Apparently if you sleep more and are more rested when drinking alchohol you are less likely to get drunk. Looked on this website on sleeping well. O.o

Shadow__Dweller Aquila15 Shadow__Dweller Fatty food is overexagerated. Sure it makes you fat if you eat hamburgers every day but I don't eat 5 fruit and veg every day, I'll be lucky if I do that in a week to be honest, but I don't eat really unhealthily either. Just so long as you don't eat lods every day there isn't anything wrong with it, same with alchohol 3nodding See, I think that too, but apparently I'm still doing myself damage by drinking at the weekend. A few friends are coming up to mine tomorrow night because the weather's been nice the past few weeks. We're gonna sit and chat out the back garden and maybe have a few drinks but no way am I gonna be drunk. I suppose that's the safe way to drink (apart from just not drinking at all), just a little bit every now and then. What does annoy me though, are the people who are very strongly against alcohol and claim that drinking it is idiotic. They'd be saying the same thing about cannabis but look how many talented musicians produced pieces of musical gold when they were completley off their heads? It annoys me when people say stuff like "Alcohol is idiotic and only idiots need it." They assume that people who drink are all bumbling morons who pass out on street corners or get some 16 year old pregnant. To those people I'd say : "We're not all like that you know!" Anyway, that's my rant done biggrin I think people who cannot stop before they become completely plastered are idiots. I also think people who cannot socialise or have a good tiem without needing to get drunk to have fun, are idiots. But just people who drink..they're not idiots. You need to be able to control your intake of alcohol, just like fatty foods. But most people can't. Yeah, I eat A&W only on special occasions. Yep. Can't beat the teen burger there. And I think how some people sue McDonalds for selling "unreasonably dangerous food" is a load of !@%$. We can choose not to go into a fast food resteraunt and kill ourselves on burgers. Gawd.

Haha, agreed, I can't believe they actually won that case. McDonalds doesn't MAKE you go in there and eat..it's FATTY FOOD...JUNK FOOD..it's called JUNK food for a reason, so you'd have to be the most stupid idiot in the world to blame the restaurant for making you fat..

If the people cared about their health to begin with...they'd know better than eating McDonalds just by asking for the chart. It just proves how stupid people really are. sweatdrop

I agree with you. There's also that thing where people accuse KFC of cutting chicken's beaks off, breaking their legs, w/e else they do there. Don't other resteraunts do that? Plus, I wouldn't want a beak, legs, and feathers in MY chicken when I eat it. Psshh.

I don't think they should sue KFC for that...if they don't like the way they treat the chickens then the best thing to do would be to just not shop there...if you don't buy anything they aren't getting any profit from you...if every restaurant told the customers how they killed the food that was on your plate there wouldn't be many people eating anything..

Nah, it's not that they're doing those things...it's the "OMG cruelty to animals" thing...not like it's going to live long enough for it to matter either way.
