KagonaX If I may just put in a word here. If there can't be some agreement on who the winner should be, depending on stamina, damage taken, weapons used and etc... Then perhaps one can roll the dice to make things quicker. I actually have a previous guild with a whole battle system set off with that but I think perhaps rolling the dice to see who gets the higher outcome could help decide who gets the finishing blow as in who wins. From what Angel of the End has in mind it sounds like both players could be held up in battle for day [IRL not RPG time] as I don't see how anyone can be in more then one place at the same time.

Umm, ya... No dice... People have to be able to take responsibility for their mistakes, or even being outclassed... If you can't accept the possibility that you may actually die because you either moved wrongly, struck an incorrect blow, or were blown out of the water by a superior role player, then you should not be starting anything in the first place to put in a position like that... Or you should probably just not RP.
