Double chocolate cupcake made to look like a soquili basket. Tomato plant used in the background to make it kinda look like a forest is behind the basket. Some ingredients: - 3 eggs - 1 1/4 cup milk - 1/3 cup vegetable oil To decorate the cupcake to make it look like a soquili basket (even though it looks kind of like a mutated one) I used white chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, skor toffee bits, slivered almonds, and one green skittle. <3 Other pics: Dishes I used to make themFInished cupcakes and decorating stuffsFInished soquili basket

Tortilla Soup!
(This message is MLP approved!) This warm soup is one of my family's favorites! I call it elegant comfort food. Who wouldn't want to have a warm, creamy bowl of soup on a rainy day? Or any day for that matter! And to spicy it up, (not that it needs it! Cilantro is a wonder~) I added some chips that are topped with freshly chopped tomatoes and a homemade salsa. The salsa is a mixture of tomatoes and jalapenos. On top I made the profile of a horse out of tortilla chips, cheese hair, and a tomato eye. If you love tomatoes (and horses!), this is certainly the dish for you! Ingredients:Cream of...Chicken, Celery, Mushroom, and Cheddar Soup Chicken Broth Salsa Onions Garlic Diced tomatoes Chicken Cilantro Soup cooking.Close up of the horse.Would you like chips with that?Another picture I liked xPMLP approved!

PHEAR TEH FRIED GREEN TOMATOE USDIA: CAROUSEL EDITION! DUN DUN DUN.... -inserteeriebackgroundmusichere- >D Okay, so to make this deliciously awesome "red" cake, some general things you need are: Crisco Sugar Eggs Vinegar Cake Flour Buttermilk Vanilla Extract And for the frosting..... Wilton's Food Coloring in various PRETTY colors [don't use brown, dude] Crisco Butter Vanilla Extract Powdered Sugar Milk I personally suggest you don't bake this in the general vicinity of small children, larger pets, or mythical creatures which may have a tendacy to enjoy chocolate. They have this inexplicable urge to... well steal and eat this red cake. In fact, mine has already been whisked away to Nigeria where a sasquatch known as Erv has been sighted in a kowtow before the cake. Of course, I've also been told that the poor Usdia cake's head has been eaten between acts of reverance. D: He's even making a GFT Usdia costume to wear... I hope no one manages to get pictures of THAT. o.o Gonna scare children with a costume like that, he will. Nifty close-up of teh top to better see my username ;DWicked side view

~CONTEST ENTRY~ This is my springtime basket cake! (made by a basket case XD) The inside is hazelnut cake, mmm! The icing is buttercream! I made it from scratch, including the icing, and decorated it myself as well. I drew everything freehand. No molds, no cookie cutters, just me and a few icing tips. This was my first stab at cake decorating, and I think it went fairly well! It took forever to make, but it was well worth it in the end. It's actually a bit lighter than it looks, the camera made all the colors really dark for some reason.
Some ingredients ARE: Crisco LOADS of sugar Eggs Hint of Vanilla Hazelnuts Bit of milk Hint of Cocoa. (My favorite part. XD) Icing: Wilton's Food Coloring in multiple colors. (Including brown, as it can be pretty when it wants to be) Crisco Butter or Margarine Vanilla Extract LOADS of Confectioner's sugar (I've come to the conclusion that cake=straight sugar, and thus very, very bad for you. But it's so gooooood~) Milk Picture with my nametags.Closeup of tomato tag.Closeup of nametag. (with GREEN tomatos)Different cake angle.Closeup alternate angle. The mess afterwards. It was EPIC. I was originally going to do a brown basket...but that's BORING! The base color had already been made, though...so I used it anyways! I really am proud of what I did, I really learned a lot about cake decorating...and how decorating isn't a piece of cake! It's hard, your hand cramps up, and it's tedious! But the end result is well worth it! <3

Contest entry! o: (linked to avoid massive page-stretch) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v451/tudora/photos/100_0577.jpgIngrediants : -Sugar -Corn Syrup -Liquid food coloring (Green & yellow, to go with the green tomato part of the theme) -Lollipop flavoring -Powdered sugar (to coat the lollipop trees) The outer lollipops were using lollipop molds my family already owned; for the center usdia-shaped lollipop I used aluminum foil to make a custom mold. (Some of the lollipop stuff leaked out underneath the edges of the custom mold near the hind leg and tail, but the intended border is still fairly visable)

I want everyone to know that, omgggg, all this food has looked simply DELICIOUS, and I freely admit that I've found myself wandering down to peruse through my own kitchen cabinets after checking in on this thread ): *shakes fist at the lot of you*
It's been tough, but we've come down to a winner....
Congrats to saphria201, for her Usdia cake (the judges have a sweet tooth, unfortunately, for Usdia shaped cakes ;; ).
As well, there was a 2nd runner up that just couldn't be passed up. Aris Ravenstar and her TOMATOCAKE have won a prize as well, which is to be awarded at a later date and time by Antigra.
So pat yourselves on the back for doing a FANTASTIC cooking job (and dude, I've burned EasyMac before, so I'm telling you, YOU DID WONDERFUL), and congrats to our two winners!
Saphria, please send a PM with a Name/Temper for your new Usdia girl to Antigra.
Aris, Antigra should be contacting you soon to present you with your prize!
