I did just what you siggested Lorysa.. I found myself writing almost 3 pages though lol. It has been helping me sleep though :3. And thank god.. My morning sickness is almost all but gone.. I still get it from now and then.. But the doctor said it would go away after 3 months. Seeing as I'm going to be entering my 12th week.. I really don't get it all that much. I did barf today though >3. But that was because of the onion smell V w V. Unfortunatly, I can't eat tacos, onions, or sour cream.. Or stand ground beef being cooked >3. They all make me cringe lol.
Thanks McPhh it helps to know I'm not the only one missing people I really care about.. But sadly he's in basic not overseas. So I really can't contact him lol.
It sure does kp.. It sure does 3:.

You should pick up an art!
Writing is good, but I recommend something far more frustrating! It'll take your mind off things.
Go to an art store and get one of those mini like 4x6 sketch books and slug it around with you with a pencil. Just scribble whatever.
Or you can take up a craft, like clothing design, or knitting, or sculpting, or pottery.
Maybe you do an art now? Kick it into full drive!
I just find that creating stuff is very calming for me. Even if it's frustrating, it's still something good that's making me stressed, and not something bad.

It sure does kp.. It sure does 3:. Yay! I'm glad it helps you sleep. 3nodding I would think that maybe drinking enough bottled water every day would help, or maybe milk, so that if you do throw up again, it won't be so... burny and gross. sweatdrop It calmed my stomach when I was sick. I have a natural remedies book, I'll look up something for morning sickness when I get home. ^ ^
Kp's ideas are good! But you know what would be even more frustrating? Solving a clear rubix cube. If you want to try his ideas, a good place to buy supplies would be Michael's art store. They have every art supply ever - paper, gem stones, wreathes, sea shells, paint, fabric, picture frames, customizeable decorations... Or you could buy little Sudoku or crossword books at any grocery store, they're only about $2.

I wouldn't suggest milk if she is having morning sickness, milk and some drinks like orange juice can mess with stomach acids and make things worse. I suggest soda crackers, maybe some kind of tea or herb. I heard stuff like cinnamon and peppermints help. Also heard Ginger Ale and Sprite/7 Up works but have to stur the bubbles out. When my stomach hurts I eat a few crackers, it helps absorb the acids. Yes, having a hobby is good. My doctor told me that having a hobby helps get your mind off things (I hear knitting and crocheting helps relax some people so i'm trying those. Maybe you can make something for the baby). Also recommend watching comedies, laughing is always good.

divineseraph I.Am I fully disagree with divine. Technically, it may be biology. But in reality, blood is blood. He raised you, and you grew up with him there; That creates a bond between you. Especially since your mother left ya'll when you were young. He's probably angry, and also confused, and didn't know what to do. He did the wrong thing. But... Mm. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm getting the feeling that your father wasn't a horrible person growing up? sweatdrop KP's right, for now, don't be around them. I'm sure that once the baby's born their outlook will change. Blood is blood. Grandparents want to see their grandbabies, even if they think their children made a bad decision. Hopefully he'll come to support ya'll eventually. And you go sweetheart, as far as school goes! You're going to have a new life to take care of pretty soon; Do your best to make sure that both of you, and your boy, are able to live a happy life. ^_^ Good luck to all of you! And we -are- always here to talk and help. 3nodding Just don't listen to divine! >.> I am for individual strength. If your father does that to you, then you don't need him. If he changes his mind, then fine. Blood is nothing, YOU are you, and your father to try and force you into what he wants by threatening you with wellbeing is low and childish. Individual strength is taking your options and making the best of them. Saying "******** you" to pretty much anyone is not making the best of your options. You're shutting doors and not allowing the person to see their mistakes or the reasoning behind what you're doing. I'm sure your father loves you, or life would have been a lot shittier before this happened. He doesn't know what to do, but he knows he has to do something. He made a choice and went with it. Someday he will realize that it was the wrong choice, but until then you have to just keep on keeping on. Life is hard. If it wasn't it wouldn't be any fun.

Also recommend watching comedies, laughing is always good. Very good suggestions, but I'd like to note that orange juice is good for the baby and should not be avoided. It is an excellent source of Folic Acid. http://kidshealth.org/parent/pregnancy_newborn/pregnancy/folic_acid.html What Is Folic Acid? Folic acid, sometimes called folate, is a B vitamin (B9) found mostly in leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach, orange juice, and enriched grains. Repeated studies have shown that women who get 400 micrograms (0.4 milligrams) daily prior to conception and during early pregnancy reduce the risk that their baby will be born with a serious neural tube defect (a birth defect involving incomplete development of the brain and spinal cord) by up to 70%. The most common neural tube defects are spina bifida (an incomplete closure of the spinal cord and spinal column), anencephaly (severe underdevelopment of the brain), and encephalocele (when brain tissue protrudes out to the skin from an abnormal opening in the skull). All of these defects occur during the first 28 days of pregnancy - usually before a woman even knows she's pregnant. That's why it's so important for all women of childbearing age to get enough folic acid - not just those who are planning to become pregnant. Only 50% of pregnancies are planned, so any woman who could become pregnant should make sure she's getting enough folic acid. Doctors and scientists still aren't completely sure why folic acid has such a profound effect on the prevention of neural tube defects, but they do know that this vitamin is crucial in the development of DNA. As a result, folic acid plays a large role in cell growth and development, as well as tissue formation.

Well there are other ways to get folic acid besides orange juice so if worse comes to worse she can find other food and drinks that has it or take tablets. But it all depends on how she is feeling. If she is feeling ok then it shouldn't bother her (it was more of a suggestion for upset stomachs, not ment to avoid it all together unless it bothers her. Some people actually can't have or should avoid drinking it cause the acid in orange juice bothers them).

Not exactly what I was saying, I tend to use words very loosely and metaphorically. By "******** you" I don't mean "Flip him off, slash his tires, kick his dog and throw a brick through his windows" I mean "Disregard him and go on without him". And I mean this AT LEAST until he changes his mind and comes back. Not burning bridges per se, just choosing other bridges to cross until this one stops being a d**k. Which I hear he has, so that's a step up.

Ginger and peppermint are good, and unless I'm mistaken completely safe to use while you're pregnant, either as an herbal tea or candy with natural flavor (Altoids has real peppermint oil in their peppermints, and I know they have ginger Altoids too.) There's also pickled ginger (same stuff you get with sushi) and candied ginger. Ginger ale usually doesn't have enough real ginger in it, if any.
And candied ginger will freshen the living hell out of your breath. 3nodding

Sorry haven't been on much lately.. Here's an update on things :3.
Thanks guys. My sickness is all over with thank God.. Now I can wake up and pig out >3. Lol I drink like 5 glasses of milk a day.. And when I'm not I'm drinking Juicy Juice >3. Every now and then I do forget to take my prenatal vitamin on accident.. But other than that I'm really good about it.
And I have art as a hobby.. I'm not as good as I want to be.. But I realized it is a good stress releaser.. I concentrate on drawing a nice line more than anything else ^ w ^. I also found out that playing videogames for me helps too. But my friend keeps dragging me outside to get excercise razz .
Me and my dad have started going out to lunch and are finally being able to talk without arguing. It's kind of nice having at least one of my family members accepting whats going on.
Oh yeah.. I got to hear the heartbeat a week ago.. It was so cute ^ w ^. I liked stop breathing. It was like I dunno just an amazing overwhelming feeling. It realy makes me wonder how people can kill something like that :. Kinda makes me sad really. But in a few weeks i get to find out if it's a boy or girl.. I'm REALLY excited about that. There's like 6 of my friends that want to be int he room with me when I find out lol. Nice to know that some of my friends are still here to support me as well as all of you guys heart .

Glad to here that things are going better for you.
Seemed like your dad and some friends were just in shock but now they had time to think about it, they seem like they will be able to support you now, which is good.
Yes, video games always helped me when i'm angry or stressed. Also i've been trying to learn bellydancing.

Awww! The heartbeat! I didn't know you could hear it, I thought you could maybe detect it with an ultrasound, but actually hear it? :3 So cute.
Yay! I'm excited for you! If I were having a baby, I don't know if I'd rather find out during the pregnancy or keep it a surprise until it was born. Not to rush you, but have you been thinking of names?

Not to rush you, but have you been thinking of names? I personally would want to find out before it's born so I can prepare for it. It's easier to decorate the room and buy clothes if you know if it's a boy or girl. My mom said she didn't find out offically until I was born (she said I wouldn't turn over so they can check and see) but she just made a guess and happened to be right (I guess there are some ways they can know. I think girls heart beats faster).

I'm glad to hear things are going well! Wow, that's exciting. My sister came back from the first time hearing her baby's heartbeat and it was just such a special moment for her, and her husband too. I'm glad your friends are sticking by you too ^^
Yeah, I always wondered whether I wanted to be surprised or not, but as my sister pointed out, it's a surprise either way, it's just, one you need to wait a lot longer for xd
