Jane looked between her two brothers and cringed a bit. This is not good... she thought to herself. She'd might have chosen her worlds a little more carefully if she'd been able to tell that Sam had like Kyu too, or was he just jealous of Bastian? She couldn't tell. She wondered why it was so much harder for her to read him than Bastian...maybe it was because they both had to much of Daddy in them to ever wear there feelings on their sleeves so to speak.
Jane really hoped that this didn't turn into a full scale war between her brothers. That was the last thing she wanted to see...Maybe this was just a temporary Bastian Crush and would be over when he saw another girl...She'd try and tell Sam that...he had enough problems...he didn't need his little brother trailing after the girl he liked like a love sick puppy.
Sebastian looked between Sam, Kyu and Jane who was still in the front part of the shop. He wondered vaguely if he'd missed something important in the last exchange...especially from Sam...Bastian kicked himself for being lousy at reading emotions from his siblings, but he figured it was probably from dealing with computers so much that made him unable to read people.
"Uh...well...you know we were discussing stuff...like abilities!" Sebastian stammered out remembering what he and Kratos had spoken about before getting on Kyu. "Like can you phase with a computer like I can Sam? I can't remember if you can or not?" he said quickly changing the subject entirely.

Sam concealed a frown, discontented ideas muttering through his mind. Bastian did have crushes a lot, so he was unsure what this one was. Sam let thoughts wizz along in his brain, his expression plain all the while. And despite his relief for the change in subject Sebastian just offered, Sam was confused.
"Yes, I can. And I can pretty much do anything you can with any computer, except Mom never showed me how to do it as efficiently as you." He replied flatly in response to Bastian's question. "But I doubt that she even knows I can do that..." Sam finished, frowning. What he hadn't learned from Cortana that kept him from being as good as Bastian was separating your awareness to do near limitless thing at the same time.

Jane wandered over and sat down just outside of the circle of kits and watched. If necessary she figured she'd drag Bastian away and smash some sense into his head. For having access to unlimited stores of knowledge, Jane was always surprised on how stupid her little brother could be.
"Oh..." Sebastian said feeling slightly abashed. "All she taught me was mostly algorithms. Anyone can pick those up..." he said wondering if he'd just made things worse. He glanced over and saw Jane drift closer and wondered if he was about to get in trouble for something...

Sam frowned, glancing at Kyu. He was still unsure, but was tempted to try and show off. He ignored this desire.
"Whats an algorithm?" Sam asked instead, poking at his knee guard. There was familiar computer language scrolling across it as he rapidly wikipedia-ed algorithms. "Oh." He said as he computed the page. Sam had tried to show off anyway.
From the kitchen, Kratos noticed that Jane kit was seated away from the rest of the foxes. Jumping down gracefully from the counter, he wandered over to where she was sitting. Kratos wondered what was happening, so he asked.
"What is going on now?" He inquired, quiet enough so that the others wouldn't hear but loud enough that he didn't sound like he was whispering. He noticed offhandedly how elegant she looked in that armor.

Jane looked over at Kratos. "I think Sam likes Kyu...but Bastian has decided to be Bastian and get a crush on her too...I don't know how this is gonna turn out..." she said leaning towards him so not to be heard by her brothers.

It was very unlike him, but Kratos blushed as he leaned towards him. The proximity made him nervous. It was all he could do to keep from stumbling over his own words. "... Oh, okay." Kratos said, tense and on edge.

Jane turned her head towards him. "Are you okay?" she said tilting her head to one side. She'd learned quick that when on one can see your face its best to use body language when you speak.

Kratos held his breath for a moment to calm himself before he spoke. "Yes, Perfectly alright." He said as calm as he could, but it was more than obvious he was trying to cover up.

Kyu's eyes widened "Oh! That's cool! So you both can...go inside the computer?" she looked between the boys, her tail dragging across the floor like a puppy who wanted to go outside. "Bunny has let me on her prized MacBook a few times but....wow that'd be so cool" She suddenly realized how weird she was being and calmed down a bit and blushed lightly.

Sebastian blushed and nodded. "Thank you. And it really is cool. You'd be surprised how pretty the digital world can be. I could show you some time on a monitor if you like. I can make it show you what I see when I'm inside." he said and inside he sighed. She was really pretty when she blushed. He wondered if she'd ever want to play games with him sometime. And he wouldn't cheat not with her. He'd even lose if it meant he could spend time with her.
Jane glanced over at him still unsure of what was wrong with Kratos. He'd seemed perfectly normal just a bit ago. She quickly thought of something to cover this awkward silence that was building between them. "So, what do you like to do for fun?" she asked.

Sam restrained a frown but held his tounge. Apparently, Bastian had pretty much won. He hadn't much to say for input or his own opinion, so he kept quiet.
Kratos shuffled back a little, easing his nerves a bit with the space, he replied. "I practice my swordsmanship and fighting skills." Kratos spoke with a little more calmness in his voice.

Jane nodded. "Sounds like fun. I practice sharpshooting a lot. Daddy says I'll be a dead shot once I'm grown and get my full height." she said. "I don't fight paw to paw often but I'm pretty good with an energy sword. Maybe you'd like to come with us sometime?" she asked innocently.

"Sure." He said, almost a little too enthusiastic. "Though I'm not sure if I can handle a gun or not." Kratos finished, flicking his wings. He wondered what an energy sword was.

Kyu smiled softly and nodded, "I'd Like that" Her wings fluttered for a moment and she wrapped her tail around herself. Sea was probably one of the nicest people she'd ever met so far, and on top of that, he was really cool! She noticed she was staring and blinked, "So...um...are you hungry?" he laughed nervously as she pointed to the kitchen.

Sebastian smiled at Kyu. She was so cute he was so involved in watching her that he nearly missed what she said next. "Food?...." he said only half realizing what she'd said. "Uh...yeah! Food! I could totally go for something to eat." he said. "You too Sam right?" he asked his big brother hopping to draw him out of his shell again.
Jane shrugged. "Don't have to shoot if you don't want to." she said. "I'm always up for some variety. I need to practice more with the sword anyway. I could show you how to hand a energy sword if you like and we could spar." she said sounding slightly mischievous.
