I dig the Grateful Dead! Currently I'm reading a book about them, with lots of trippy prose written by Tom Wolfe and other journalists of the late 60's and early 70's. I'ts really awesome. I have their first album and 'What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been,' and I plan on getting Workingman's Dead, American Beauty, and Aoxomoxoa soon! There's not a Grateful Dead song I've heard that I don't like . . their lyrics are just so freakishly beautiful . . .and the music - dancing music! There is nothing like the Grateful Dead. Yeah. 3nodding

The Grateful Dead is such a great band, all their songs are so easy to take a liking to. Anyone that hasn't heard em should definately go out and get some.

Oh and the little bears they sell, usually at the beach, are awesome too. They all have different names based off the songs and members, and they're all different colors. My dad has a collection of them, all the stuffed bears in a row on the shelf. And we have magnets and I have a poster. whee

I love The Dead. After I heard their music and startd getting in to it, I took a sharpie and drew lightning bolts on all the skulls in my room. The Grateful Dead are possibly the greatest 60's band ever and the number one greatest jam band. I just love the way the music flows. It's got this groovy bluegrass feel to it. My favorite songs are 'Uncle Johns Band' and 'Friend Of The Devil'
