The light slowly flickered back in Hsien's eyes as she felt life rekindling in her breath. Gasping she craved air more than anything as her shoulder burned with the blood trailing out of it still. Dirt had been ground deep in the flesh and grass from the kalona's show of supremacy. The mare felt her strength returning which brought her confidence, yet her body was still in shock. Blinking she moved her head around trying to seewhat was going on.
Her vision took in slowly the freeform of two stallions. One she recognized as the companion of Feena named Yuuri. A massive stallion that pushed Cynder back alongside her. A worthy warrior in Hsien's eyes. The other though was quite stunning with those huge wings draped over and around his back. Intense eyes and precision in attack. They were much welcomed at this particular time. Even Hsien a proud fighter knew when help was needed and she was thankful it arrived.

Mei-ling rushed back up from the tumble, skidding over to Hsien's side. Yanking and pulling she urged her sister to rise upward from the unhealthy predicament she was settled deeply within. "Hsien.... come on sister rise. The newcomers have them at bay. You need to get on your feet or she'll hurt you again. Please sister rise and be strong..." Her voice may of sounded like yapping to others but she was determined to get Hsien out of there at any cost.

Meanwhile the Uchiha stallion stood clenching another kunai in his mouth aimed at the black b***h whom had made such a disturbance. He didn't care so much that he was being a good sumeritan... but he was sick of seeing innocents bloodied for the sake of a malicious creature and her desires. Snorting he tossed his weapon so swiftly in landed deep in the dragon's shoulder once more leaning toward her chest.
"Heh back off before I kill you demon. I'm not afraid of your kind nor am I happy I have to deal with you. You and you pitiful mate need to just go and leave them alone before I rip your damn throat out!" He grunted with deepness in his words feeling more superior that both she and the purple male were in a very bad situation.
Hearing the white fox ask of his name once more he grew greatly annoyed, yet he complied with his proudness of who he was, "Uchiha Sasuke. Don't worry they won't be staying long if I have anything to do with it." Looking over toward the Naruto wannabe stallion he smirked, "Covered on your end Yuuri?" The big moron of a stallion wasn't too bad now that he was officially with Feena. He was actually quite impressive glowing like a campfire glittering in blue. A bit sissified but he wasn't no pushover this stallion with a duel name as his own.
Turning toward the frightened mare named Bai he narrowed his eyes coldly, "Showing your fear will only bring you weakness girl. Stand tall and protect your mother for she is the reason you exist." he stated while keeping a good visual on Cynder, "Or you can run and be a coward as you are acting. Heh seems that's what a lot of you earthbounds are like." Snorting he turned back toward the dragon and noted her suspicious actions.

Yuuri on the other hand was literally glowing blue from his necklace as he stomped his great feet down in a show of dominance. Now that Feena was out of the way he could take care of things letting Yuuri rest for awhile. The Maoh (Great demon King) was in charge here and he wasn't pleased. His great head tossed with such force as eyes of radiant black shimmered with intensity toward the other.
Turning his great head, eyes focused on Sasuke he nodded, "Of course. And I take it you're accomplished with the female?... Its time to destroy the filth that stains this soquili land. You both will face justice demons... Prepare yourselves." he commanded at Spyro preparing to charge.

Cynder was royally pissed off right now, even so more as his kunai lunged in her side. The things were so sharp yet she yanked them out with her fangs, spatting them out on the ground. Her shoulder though was beginning to sting like a thousand bees had stung over and over again. She was begining to grow tired of this demanding their death or healing time. If she ached too much her wings couldn't carry her...
She'd be damned if that hatchling saw her weak and powerless. She was the damn dominant female here! Snarling at Sasuke she hissed preparing herself to charbroil him. Last dragon's finest defense.... her flame breath that spread for quite a distance.
She'd give knife throwing duckbutt a taste of his own medicine.

Feena shied behind the tree in safety but continued to watch the scene unfold before her. She wanted to do so much to help Hsien and her family, but Yuuri wouldn't be happy if she interfered. If anything happened to the love of his life he'd never forgive anyone or anything. Eyes shining in complete mesmerized awe, she oohed over how gorgeous Yuuri looked with power resonating from him. My how she loved him...
Flickering her wings she mused and sighed knowing they'd spend a beautiful life together...

" i think it matters not to you fool." snarling he was not goning to get himself killed over some b***h of a mare's quest to seek revenge oh no it was not worth the trouble now. bareing bares and flaring his wings out wide he attempted to stall for time to maybe get close enough to cynder so that he might get them both out of this though in a split second he would leave the stupid b***h behind. tail lashing, he now had a cocky grin as he slowing with purpose backed up towards cynder. "i'll see to those two weak idiots there. i belive one of them got a mighty good beating before you showed up." keeping the other talking and busey was his aim that is til he was close enough to get himself and possibly the stupid b***h of a mare he had been plotitng againest out of this.

"I am no coward!"
Pawing her right hoof across the ground, she reared up and charged forward sliding to a stop standing ready to protect her mother, her head lowered. She was keeping her gaze focused on the Kalona. The one called Cynder. She would buy time for her mother to regain herself, perhaps with the assistance of this one named Sasuke. His arrogance didn't sit well with her, but she would work with him if it meant helping her mother, her mother was one of the most important people to her.

Qin looked to the newcomers, he wasn't quite convinced that they were on his family's side yet, but they seemed to be. He turned back to Martin and said softly, "Come, we must go to Hsien." He helped his son up and skirted around the battlefield to where Hsien was lying.
He knelt down and nosed his mate furtively. His eyes were bright with unshed tears as he asked Mei, "How is she?" He was relieved when Hsien opened her eyes to see what was going on, and sent a silent prayer to whoever had been watching over them today.
Zi muttered something under her breath about stuck up Angeni's, then ran over to where Qin was standing over Hsien. She looked up and said, "She'll be okay Qin, she'll be okay."
Martin stood at his sisters side. He didn't care how bad his leg was, no stupid Kalona was going to get his mother. He pawed the ground angrily, and bared his teeth, daring the stupid Kalona to come closer. If she did, he and Bai would give it to her hard.

And thusly the climax was arriving to that fated day as each player stood their ground- both antagonist and protagonist alike. Soon things would finally cease though a terrible price had been paid in blood and pain for such reactions....
Cynder swayed her head at the stallion that was deep as a raven's wing in mane and feathers. An ebony darkness that flowed in him and his actions. Opening her maw she laughed at him evilly, "And now dear raven you shall die, then i shall feast on your flesh as a thank you... Good bye annoying pest!" As she spoke the flame sprayed outward as it lapped toward the angeni in hopes of devouring his tender flesh for its own evil creation.
Sasuke kept watching her with narrowed evaluating eyes, particuarly upon her chest that was swelling like an inferno. Her own nostrils were expelling a deep brimstone smell, as the heat was increasing from her mouth. And when she released that spew of flame the stallion leapt baackwards out of its way. Flapping his wings he sent the flames right back at her in payback as he smirked with a final flick of his wing, "Heh... don't patronize me b***h! I grew up using Katon Gokakyo no Jutsu. Don't think I don't know what the effect from it is!" He then tossed another Kunai that tore directly through the vital part of her wing. "Now dragon... try and fly".
He looked toward the others then back to Cynder before adressing Spyro, " You can't win you know. No one can beat me even Naruto. There's that name again... why do I?" He prepared another kunai and flung it toward Spyro this time landing one firmly in the shoulder. He would finish this now...
Yuuri's eyes never left the mare nor the purple male as he glowed deeply in resonating blues that made him appear even more powerful. He was deeply impressed that Sasuke was holding off the female, and thankful for it. If she even made another attempt either Sasuke or himself would finally deal the crushing blow. They were both capable and ready to protect the innocents.
"Say what you want demon but we will have the last laugh when your corspes are lying bloddy and unmoving. Then you will realize just how much of a mistake you made when you bothered this family".
Feena hid further behind the tree in fear the dragons would spot her. Every now and then she'd peek out and watch for seeing her beloved Yuuri and the agile attacks of Sasuke it was like something out of a novel. But this wasn't a novel- this was an actual battle that could at any time become ridden with tears and cries.
Hsien looked at the strangers then her family that was with her. Regret, she felt it more than anything bringing them into this mess. But what was done was done and she accepted this.
She made the motion to move as the willpower of her family was strong in her determination. They were by her side and that was the most strength the warrior had ever seen since she had been thwarted and thrown into this hellish nightmare. Her entire body just ached with that foolish reminder.
Mei-ling looked at Qin for the first time deeply understanding the connection that her sister and he shared. "Yeah she'll be fine. She's a strong fighter and even though she's down Hsien is still fighting to rise to her feet. She looked at Martin, his leg bloodied by Spyro, "He did a number on you didn't he, but keep in mind that will only make you stronger in the long run." She then looked at Hsien then back to the others, "Help me..." Pushing against her friend she aimed to give her all the strength she needed.
Hsien tried moving to her feet with the others help, letting her body move with support. Little by little she moved till she stood on her feet, her body shaking with effort. Her shoulder was gouged by the mare's teeth, yet it was less deep then she had thought. Looking at everyone she nodded her head trying to gain footing to walk, "We must move from the battlefield. The stallions will handle it..." she grunted as her foot stepped forward leaning between Bai and the others. "I will thank Yuuri and the newcomer once things are settled - properly. Seeing Feena peep back out from the tree she smiled, "Thank you friends... I don't think I would have lived past this day if you hadn't intervened. You have my greatest honor and deepest gratitude.

hissing in anger and pain from the kunai digging into his shoulder. "son of a b***h you will regret interfering but for now i'm not willing to risk my life or limb for this bullshit." snearing, he then ripped the kunai from his shoulder. " oh you will realize yoru mistake in interfering soon enough but for now i beleive its time to retreat." flaring his wings, he took in a deep breath and used his flame as a distraction to make is escape, it was up to cynder to use his didstraction to retreat also.

"Mother shall I take the lead? I am the most uninjured so I can scout ahead in case there are further threats."
Respectfully the young mare spoke, she was ashamed that she was the only one who was unscathed in this battle. She would one day be stronger and redeem herself of this shame, she could only feel shame for this moment having failed to successfully draw away the attention of the dragons.

Qin breathed out a deep sigh of relief as Hsien spoke. He pressed his nose against her side, and sent a silent prayer to whoever had sent Sasuke and his friends. He lifted his head, and confirmed Hsien's thanks, "Hsien is right, without you, we probably would not all have made it through this dark day." He dipped his head respectfully, and cracked a grin as Zi said,
"Those wings still give me the heebee jeebies. Not natural I tell you, not natural." She scowled, and busied herself with bandaging Martin.
Martin hissed and shut his eyes tightly as Zi prodded around his leg wound. It hurt, very badly. He nearly bit her as she began licking it, but slowly the pain deadened, as Zi's rough tongue swiped over the wound. He began to relax, but yelped as Zi untied the sash from around his waist and used it to bandage his leg wound.
"Zi! Not my sash!" He protested, but when Zi gave him the evil eye, he shut up. "I can't believe that you used my sash, now I'm going to have to find some sort of herb to get the blood out." He muttured discontentedly.

Cynder felt that pain as it shredded her wing and for once she felt indirect paranoia that she would be grounded in this fight. That b*****d angeni had finally done the wrong thing, but for him it was the clear choice. Her wing hung so limp now she was literally powerless. The stallion had gauged her attack so easily she could have been in slow motion, that was frightening enough to the black b***h of a dragon. Worse yet Spyro was fleeing as usual- the little chickenshit he was. Or was he really having some sense not to stick around and deal with torture like she was.
Hissing she glanced at her wing in contemplation as blood slid downward toward the ground in crimson droplets. She was forced with a choice as the others were stronger with her companion turning tail. Damn him! Damn you all. She stamped her foot laying gaze deeply at Sasuke in hatred. "Not that I'll agree to this parting so easily because you have become my next target, but this round you raven haired b*****d I've let you win. Relish in your victory because I will return... and when I do you will remember and rue the day you crossed paths with me Uchiha Sasuke."
Backing up from them her tail lashing she spewed a great flame trail that sauntered toward everyone as her wings were flapping to pull her off the ground. The recent injury was so painful her eyes glazed with madness. Forcing them more and more strength she pulled off the ground slowly before her form was finally airborne. Then in awkward wing beats she followed after spyro, keeping his fleeing form in her sights. The sooner they were away the better- her wounds were worse than she had thought them back there.
Sasuke watched the dragon once again avoiding the flame that flared out toward him. Smirking he watched her retreat, his arrogant attitude showing through, "That's right you flee coward. There's another kunai where the previous ones came from. Bet on it demon." He tossed his great head to gaze over at the gathered family, eyes shadowed with a deep resentment such a thing had happened in the first place. He wasn't one to deal with congratulations and thanks either, he merely did what he had to. "Yeah no problem. Even if I didn't care at the time I think I would of kicked her a** in the long run...." he smirked as his hoof pawed the ground, "You guys really have a way of making enemies don't you." He walked silently toward the other warrior knowing she felt shame in her decisions back there, "From one fighter to another... its best to think through before you act. Your life may depend on it someday." He wasn't being asinine just then, more so letting Hsien know that he wouldn't always be there to clean up her mess all the time.
Feena burst in a flutter of green sparkles as she closed in toward her mate kisses and squeals galore. "Oh my... you guys were simply wonderful. Yuuri you and Sasuke were so magnificent. Oh Yuuri I love you sooooooo much!" she flitted closer nudging him under his chin with her own head feeling so giddy she could dance.
"Heh it was nothing Feena." Ugh she's going all fangirl happy again...
Yuuri smirked at Sasuke, "Yes but she has a point Uchiha for we did pwn that dragon and her companion. You see how she fled from here after Sasuke whooped her like he did.. hee hee batter up." He then nuzzled his ecstatic mate feeling her warmth and happiness flowing like a fresh spring brook
"Batter up?... on second thought I don't wanna know." Sasuke raised a brow wondering just what Yuuri was talking about but opted not to investigate it more.
Hsien stepped forward her head dipping to them as the heat that had been with her since birth finally slid off her ears and to the ground. Her side was bloodied from the bite but she refused to let that bother her. "Yuuri, Feena once again we meet in strange circumstances. I thank you for arriving and bringing.... Uchiha Sasuke with you. My family and I are in your debt strong warriors. I shall never forget the deed you've honored us with in the time of crisis and war."
Mei-ling scratched an ear before zooming over to pick up the fallen heirloom. She instinctively carried it to Hsien because it looked odd with not being in its rightful place.
Sasuke stepped away from everyone his eyes set upon the horizon in this new world. "This is where I take my leave. Yuuri you and Feena take care as well as Hsien-Ko and her family. I need to find what else is out there and find who I really am. See ya." Cleaning up the last of his kunai which he'd have to clean later he sprang upwards to the sky and left them to their happy victory.
Feena galloped over to see off Sasuke with a smile, "Be sure to visit Sasuke... We won't forget you!" Noticing Yuuri she sighed contently, "Yuuri... he really was a heaven sent angel. If it weren't for him showing up on the island..."
Yuuri nudged her with a smile, "Shh Feena... I won't question anything...I just know I'm with you now and forever."
Feena nodded to him with a blink of her eyes, "But what about Hsien and her son? They're badly injured and need help."
Hsien smiled letting herself come closer to Feena, "I'll be fine Feena. You have other things to worry about," she motioned toward Yuuri with a smile." Congratuations you two.

Spyro was hardly wounded but thats because he had the smarts to not presh things to the max like a hot headed fool. no he didnt want to risk anything just for someone elses revenge that he hardly cared about. he had used this to get closer to Cynder to give him time to plot against her and now he more than ever wanted pay back for her having gotten him in this situation.

Bai trotted on ahead, making sure the path was safe, she glanced back looking at her family glad they all made it. Including her aunt, who she would like to get to know, and try to understand why she wasn't a mare as well. So many questions, so much time to do it now that Cynder was gone. And a desire to become as strong if not stronger than her mother.

Martin felt as though a huge weight had been lifted off his chest as he saw the two Kalona's backing off. He was confident that his family would have survived the encounter without the angeni Sasuke, but maybe they would have been much more injured. It was a huge blow to his pride, but he was relieved that Hsien wasn't too much harmed, and neither Bai or his father. His leg was starting to stop bleeding, and the pain deadened, but it hurt like crazy still.
Qin was a little shocked as Hsien's hat came off, she looked so small without it, it was part of why he loved her, they had a connection to eachother. He was about to run in and snatch it off the ground, but Mei beat him too it. He breathed a sigh of relief as he saw it lifted off of the mucky blood stained ground. He walked up to Hsien's side and smiled, even he could see the love that those two soquili had for each other.
