Anezka: *she blinks and smiles a bit when he compliments her leg. After he runs off to wash his hands, and Rychi asks if she likes candy, she lights up a bit and nods* I like sweets....
Shizu: *smiles* I told you you would have fun here! You even made a new friend!
Vahn: *smiles and nods in agreement*

Hearing some new voices the girl looks up from her examination of the chess board. Smiling at the antics of the children she suddenly hears a familiar voice.
"Ahh Dels! You finally made it through. Though the hedge maze is beautiful this time of year, you certainly took your time." Orchis laughs and walks over to greet the other girl, grabbing a cookie off a passing tray as she goes.

She smiled and gave a small wave to Vahn, while the floating imp next to her suddenly smiled an odd smile, and it didn't take a genius to figure it out. "Cut it out, Lucy," she stated, pulling on her spiked tail. Lucy let out a squeak before shooting a glare down at her, and she only smiled back. Her eyes fell on the children beginning to play. "I should've brought my two along as well." Her eyes went back to Lucy, once again making eyes at Vahn. "Or maybe I'll just send you along to get them, keep you from making trouble here," She threatened, and Lucy once again looked away, this time floating over to the table to content herself with the sweets there. "That's what I thought," she grumbled, and looked around. Her eyes settled on the chess pieces ahead, and she took a few steps over, gazing at the pieces. "I wish I knew how to play chess, this would be fun," She mused.

Delsie turned, smiling at the approaching red-head. "Hello, Orchis. Thanks for the rescue party. Speaking of..." She careful passed Takeko back to her mistress.
"It is a lovely maze," said Delsie with an appreciative glance back to the roses. "I enjoyed being lost in it, honestly. Though I would've found my way out...eventually." She laughed, finding amusement in her own difficulties. "I just think too much, that's all."
Pulled from her musings on the mushrooms, Delsie's gaze wandered across the slowly gathering party-goers. She realized quite suddenly that she really hadn't had the chance to meet any of the other members of the Harem and was virtually a stranger in their midst...

Looking at the griffin insistently nagging at her pant leg as she talked with Delsie the red head finally relented. "Yes Scath you may go play." The girl smiled fondly after him. Noticing her friends sudden expression Orchis laughed. "Go introduce yourself Dels."

"Go introduce yourself, Dels."
Snapping back to reality at her friend's words, Delsie could blink at the red-head, trying to comprehend what had just been said. She quickly caught up with their conversation and found herself laughing as well. "Well, yes, of course. Sorry. Sudden realizations by their very nature often require a dramatic pause to absorb the full effect." Delsie paused, thinking over what she had just said. "Or," she continued, "I might have hung around the drama kids too much in high school."
Flashing Orchis a mischevious grin, Delsie turned to the main party, fully planning to get better aquainted with the rest of the Harem. "But first, a cookie..."

Chuckling at the other girls reply the red head watched her friend walk off and turned to examine the nearby mushroom.
"But first a cookie..."
Upon hearing her friends diverted thoughts Orchis grins and suddenly wonders what would happen if she took a nibble of the mushroom she was currently looking at. Having read the books... she decides against the action for the time being and turns to find out what kind of mischief Scath and Piper were getting into.

Momo stared blankly for a while, then finally snapped back, glancing around at all the newcomers. It didn't strike her as weird that she didn't know many of them, besides those who had been around for ages, like herself.
"Miss Momo...inspired the theme for the party..? How exciting..!" She mumbled to herself, gasping and sighing in happiness. The idea that she could do anything in relation to Gino that was so momentous was lovely to her, if not somewhat unattainable. That Rychi had taken inspiration from her pleased her. Maybe she would go chat with some newcomers. But maybe she would go play a little chess with herself.
((A quick post before Miss Momo departs again. xD))

Eventually Leo's love for sweets overcame her shyness and she wandered over to the snack table where a few other people were gossiping, she gave them a shy smile as she grabbed a few cookies and sat down to eat.

"One of my favorites are the strawberry cheesecake. It's a classic! Perhaps you'd like to try it first?" Rychi took a plate of it from the table and presented it to Anezka.
Giovanni rushed over and hopped up and down on one foot. His watermelon half was absent. Goodness knows what he did with it. "Mother!" He said, "Are my hands clean enough now?"
He presented his hands to Rychi, and lo and behold they were nice and clean.
Rychi patted her son's head, "Yes, they look lovely, Dear. Good job!"
"May I play with...Annes...Anez...Anezka, now?"
"Perhaps you should wait for a little bit, it seems like she would like to eat first. Why don't you eat something as well and join her?"
"Mmm," Giovanni smiled and grabbed a small parfait.

A hand come up form under the pastry table searching for something sweet. Patting the area in the hand squishes some cake but grabs the cookies right next to it. The hand goes back under the table grabbing a few napkins on the way back.

Anezka: *she gives Giovanni a shy little smile a she goes to join him to eat their sweets. Then blinks at the hand that popped up from under the table, grabbing for stuff. She moves the plate of cookies closer and watches as it takes some and dissapears*

As she approached the pastry table, Delsie watched a hand search the tabletop for cookies. It disappeared back underneath just as she stepped up to the table herself. Shaking her head, she visually searched through the disturbed plate of cookies - carefully avoiding the smashed cake.
"You know," she said, speaking to the owner of the hand from beneath the table, barely surpressing an amused grin, "you coudl have just asked and spared yourself the sticky fingers."
Deciding that cookies all looked equally good, she grabbed one at random, taking a small bite. "Delicious. Thank you, EvilAuthor, for the treats!"

*rolls out from under the jumps up and bows removing his top hat* Tis true my lady but I seem to have lost my invitation in the mail so it is rude to show up to a party unannounced. But as a weary traveler I stopped by for a scrumptious snack to satisfy my stomach. I am hoping your kind group would take pity on a hungry man.
