Shei'dalin's Profile~~~

With wings unfurled and joy unbound,
I dance on laughter spangled winds.
I bathe in freedom’s rushing breath
And drink cool nectar from the clouds.
Up, up, through sunlit fields of blue,
I soar through boundless ether.
Look! Starlight shines at height of day.
I hear infinity calling.

Name: Shei'dalin
Gender: Female
Generation: Second, technically.
Stage: Adult
Past Stage Images: Bowl | Kitling | Adult
Acquired: July 25th, 2008
Birthday: July 25th, 2008
Parents: Adelis (NIS) x Selene (NIS)
Siblings: Zephyraes
Personality: Like her dark and vibrant wings, Shei'dalin is one firecracker of a Goddess. She's bold and upfront, and doesn't hesitate on telling others the truth--hence her name. Shei'dalin. Truth Speaker.

Shei'dalin tends to be rather impulsive, as she follows her instincts very closely. For these reasons, she tends to get her and Zephyraes into quite a bit of trouble. Still, she's not mean spirited at all. She's very kind and compassionate...and is very susceptible to her emotions, and the emotions of those around her. Which means, of course, she's liable to be hurt quite a bit when it comes to matters of her heart.

Past: Shei'dalin and Zephyraes have had a normal and lively childhood.

Powers: Besides being child protégés at flying, Shei'dalin and Zephyraes have certain powers. It seems that their powers are tied to their personalities, Shei'dalin is an Empath and Zephyraes is a Telepath. These powers, however, do not come without consequences and sometimes extreme repercussions. They are sporadic at best right now, and if they push to use them, they wind up exhausted, nauseous, with a headache, or with a bleeding nose.

Shei's powers of empathy are revealed mostly in the form of her instincts. Whether those instincts are feelings of how other people or foxes are...whether they can be trusted or strayed away from, to anything else that's in between. Sometimes, she gets flashes of things that could or might happen; and what has happened. These instances or visions leave her terribly drained, and often weak for several hours. Shei is thankful they do not happen often, else she would be needing someone to follow her around and keep her safe during those times, constantly.

~~~Role-Play History~~~
~~~Important Kits~~~

[♥ ☼] Zephyraes Phyra is my sister. My true, twin sister. She's the Goddess of Air, and I'm the Goddess of the Sky. I love her so much, and even though I know she doesn't like half the things I drag her into, but it's so much better with her around.

[] Teles Teles is mysterious. She's very silent, and likes to observe a lot of things. She comes off as cool and aloof, but when she's with Tael, I see another side of her come out. Her eyes light up, and that mysterious quality becomes more prominent. I wonder who and what she really is.

[] Taelence Taelence is a beautiful fox. I find myself dazzled by her hibiscus markings. But underneath her pretty coat, I've felt that this fox is going through a lot of heartache at the moment. I don't know what about right now...maybe in time, I'll figure it out fully.

[♥ ●] Ariston Ariston is...interesting. (-Blush.-) I love that he is coloured as the night sky is. I love his interest in the sky, whether it's day or night. I find myself wanting to catch his eye. To turn his head. But he seems to have eyes only for Teles, who isn't sure what to think. If only love wasn't so complicated.

[] Rose Rose is...different. She's been hurt before...and still hurts because of the front she has to put up. She seems very lonely, but oddly content with her makeshift family.

[] Chryses Chryses...is a blast! He's such an energetic fox, even though he's grown up now. I like his carefree ways. We tend to get into quite a bit of trouble together.

[] Kallos Kallos...is a very serious kit. He's very elegant and proper, not unlike myself at times, but he doesn't seem to carry that carefree spark his brother does. I pity him, somewhat, but he seems somewhat friendly, when he thinks the fox he's talking to isn't dumb or something.

[] Phaidra Phaidra is...a very special kit. She's so bright. She's perhaps one of the friendliest foxes I've seen. She doesn't seem afraid to go up to someone else and introduce herself...but when someone's fighting - regardless of the reason - she emanates fear...and that makes me uncomfortable that she's so afraid of fighting.

Of Crushes and Flying
Kallos: -Trots in before sitting not too far off, watching the shop's inhabitants before focusing on Alice's wings, soon becoming completely enthralled with them.-

Alice: -notices someone looking at her from far off- -stares back-

Aine: No...Alec and Topaz don't have wings. I feel kinda bad that they don't...so I try not to fly to much so they don't feel different.

Kallos: -Blinks suddenly as he finally notices the kit staring back, flicking his ears somewhat uncertainly before standing and padding over with an easy, graceful stride.- Hello~ -Nods to both the kits.-

Alice: Oh, they don't, I'm so used to seeing winged kit now, it sorta boggles my mind...

-notices Kallos walking towards them- Oh, hello~

Aine: *looks over at Kallos* Hi. ^^

Kallos: -Glances between Alice and Aine.- My name is Kallos~ Who are you two? -Discreetly glances at their wings, smiling lightly.-

Aine: My name is Aine. I'm Conall and Anna's daughter. ^^

Alice waited a few seconds after Aine finished her short introduction. 'My name is Alice, it's nice to meet you Kallos' She smiled and then noticed him slightly looking at her wings and Aine' judging by the angle.

Kallos: Nice to meet you two, too. -Sits down upon his haunches, curling his tail around himself.- ...your wings... They're not as big as Auntie Shei'dalin's...

Aine: Who is she? What bigger wings..? Is she a goddess? We're only angelics...

Auntie Shei'dalin? Alice wondered, she didn't recognize the name so she probably hadn't met her, but her wings were bigger? That probably meant she was a goddess, they had bigger wings and could fly at this age.
'Well, that's probably because were different breeds, we are angelic she might be of the goddess variety?' Around the same time Aine said the same.

Alice's ears perked up for a second ' I think someone is calling my name I'll be back in a few minuets.' She rushed off.

Kallos: -Nods at Aine and Alice.- Yes, she's a Goddess kit~ She takes me flying sometimes. And she's got a twin sister, my Auntie Zephyraes. -Watches Alice scamper out, his ears drooping a bit before looking back at Aine.-

Shei’dalin: -Perks her ears, peering down at the trio become a duo before standing and stretching on the rafters, alighting to float and glide down, landing easily a few paces away from her 'nephew' and his new friend.- ...hello, I'm Shei'dalin. I heard you talking about me, Kallos~

Aine: Thats awful nice of her. *nods respectfully at Shei* Hello.

Kallos: Yeah, Shei and Zeph are pretty nice...she came before I emerged from my bowl...

Shei’dalin: -Smiles lightly at Aine, ruffling her wings.- You've got a very pretty set of wings there. Did you get them from your mother? Or your father? Or both?

Aine: Thank you and I got them from my Mamma. Da's normal.

Kallos: -Sheepishly backs away a little, letting Shei do her thing, somewhat content to be ignored.-

Shei’dalin: -Smiles at Aine, dazzlingly.- I don't suppose you can fly just yet, or can you? -Gives her wings a few good flaps, stirring up a fair breeze towards Aine.-

Alice soon scampered back to the two she had met, and a few seconds before she got back she saw a white kit with huge blue wings, she guessed that that was the goddess they had been talking about. She soon came to walking pace few steps away and walked in sitting beside Aine and Kallos quietly.

Kallos: -Watches Shei, slightly envious of the wings, before shrugging lightly as he turned his attention to Alice as she returned.- Welcome back~ This, as you might have guessed, is Shei'dalin.

Shei’dalin: -Pauses, swerving around to look at Alice more closely, the grin still etched in her face, eyes shifting mischievously to Kallos before back to Alice.- My, another Angelic kit~! Do you fly yet? ^^~

Aine: Not just yet... I can get a bit off the ground but I can't hold it for very long...*smiles as Alice comes back*

Alice smiled and nodded towards Kallos. 'Yup, I guessed'
She turned her eyesight towards Shei’dalin, a huge smile stuck to her face, she seemed very friendly. 'No, not yet, well, I can't really fly, I can lift off the ground for a few seconds. But I can't wait too!~'

She looked back towards Kallos, not wanting him to feel ignored, but she didn't know what to say.

Kallos: -Clears his throat lightly.- Will you be taking them flying, Shei...? -Glances at Alice with a half smile.-

Shei’dalin: -Nods quickly.- Yes, I was just getting to that, Kallos. Would you guys like a ride...? Maybe one at a time, I've never carried two kits before. -Smiles again, this time slinking forwards to ruffle Kallos's short bangs to ease the unsettled feeling she felt from him.-

Aine: Thank you but no thank you. I like to run as much as I like to fly. Neither of my siblings can fly so I spend a lot of time on the ground with them.

'Fly with you? That sounds very nice, I'll let Aine pick who'll go first if he wants to.' She said toward Shie'dalin and then looked toward Aine for her answer, which soon came up as a no.

'I guess that means I'll be going.' She smiled towards Shei'dalin.

Kallos: -Pads off to the side, giving Shei as much room as she needed.-

Shei’dalin: -Nods towards Aine.- I can't say I understand that, but it's very considerate of you for your siblings' sakes. -Glances to Alice, her ears perking up before she hunched to the ground, stretching a wing out so the small kit would be able to get up without feeling she had no room to move.-

Aine: *nodded* Thank you. I really love my little brother and sister...I don't like making them feel left out.

Alice watched as Kallos moved to the side to give for room for Shei'dalin and watched as she un-folded her wings. They were much larger then Alice's, she felt so tiny compared to Shei'dalin. She approached slowly and guessing she wanted her on her back she put a paw on top of her and boosted her self off the ground and on to her back carefully.

Though she was much smaller then a horse that's what Alice felt like she was riding on. 'Well... This is a different view!~' Alice chimed and looked down only a few inches off the ground made a difference to her. She looked towards Aine an Kallos and smiled at both.

Aine: *smiles back and waggles a paw at Alice*

Alice: -waves a paw out to Aine, keeping steady on Shei'dalin's back-

Kallos: -Grins up at Alice a moment, flicking his tail from side to side.-

Shei’dalin: You're gonna want to crouch down and hang on to my fur~ -Shei'dalin chimed as she stood slowly with the kit on her back, twisting her head to look at Alice, making sure the kit did as she was asked. Shei crouched down herself, though tensing her leg muscles to help her leap into the air, her wings tucked close to her body.- Hang on~! -With a wild grin, she sprang into the air, and at the apex of her height, she unfurled her wings and flapped them in strong, quick motions to get them further off the ground before actually starting to move forwards, keeping the pace easy so she didn't lose Alice.-

She watched as Kallos's grin spread across his face a few seconds and then looked towards Shei'dalin as she gave her instructions as to what to do. Alice soon grabbed sone fur in her paws an crouched down. 'Okay, I'm ready~' She sang.

Alice soon felt Shei'dalin crouch down and jump up, and then unfurling her wings. Her wings moved at a raid motion like hers when Alice attempted to fly, yet the difference was that she was going up, not slowly coming down. Shei'dalin then started to move forward at a nice pace. A smile soon spread across Alice's face.

Shei snickered lightly as she pumped her wings to propel them forwards a bit faster, easily gaining height now that she was off the ground. She looped in a tight spiral towards the rafters, not daring to do any aerial acrobatics while Alice was on her back. She laughed lightly, liking the joy that emanated from the kit upon her back.

"Having fun~?" She questioned, gathering herself before diving at Aine and Kallos, swooping back up with plenty of time. It would be better outside the shop, but inside had its own advantages, too. No strong winds to potentially knock Alice from her back.

Alice felt wind on her face as the kit she was riding on held a few tight spirals towards the top of the shop towards the rafter, gaining a little speed as she went. Alice was quite happy that she hadn't tried to do a loop or anything. Alice had a feeling that she wouldn't be the type to go up side down. She then heard Shei'dalin laugh slightly, that too brought a laugh out of Alice's mouth.

'Very~' She said happily as Shei'dalin swooped down, Alice almost lifting from the no gravity, but thankfully didn't. They then quickly swooped back up, Alice still hung on though. At least if she fell at a good moment she might be able to flap her wings and lessen the fall.

"I'm glad. I'd take you outside if I could, but it might be a bit more difficult for you to hang on. I tend to be...well, quite exuberant when I'm able to fly outdoors." Shei chatted casually, gliding to and fro above Aine and Kallos for several minutes before she let gravity pull her down. She landed running, so she wouldn't jostle Alice.

The brief run slowed quickly, and soon Shei was back beside Kallos and Aine, eyes glittering with excitement. She huddled down for Alice to get off, once again extending her wing to the floor so the kit had room to move.

'I'll note that down my friend' She said as they drafted in the air. Alice peeked over the edge. careful to hang on. She saw that they were right about Kallos and Aine at that moment but the blurred past in a second or so. Then soon enough Shei'dalin slowly drifted down and upon reaching the ground she went into to a run, then a jog, then finally, almost exactly where Alice had gotten on stopped.

It felt odd to be in the air for so long, but felt so good. She guessed it ran in her veins. She watched as the kit put her wings down and Alice hopped off, a grin from ear to ear plastered on her face. She turned to Shei'dalin. 'Thank-you very much~ I quite enjoyed that~' She chimed happily.

"You're very welcome~ It was my pleasure. Perhaps if you ever need help with your flying, you'd allow me to teach you? Perhaps my sister Zephyraes would help, too!" Shei was grinning from ear to ear as well. She loved sharing her gift with others, even if it was with a kit that would eventually be able to fly. But Shei saw potential in Alice; it was the way she felt the joy from the kit, and the way her eyes sparkled now. It was exactly as Shei felt. So it was only natural - and impulsive - for her to ask.

She even had a sister, she couldn't remember if she had heard that from Kallos or Aine before, but of she could fly she was another goddess 'I wonder how many roam this shop?' She asked herself.
'That would be great if you could!~' Alice said happily hearing the offer, her eyes were bright and her tail was high in the air. She now couldn't wait to be able to fly herself, high in the air, oh that would be great!~

She looked at the other two beside her, waiting for them to speak, she didn't want the others left out so she didn't say anything else for awhile.

Shei and Zeph Meet some of the Celestials
Zephyraes lay up in the rafters, her favorite spot, looking around for her sister. She hadn't seen Shei in while and she sorely missed the contact.

Shei'dalin stepped in to the shop, tail swaying lightly before stopping dead in her tracks, suddenly overwhelmed by the strong emotions in the room. She shook her head after a moment, and turned her head to peer up at her sister knowingly.

Zephyraes narrowed her eyes at Shei'dalin, and flicked her tail irritably. Some times her sister's empathy really bugged her. But a slight breeze blew Shei's thoughts up to her and Zeph smiled. Shei had missed Zeph just as much as Zeph had missed Shei.

She swooped down and settled beside her twin.

"Afternoon Shei," she said snuggling her sister.

Shei chuckled at her sister's expression as she peered down at her. A grin spread across her face as the expression softened. Zephyraes must have caught her answering thoughts to the loneliness she felt emanating from her.

When Zeph landed next to her, Shei threw her paws around her twin and returned the snuggle. "Hey, Phyra~!"

Zeph blasted air at Shei with a few short sweeps of her wings, grinning. She bumped lightly against Shei and leaned there, watching the other foxes in the shop.

"Good to see you Shei, I missed you tons," Zeph bit her lip for a moment, something on her mind.

Kali watched from her corner in the shop. She put down her instrument and then walked over to the two younger goddesses. "Hello." she said. "I don't believe I've seen you two before. My name is Kali." she said closing her starry eyes and nodding to the pair.

Shei'dalin flung out her wings and held them taught until she lifted off the ground slightly at Zeph's blasts of wind. She grinned cheekily at her sister before she landed and nestled up to her.

It wasn't hard to know her sister had something on her mind, even when her empathetic powers decided they'd bugger off and leave her merely watching the physical signs from her sister. Her sister had something to say. "I've missed you too, Phy, but you knew that already."

'..you can tell me what you need to later, Phy.' She thought, attempting to broadcast her thoughts loud and clear as an older Goddess came to them.

Respectfully, Shei sat straighter before dipping her head in a half bow towards the Goddess with dark eyes. "Hello, Kali. My name is Shei'dalin...and this is my twin sister, Zephyraes. We're both relatively new around the shop."

Zephyraes was about to open her mouth to tell Shei, when an older Goddess walked up to them. She caught Shei's thought and nodded at her before turning to look at the adult.

Remember to be polite, she thought to herself. My betters must be shown more respect, until such is the time that I might receive theirs.

"Hello Kali. It's a pleasure to meet you," she said warmly, even though the older Goddess frightened her a bit. After all, even if they were all Goddesses here, Kali was much bigger than Shei or herself.

Kali nodded. "It is nice to meet you." she said. She looked between the twins and smiled.

She inspected the Goddess politely and discreetly. She was definitely interesting. Every now and then, she leaned lightly against Zeph, unsure of whether Kali was curious at two Goddess kits, or...something else.

"It's very nice to meet you too, of course."

Zephyraes sat solidly as Shei'dalin leaned against her. She too inspected Kali discreetly. Her eyes were probably her most interesting point as it was like looking at the night sky. No iris, no pupil, just starry space.

How odd...she thought. She also couldn't pick up a read on Kali's thoughts. Her powers had decided to take a vacation again apparently.

"You're the first adult Goddess we've seen here," she remarked casually.

Kali settled herself and then smiled at the twins. "Its always nice to see new god kits. There are so few of us. It gets lonely sometimes. Tany, my uncle, and that flirty Ryuu are the only others I've seen around." She then looked between the two of them again. "You both are very close. That is good. Siblings should always be comfortable around each other."

"That's all..? I would have thought there would be more of us around..." Shei responded, disappointment colouring her voice. She'd hoped there would be more, considering she had left her home above to come down to this particular place.

Still, a flush of pleasure rushed through her at Kali's observance at their closeness. Her ears pricked forwards and she shuffled her wings gleefully. "Yes, I think sometimes I'd be either lost or in a heap of trouble without Zeph."

Zephyraes snorted.

"You would be in a ton of trouble Shei. Tell me, who was it who got you out of major trouble when you decided that a romp in Mother's special herb garden was a good idea? Or the time you lost Father's favorite head dress?"

She turned back to Kali.

"We're as close as twins can get. Any closer and we'd probably live in each other's heads,"

But Zeph was a little disappointed when Kali said she's seen very few of their own kind. The others were nice, but no one can really relate to anyone but their own species.

"Oh, I forgot Celeste and another male that I don't know...I don't see Celeste very often though...my uncle likes her." she laughed a bit at the thought of her uncle acting like a nervous kit around the gilded goddess. "But I understand what you mean...There are not very many of us at all..." Her ears drooped slightly. "But there are lots of other nice foxes around here to make friends with."

"You two have a very special bond." she said nodding. "It is something you should never let go of."

Shei'dalin grinned impishly at her sister's retort. She turned to her and ruffled her bangs beneath the jewels. "But you know mom has some alluring herbs in her garden, and dad's headpieces are absolutely stunning~"

She giggled lightly before bumping her sister good-naturedly. "Besides, without me, you'd have no excitement."

Shei'd ears perked at Kali's addition. "Is that so..? Interesting. I suppose one day Zeph and I might come across all the Gods and Goddesses around the shop." She paused briefly and let a warm smile light her face. "Yes, I don't think we'll ever let it go. We'd be absolutely miserable without each other; living apart is hard enough."

Zeph rolled her eyes.

"Yes but life would be so much quieter if you'd learn to stay out of trouble," she paused. "Don't forget Seimei." Here she colored slightly. "She doesn't come in as much as I'd like, but she's here too."

She turned to Kali.

"You'll have to introduce us to your uncle sometime. And all the other Gods here,"

Shei grinned at Zeph. "But I don't do anything harmful. I just like to play~"

Still, as Zeph mentioned her Goddess friend, Shei'dalin grinned and fluffed her sister's fur before turning her attention back to Kali. "If you wouldn't mind introducing me, as well...it would be appreciated~"

Kali smiled. "I would love to introduce you to Uncle Oberon, and everyone else when they are around. My uncle is probably curled up with a book somewhere. He likes to read." she then paused and thought. "Seimei? I don't believe I've met her." she said.

Zeph blushed and batted at Shei.

"Sei's probably one of the cutest Goddesses I've ever met," she stated, with a little bit of pride. "I'm teaching her how to fly."

Kali smiled. "That is very nice of you." she said.

. o O (Crim, Arge... Feel free to skip me for now. I'm working on stuff for my journal to see how it turns out. o3o )

Zeph colored a bit and nodded.

"It's the least I can do for her," she said. "She wanted to learn so badly, and being that I'm the Goddess of Air, well I'm a natural choice for a teacher her age. Me or Shei. She's Goddess of the Sky. The Air and Sky are where we're in our element."

"Thats wonderful. I suppose I'm a goddess of music and my uncle is of the arts." she said.

Oberon wandered into the shop. He was looking for Kali, he was stuck again on a crossword puzzle and wanted her help. If anyone knew nearly every composer throughout history it would be her. He spotted his niece speaking to a light blue winged goddess kit. He walked over and nodded to Kali and then smiled at the kit. "Hello."

Zeph nodded. Her head whipped around as a large male God walked up behind Kali and said hello. She mentally cowered, remembering suddenly just how big her species could get.

"Hello," she said politely, bending her neck in greeting, wishing Shei hadn't walked off. Zephyraes didn't do well with males.

Oberon smiled at the little goddess and then turned to Kali. "Who is your friend, Kali?"

Kali smiled at the god. "This is Zeph, Uncle." she said she then looked at the little air goddess. "This is my uncle, Oberon. He raised me ever since I was a kit." she said.

Oberon nodded at Zeph. "A pleasure to meet you little one." he said hoping he'd make her feel better. He could feel the nervousness coming from the little goddess and if Kali picked up on it she'd mother Zeph until she felt better.

Zeph subconsciously moved closer to Kali, if only for the reason that she was female and Oberon wasn't.

"A pleasure to meet you as well," she said, her throat a little dry. She swallowed and continued. "God of the Arts? Like poetry?"

Her voice was a little weak, but Shei would have been proud. At least she wasn't flying away as fast as she could.

Oberon smiled. "Poetry is a special interest of mine, as well as literature in general and theatre. I enjoy music but I leave that to Kali, you should here her play, she is very talented," he said smiling at his niece.

Kali blushed slightly at her uncles compliment. She then noticed the nervousness being emitted by Zeph. She carefully reached out and squeezed her paw resisting the urge to cuddle her. "Its alright, we're all friends here." she said smiling.

Zeph would have liked the snuggling. But it was better for her to latch on to a safer topic.

"You play?" she asked Kali, looking up at her. "I'd love to hear you sometime."

She winced, knowing she was ignoring Oberon. She struggled to bring her attention back to him, as her upbringing wouldn't allow her to be rude.

"I like poetry. I can spend hours in a library going through tome after tome of poems. There's a peacefulness there that I can only get elsewhere by flying," she admitted.

Kali smiled. "I would love to play for you. It seems you and Tany will have something in common if you like my playing." she said smiling and blushing slightly at the thought of the Koi Goddess.

Oberon nodded and then pulled at the bag he was wearing. "Hmm..." he rooted around for a moment and then pulled out a book of poems written by Lord Byron. "Here." he said offering it to her. "Return it whenever you're finished." he said. "And take your time, I've read it at least a dozen times." he said.

Zeph took the book carefully from Oberon's large paw. She studied the cover for a moment before tentatively smiling at the God.

"Thank you," she said.

Zeph looked at Kali as she mentioned another Goddess. She was blushing and Zeph recognized the same look that she got when she thought of Sei.

"Isn't that your instrument over there?" she asked, pointing. "Why not play now?"

The open window was the perfect excuse to fly upon silent wings into the shop. Shei'dalin grinned as she spotted the trio of large foxes. She let herself glide high over their heads before coming down in a tight spiral, wings billowing as she braked sharply in the air to float down and land upon her feet, grinning at her sister in hopes to take away the unease that surrounded her like an aura.

"I'm back. Sorry about leaving so quickly." Her ears perked. 'Kali plays..?' She pondered to herself, looking eagerly at the adult Goddess.

Oberon smiled at Zeph and then went and fetched Kali's guitar for her. "Here." he said handing it to his niece. This way Kali wouldn't have to leave Zeph to get her instrument.

"Thank you." she said taking her guitar. She strummed a few times experimentally and then began to play, her paws moving lightly over the strings.

Oberon smiled as Kali began to play and settled down next to his niece. He then looked at Zeph. "She thinks highly of you," he said. "I've never heard this particular piece before." he said smiling gently at the air goddess. He then nodded at Shei figuring her for the sister of the other.

Zephyraes leaned against Shei'dalin gratefully. She let her uneasiness wash over Shei, telling her that her time around Oberon had not been as easy as it seemed. Shei knew Zeph didn't like males, wasn't comfortable around them. But she also showed her appreciation that Shei put up with her regardless.

She looked at Oberon curiously. She hadn't realized that she'd made such an impression on Kali. She settled down though, as Kali played. The music was wonderful.

Shei allowed her sister to prop up against her. Turning her head, she muffled a giggle as she nuzzled her sister to comfort her. Soon, her dark blue eyes moved to Oberon in question. He seemed very calm and at-ease with his surroundings and present company, if a little concerned for her sister.

Shei'dalin offered him a smile, ears flicking slightly to catch the best of the music. She sighed lightly. Kali sure could play beautifully. She didn't really have a hobby on the side as Zeph did, and it was times like these she regretted it. She wished she had something moving to show them, something they might look at her with appreciation for. Still, she shook herself mentally and continued listening to Kali's song.

Kali finally stopped playing when she ran out of music in her head. She looked up at Zeph and smiled. "What did you think?" she asked almost shyly.

Euturpe: *walks over with Vo balanced on his back* Um hello there!

Kali looked over a familiar voice. "Hello Turp." she said. "This is my uncle Oberon, and the twins are Shei and Zeph." she said.

Zeph frowned as her sister's thoughts filtered into her head.

Shei needs a hobby, she suddenly decided. Zephyraes would work on that as soon as she could.

She turned her attention back to Kali and smiled warmly.

"That was beautiful Kali," she said, her voice full of enthusiasm. "I've never heard anything so wonderful. That was just amazing."

Kali bowed her head modestly. "Thank you." she said. "It was a tad spur of the moment though...it needs some work." she said flicking her paws over the strings again.

Oberon leaned over and nuzzled his niece. "It was wonderful, Kali, as always." he said full of pride in his ward.

"It flowed well, Kali. I don't think there was anything 'wrong' with it." Shei pitched in before glancing from the new arrival to the God. She flicked her eyes to his wings and sighed lightly. Hers would be just as large someday--just as beautiful, too.

She dipped her head in respect to the older God. "It's very nice to meet you, Oberon."

And then she nodded to Euturpe as well, maybe not quite as deeply as she had with Oberon, but still enough to show respect for her elders anyway. "And it's pleasant to meet you as well...Turp?"

It was a strange name, Shei'dalin thought with a giggle. 'I suppose it could be a nickname~'

Kali smiled at the twins. "Oh, I heard it. It was in the third measure...it wasn't quite right...I'll figure it out later." she said. She then noticed Shei's confusion about Trup's name. "Its short for Euturpe. He likes music." he said.

Oberon nodded to the little male. "Nice to meet you. Are you a friend of Kali's?" he asked.

Euturpe: *he smiles at Kali as he approches the group walking a bit slowly making sure Vo doesnt* Hello Kali, you get better and better everytime you play. *he nods to Oberon and the new twin goddess* I believe Oberon and I met before... *he bows politely to the twins* Welcome to our world.

Oberon thought for a moment. "Have we?" he asked. "Forgive me if I've forgotten." he said looking embarrassed.

Euturpe: *he sets down Vo carefully then looks at the twins* Might I know your names? Calling you "The Twins" would be akward! My real name is Euturpe, named after the greek muse of music.

*he smiles at Oberon* Its ok sir, it was in passing nothing to remember really!

Shei'dalin flicked her ears a bit, reluctantly turning her attention away from her own kind towards Euturpe. "Um, Kali already told you... But my name is Shei'dalin, and this is Zephyraes."

She glanced at her twin and snuggled her to comfort her. Still, the females outnumbered the males, but she knew that even one male was enough to send her sister into a fit of nerves.

Zephyraes shuddered as another male joined the group. She turned away, leaning more on Shei and smiled at Kali.

"I thought it was perfect, regardless. You're very talented Kali,"

"Thank you, Zeph." she said reaching over and giving the lighter blue kit a hug trying to thank and reassure her all at once.

Oberon nodded. "Thank you for that." he said.

Euturpe: *he bows again to Shei'dalin* My apologies Ms Shei'dalin, Im a bit overwhelmed not use to being around so many goddess and gods at once!

Suku: *spots Zephy and remembers how much she seemed to hate him and walks away*

Shei'dalin blinked at the unfamiliar and stuffy use of 'Ms' on the front of her name. She shifted, somewhat uncomfortable, before speaking her mind. "There's no need to be so formal. Shei'dalin will do."

Her eyes wandered back to Oberon and she continued to inspect his wings, wondering if she might be able to keep up with him, even now. She knew she'd be a strong flier - perhaps one of the strongest - when she was fully grown, but she was still curious...and maybe a teensy bit competitive. After Kali hugged her sister, she flopped her long tail over her sister's back, playfully.

Zephyraes smiled and snuggled into Kali for a moment before leaning back on Shei'dalin. She flapped her wings, shooting air Shei's way for a moment in response to Shei flopping her tail over Zeph's back.

She smiled at Oberon, becoming more at ease with him, now that he'd been around her for a while. But mentally she was exhausted. Nervousness was a good energy killer.

Euturpe: *he frowns a bit as Suku leaves wondering why, then returns his attention to Shei'dalin* Sorry again Shei'dalin, I tend to be overly polite when meeting new people. *he slides his tail around Vo*

Kali smiled at Zeph as she let her go. Something then dawned on her and she looked at Oberon. "Was there something you needed Uncle?" she asked.

Oberon blinked. "Oh...help, stuck on a clue again..." he said sheepishly.

Kali laughed. "Of course, I'll help when we go home." she said.

Suku: *walks back up to the foxes* Um... Zephy..... Do you want me to stay away? Or are you okay for me to be around?

Shei'dalin bristled as the male [Suku] came and approached her sister. She held back a snarl and simply glared at him before standing and intercepting him before he could come nearer to her sister. "It's nothing against you personally, you must understand this. She is not comfortable around males. Especially adult males."

Her posture was very direct. She was at least the same size as he was, but that was nothing for a Goddess kit. They were all about that size, but it might be intimidating for an adult male to be evenly sized with a mere kit..

Zeph let Shei handle Suku. She was too exhausted mentally from trying to deal with the males that were around her. She tapped Shei on the shoulder and pointed upwards into the rafters and launched herself upwards and away from everyone else.

Shei'dalin looked back at Zephyraes, the unmistakable urge for the relative safety of the rafters completely understandable. Shei nodded and watched her sister take off before looking to Suku with a guarded expression. Without a word, she too took off and followed her sister, the urge to help ease Zeph's fatigue and stress pressing close and refusing to go away until she calmed her twin down.

Rainbow Sprinkle's Profile~~~

User Image
Name: Rainbow Sprinkles
Nickname: Bo, Ink, Sprinkle, RS.
Gender: Male
Generation: Second.
Stage: Adult
Past Stage Images: Bowl | Kitling | Adult
Acquired: July 29th, 2008; Naming Contest
Birthday: August 1st, 2008
Parents: Donut x Caboose
Siblings: Butter Biscuit and Shiny Crayon
Personality: To sum it up in one simple word: retarded. Rainbow Sprinkles is the only male spawn of Donut and Caboose, and like his sister Butter Biscuit, inherited his fathers'...lack of intelligence. Whereas his sister, Shiny Crayon, managed to sneak away with a tonne of brains.

Despite that, Bo still has a big, good ol' heart. He's friendly with majority of the foxes he meets, but remains almost stubbornly oblivious to any "hints" towards another fox liking him.

Phaidra's Profile~~~
Alight to the sky!
Swooping, soring high.
Dance upon the winds of change,
Never fearing, ever eager for
Loops, spirals, spins, and dives~

The wide-open blue is home.
It's her freedom,
Her paradise.

Name: Phaidra
Gender: Female
Generation: First
Stage: Kit
Past Stage Images: Bowl | Kitling | Adult
Acquired: July 19th, 2008
Birthday: August 9th, 2008
Parents: N/A
Siblings: N/A
Personality: Phaidra is a very bright, friendly fox. She believes in Fairy Tales and Happily-Ever-Afters, and dreams of having her own often, though the male fox - her Knight in Shining Armor - changes with each dream, and isn't really all that distinctive--but Phaidra chalks that up to the fact that she doesn't know who he is, yet.

She's very sweet and somewhat intelligent, but very, very naive. She also hates any form of fighting, and will immediately either run away, or find a safe place with another kit nearby.
Past: Phaidra apparently has no parents, so the way she sees it, she's the first of her line in the world. She is content living with Arashi and the odd little family of foxes she's gathered. She's friendly to each of them, and enjoys listening to stories Shei and Mel tell her of their home.

Other than the occasional scare from fights, she's had a pretty normal and stable kit-hood, and is content with her family, though she hopes and wishes and dreams of her own little family she might make one day, with the one that's just for her: her soul mate.
Other: Phaidra sometimes finds herself envious when she reads books, or sees couples that seem to reflect those found in books. She wishes for her life to be something like those from the books she reads...and sometimes her hope for love like that slips away, because she doesn't see how others can be so lucky, and she isn't.She's not jaded, however, and no matter how disheartened she may get at times, the spark of hope never goes out.
Available for RP? Yep, she's only too happy to~

[☼ ♥] Teles Teles...is kinda my adopted mother. I don't know if she really wanted to tkae me under herself...maybe it's because I'm pretty calm, and a girl, that she did. Either way, I'm grateful to her...I know that, despite her sometimes cool demeanor, I can depend on her.

[☼ ●] Chryses Chryses is Tael's and Teles's son. He's pretty fun to hang around with, and he's family, in a weird sort of way. ...Knight in Shining Armor? ...I don't think so, he's way too laid back. But I guess... "Knights" can come in an array of personalities. -Shrugs.-

[☼ ●] Kallos Kallos is Tael and Teles's other son. He's very serious...very...well, I'd imagine he's the very definition of a Knight way back when~ He's a strong sense of honour and loyalty that...not a lot of foxes seem to have.

[☼ ●] Melanthra Great-Auntie Mel is new. I love playing with the mist that rises from her feet~ She tells me a lot of stories, and she's almost like another mother to me.

[☼ ●] Shei’dalin Auntie Shei'dalin isn't much older than me, really. She's a bit older than Chryses and Kallos, and she's pretty fun to be around. She tells me stories with Mel, and I'd really, really like to see where they come from...but I can't, and that makes me sad. Shei, whenever she's around and a fight breaks out, looks after me. I think she knows how scared of fights I am.

[☼ ♥] Taelence Taelence is really nice to me, she lets me come over with Teles and Kallos, and makes sure I feel at home. I enjoy being around her, she makes me feel really safe.

[] Ariston Ariston is...nice, for a fox so clearly interested in the stars and the sky. I'm jealous, 'cause sometimes, when he thinks nobody's looking, I see the way he looks at Teles... Even though I'm still just a kit, I wonder why I can't have that...

[☼ ♥] Rose Rose...is oddly...nice. She seems kinda protective of me, but kinda grouchy towards most everyone else. I wonder why...

[] Zephyraes Auntie Zeph is Auntie Shei's twin sister. I like her a lot, too, but I don't get to see her too often. She's out flying a lot, I think...and Shei says she has a friend she loves very much, that she spends a lot of time with, too. ...I'm kinda jealous, but mostly happy for her.
