Teenage love scenes are awk-ward *rolls eyes*.
Anyway! Got pretty much work done tonight. I have a feeling what I wrote is going to need extra editing through. Part of the conversation kind of jerks between topics. And it looked so good in the outline too!
It's so odd- I think I'm funnier when I write impulsively. The planned gags just don't seem as interesting to me, but sometimes I giggle out loud when I put one in on a whim. Maybe it's just because I've read the planned ones already.
My outline is actually shrinking. Since when does this happen? I would really like to know!
My friends keep wondering where I'm running off to. They don't believe I'm still writing the same thing.
I wish I could be finished come the end of summer, or at least in time to finish my yearly halloween smutfest. The former is close to impossible methinks. The latter... could happen. But I set my goal for the end of the year for a reason.

lol, your friends will get used to it eventually. Whatever you're writing sounds interesting. Anything that can embarrass the author is worth reading smile

About The SmutFest.
I used to write with this other girl. She loved the smut. And her birthday was on halloween. So, every year on her birthday, I would write her smut and lots of it. Oodles and oodles of smut. And every year, I would try to outdo the year before.
Actually, I ah... sweatdrop got carried away in the end and the last one I wrote for her she didn't like. That was the beginning of the end for us. But I still do the smut thing. I run a request thread for it in my LJ that's under a heavy filter. I'm afraid I would be reluctant to distribute it here.
But yes! It is fun. Very fun. And cathartic XD.
I tend to give myself Fridays off and this week was not an exception to that. I scrawled down some notes and napped. Tonight I'll write after supper, methinks.

Ahem. Anyway! I got so annoyed with that last scene I had written, I sliced it out and rewrote from the last thing I knew to be solid. So, I essentially got nothing done over the weekend, writing-wise.
I did however sand Hypatia's goat feet, cut out some things to sew and make okinomiyaki (it's the Japanese equivalent of a pizza).
I think I will write some more later.
Reason: just hit a naughty part.
As I said. Happens a lot around me.

Pushing the envelope is fun! 3nodding You can't find the boundaries if you don't run screaming into them. Well, maybe you could use a stick, but what fun would that be?
Anyway, I went back and wrote more last night, moving on from the scene I had to redo which felt WONDERFUL. I actually paused in the middle of a naughty part. Odd? Perhaps, but I get to look forward to finishing it up tonight, assuming I don't get jumped by my sewing basket.
I'm loving the couple I'm writing for. They're such strange people. It's positively biblical to see them together.

I love fanservice. I know there's an attitude that fanservice is immature and crude, but even the most particular, literate reader secretly enjoys fanservice. The key is to not overdo it.
I found this junky etchi comic at BookOff once. Chaos somethingorother (I don't have it any more and it was never translated). You could see the female MC's panties on pretty much every other page. I'm not even kidding... Trashy to the max! Why not just draw porn Z_Z?
And hey, it's called fanservice or a reason. You perform a service. For your fans.
