Anyways. I read that article after everyone was going on about a beard, and it made me laugh. You have to wonder, what with the new Master being all hyper and crazy. rolleyes

And yeah, before that, I interpreted it the same as Anna.
The Doctor's sorta talked that way before... in a Moffat script. xd (Blink).

He said something like "Three things. Well, three things and a lizard."

So yeah. Doctor being random = FTW. ^^
