This was a hardcore match, and everyone knew that as the champion, Cyrus would give Cart no quarter. Cyrus would grab hold of Cart and would try to throw him into the security barrier.

It was time to show Cart the second thing Cyrus was most known for. He hopped onto the apron, he then quickly hopped onto the middle rope to attempt a springboard moonsault into Cart.

"CRAAAAAAA...." Cartwright yelled as Cyrus did a impressive Moonsault which sent them both crashing into the barrier as the crowd cheered! Cartwright was sent over the barrier from the force, falling on to the other side into the crowd!

Cyrus was on the ground for a moment before finally getting back to his feet. He would then go to roll back into the ring.

Cartwright used the barricade to pull himself up and hop over, giving chase to Cyrus!

After rolling into the ring, Cyrus stood up to confront Cart.

Cart secretly grabs a knucke duster from under the spron before sliding into the ring. He stands and goes to face to face with Cyrus, mouthing abuse at him before attempting a cheap shot with the knux over the head!

The crowd boos Cartwrights cheap but very clever tactics! xd
Cart instantly goes for the cover, thinking Cyrus must be KO'ed after that wicked shot!

The Ref dropped to the ground, Cyrus threw a shoulder up as the ref hit the three. A blank look on his face.

Cartwright gasps! Does this mean Cyrus lifted his shoulder too soon or too late? surprised He was sure it was too late!

The fans were on the edge of their seats, would The Dream lose his championship or will the match continue?
The ref was also confused about this situation, a co-referee walked down the ramp to look at the situation. The two refs argued for a moment then looked to see if Cyrus could continue, finally one motioned for the announcer.
"Ladies and gentlemen Cyrus is unable to continue this match. The winner of this match and new hardcore champion, Cartwright!"
The two referees helped Cyrus to leave the ring as Cart's music began to play.

Cartwright breathed a sign of relief and then threw his arms in the air in celebration as the crowd booed!
He snatches the Hardcore Championship from the timekeeper and also raises it in victory!
