Ditto. I don't even know when 4pm PST is... (I think they should give such announcements at least in GMT, too! It's always like "great! So they'll start this or bring gaia back... SOMETIME between [the date] and [one day after the date], just ******** great).

I think I recall, though (from countless times I researched the time zones in relations to GMT), that Pacific standart ime is GMT-8 whereas CET is GMT+1, so it's basically 16:00 + 9 hours which is 5:00. So I'll probably (hopefully!) be sleeping when they launch it.
