7: Is your Director a good director? Well, we have two directors for the lower orchestra and 1 for the upper one. They are both nice. One is funny and one is serious, so it's ok.

1: How long have you been playing? If they had orchestra at my current school, it would be my fourth year. [grumble] Stupid school doesn't have no orchestra class. [/grumble]

3: Are you in an orchestra out of school/college? Sort of. I'm in a mariachi group at the local high school even though I don't attend that school. Technically the group isn't affiliated with the school, though. They just use the music room as a practice room.
(( Since there's no orchestra at my school, I will answer the rest of the questions with my mariachi group in mind...))

5: Or do you think your orchestra is good enough to be professional? THERE IS NO ORCHESTRA!!! crying My mariachi group might be good enough, though. They went to Japan. I didn't. They chose who would go on my first day in the group. It wasn't fair. I didn't know the music...

6: If you think you guys are, are you totally fooling yourself? o_O. Good question... There's some really great musicians in the mariachi group. I'm sort of in the middle. I play third violin, but can play either first or second also. I have no idea if we're fooling ourselves... Now I'm all confused. sweatdrop

9: Do you know more about your instrument than your director does? Most definately. He plays the trumpet. I was having a private lesson with him one day and he asked if he could see my violin for a second. I was really nervous. He kept touching the bow hair, he held it wrong, and lots more... I never let him hold it again...
