Well, photobucket and tinypic tend to work wonders. if your talking about a scanner, well, that can get trickier.

Good luck! I get fed up if I try to do avi art: I mean, I can draw, but not in the styles I actually like. By that, I mean I can't draw manga, and I can't draw people realistically, but I do have an odd skill in drawing hands. xp sweatdrop

This, I can do, though:

You have some colors your best with?
Items you don't like drawing?
Are you good with hands?

There are all sorts of variables that can make an artists capabilities really shine, and catering to what they can't do is one of them.

If you want simple, you can jsut do my current, but if your bad at hands, I can modify my avatar, or make a quick tektek from items I own. I have one of the larger (at least the upper fourth in the guild, for inventory size, I can cater to just about any whim (besides secific items that the artist wants to draw, I have my own limitations)

If you want color then I'll go with it, but it'll take longer because I'll have to trace it out so it doesn't look so badly smudged...
Really, the other two things don't bother me and I don't care how complex it is... You pick whatever you like and I'll see if I can't draw it. If not then I might omit an item or something, but I'll give it a fair try before giving up.
Want any examples of past works for reference for possible prices (because I've only done works on my spare time instead of ordered and don't know what kind of range my art would be in)?

Well, it's rather hard to connect my avatar to just a landscape, as much as i appreciate the fine work needed to create a fully fleshed out rolling landscape, it wouldn't end up in my signature as its not avatar art or some other thing related to my avatar.
Sure, I can get a pretty good feel for what an artists, style and way is from a few past examples. I can then make an avatar that's not quite challenging, but definitely if drawn to the same level as the other artwork, will turn out great.
I'll await viewing both then.

It looks like your best style utilizes only a few items, and a direct head on image. Your depth ability is limited, and things on different planes can be challenging to draw, along with angled points of reference. With color, shading seems to be ignored.
A final assessment is that all the art is drawn well, but feels like when colored, it's still not quite complete with the shading lacking for depth. (Meaning I believe your B&W feels much more well done than the colored) (But hey, I'm not an artist, I just enjoy it, I can't explain or feel for others on how hard drawing is, just on the end result.)

Well, i wouldn't say no to it, but it might not end up in my signature.

I think, from the art that you showed me, an avatar like the one below might be the best thing that could both show my avatar, and your artistic abilities.

(Id prefer something more complex, but it does look like the more complex the avatar, the less detailed you draw it, just an observation)
