"Hmm, maybe you're right..." Swiftclaw said with a smug grin on his face. "Maybe ShadowClan should just go over to your territory, if you think your prey is so good. You're certainly weak enough for us to be able to push you around."
Wildspot's fur bristled and his tail lashed.
"Just come over here and say that to my claws!"
He gave a menacing laugh. He was a scary sight, someone no one wanted to mess with.

Fleetwing's fur stood on end. "If you think you're so strong, frog-breath, why don't you try taking us yourself?! Such a big talker, you should be able to take the both of us and survive the Thunderpath." To prove her point, a monster whirred past, raising a wind with it. "Come on, try it, turdmaggot!" she taunted once it had passed.

"Nah, I'm not stupid." Swiftclaw replied. "There really is no need to cause a fight."
He didn't feel like hanging out by the putrid Thunderpath and the hostile cats on the other side, so he left.
"Ha, you're scared!" Wildspot shouted, but the orange ShadowClan cat was already gone.
He looked at Fleetwing and laughed. It was fun doing things with her!
