How to Relocate: Gaia > Shops > Faktori > My Home (or some such; second button under the NPC) > Relocate > Pay 1k > Go to Towns > Open Directory > Input Zip Code > Look around for any vacant houses nearby! 8D They will have a white sign on unclaimed land, and you simply click it to set up your house there.
