I'm not sure how I got into Skillet, but probably from hearing "Whispers In The Dark" on a rock station. But I remember that I also listened to them on Internet radio, so I probably found out about more of their songs that way and just got into them.

Well, I first started hearing them weeks after their debut came out. Of course, I was 3 then, so it was fun to listen to, and I could recognize the songs, but I didn't really "know" Skillet. I started listening on my own around 2000, but they weren't like, my favorite or anything. Then, Collide came out in 2003, and turned me into a real Panhead.

my friend showed me the whispers in the dark music video and from there I got hooked

Well, I don't know exactly how I got into Skillet. I just know that approximately 14 months ago, I was buying something on iTunes and a Skillet album was one of the albums that other people who bought what I was buying had bought. (That was confusing, I know.) I listened to their music and I thought it was amazing. A while after, I found out that 2 of my best friends were into Skillet, too. So, hey, it all worked out!

Freshman year in Ms. Sosa's class, during reading minute. thats when I got interested... thanks Jomar! 3nodding then I kept looking up there songs I got comatos live for christmas and here I am now, a total Panhead who almost fainted when she got Awake razz

I was at winter jam 2 years ago when I first heard them. I was totally in love with the band after that heart

I watched a video on youtube, and their song "Collide" was the background. And i LOVED the song.
So i looked em up and listened to Whispers In the Dark and fell in love lol.

my friend told me about them. she was saying that they where really awesome and she said she thought i would like it. then the next day i went to winter jam 2008 and saw them in concert and i was hooked ever since.

well my older sister showed me their song monster late one stormy night. i really liked it. so after she went home i started searching more and more of their songs. I loved their music!! Then one of my best friends told me he liked skillet so i searched even more songs. then i got my other best friend hooked on skillet and now he is borrowing my new skillet cd

I was listening to my dads Ipod for music ideas and stumbled upon Rebirthing. (my brother put it all on his iPod though...) blaugh

i went to a friends house one day nd her next door nieghbor put on music nd it waz loud nd he waz lisening to skillet hero nd i really liked the song nd so i asked him who they were nd i went to look up thier music nd i really liked their music the one i liked the most waz last night.........i think there r spelling mistakes oh watever im not goin back to fix them

I was watching a Grimmjow amv, goodbye by sr-71 and another Grimmjow amv was in the sidebar, comatose by skillet.
Ever since i have liked skillet and consider the band to be far above average. ^.^ But not the best.

first off, thank you axxerous, for not kicking me...i havent had access to a computer for a while, so i havent posted in quite a while. how did i hear about skillet. that is a funny one. my friend, who is sooo not christian, was telling me abot how awesome they were. "they have a killer sound and they have this awesome roar at the end" were his words i think. he was talking about monster, of course. so i got on you tube and looked it up and liked t then i listened to hero, and i was hooked. last weekend i got to go see skillet live at kansas expo centre. it was sick!!!! so i bought awake and listened to it. now im hooked on Awake and Alive.
