What if the person isn't tired at that time, but is later on in the day? Should nap time still be in the early afternoon?

Well, if you're not tired at that time, then no.

I had to take a nap as soon as I got home from my two-day college orientation today. There was a lot of walking back and forth and I'm still aching from it.

When you take naps, are you supposed to fall asleep? sweatdrop I was running on 6hrs of sleep today, and felt like I should sleep, but could never get to it because there was no sleeping place.

I thought the point of taking a nap was that you'd get to sleep. I'm not really sure what you're asking.

Nothing wrong with that.

I'm usually fine, my body is used to it, but the change in body schedule is what's messing me up. And other stuff. xP

I wish I could sleep during the day and be up at night.
o.o;

And I adjusted really well going to France.
I was on schedule within the first day.
And I was right back on schedule as soon as I got back to the states.
Easy as pie.
