Zypher leaned back to dodge the snow ball. He actually didn't want to get hit in the fae since his fore head and around the eyes would get cold from the snowball breaking on his face. The snowball cleared over his head as he watched it fly over him.
"I said you were clever knowing you would try something sneaky." Zypher said laughing. After all he had a sister who acted this way all the time.

Katherine gave a light shrugg as she walked beside him. "So how about you take me for a walk and freeze together? No more snow balls i promise." She said with a bright smile seeming delighted as ever it was a nice change plus there was a lot they needed to talk about.. or more that she wanted to be able to finally say to him.

"Sure, I can freeze, but only if it's for you. Anyone else would freeze alone." Zypher said laughing a bit. It has been awhile since the two of them have gotten the chance to talk and enjoy each other's company. He pulled his scarf down so it would be easier for them to talk with one another while they walked through the moonlit snow.

Ten steps later Katherine would speak to him. "I wanted to let you know how grateful i am that you came back and.. " She gave a slight smile watching the feet sink in the snow with the noise snow makes. "When you left I never got to finsh what i was going to say to you. I think you know that."

Matachi had seen this from far away he turns and shakes his head as the snow began to fall, he had taken the boys back up to the main house earlier. He pulled the black cloak piece up to his nose covering his face from the cold night breeze "Bring my horse." He said to one of the archers who nodded and took off for it immediately

"Yeah... I was a little ball of emotional mess at that point. I wasn't sure I would be able to see anyone again. So talking with you and my sister much longer and I wouldn't of been able to fallow through with my task. Of course now I'll listen to what it is you wish to say." Zypher said recalling the time.

Katherine smiled a bit that made sense. "If something had happend to you and i never got to say it i would have been heart broken. Then you would have never known about how much i cared about you. How much you have helped me." She smiled her purple eyes still watching the snow though. "When i thought Matachi was gone i think i would have died had i not had you around." She wouldn't say everything outright it was hardly allowed but from that he would get it.

Matachi unclipped his cloak letting the black fur fall off him and into the snow, his black fur coat falling off him keeping the black cloak pulled up over his head and face as he jumped up onto the horse "Head back for the castle." He said and the archer nodded taking off on foot to the llyr castle. Matachi's horse neighed really loud, his face hidden by blackness a spear wielding person sat on a horse to their view

"I see..... It's flattering you say that about a demon like me honestly. However the king is back so such emotions no matter how much they may be accepted from the other person must remain nothing more than feelings of good friendship. I could never do anything to hurt Lord Matachi." Zypher said. Of course she could pick up how he felt from that as well. He remembered when he stayed with her the night she was affraid from the doorway of where she slept. Of curse it was his job but there was indeed more in that, which he thought he was hiding very well. Tempest was always teasing him about that and Zypher always pushed it off as if it were nothing knowing she was still in pain losing Matachi. Then when Matachi came back there was no chance he could let that slip. But this time it was the queen fessing up to the truth. He could let a bit of the truth slip out hearing her say that.

Katherine herd the rider approch her purple eyes looked up stopping abit seeing the person. She thought perhaps it was one of Lord Morte's riders from the house, a scout perhaps she couldn't be sure. She looked to Zypher and then back to the rider with a friendly smile. "Hello there?"

Matachi hurled the spear with incredible strength it would slam straight onto the ground in front of them sending a combination of dirt and snow spraying it up onto them "I know the truth...Katherine...The boys will stay with you but I alone will leave into the woods of the forest." He said "You love Zypher, To think I came back loving you but you of course found someone else." He said before turning the horse dashing off with it kicking up snow and dirt with each slam of the hoofs like a small thunder

Zypher said nothing when the rider rode up in the first place feeling it was Mitachi's aura. He didn't feel Matachi's power earlier but he didn't do or say anything that said he would accept Katherine's affections. He wanted those two to stay together without his messy breakup. He never meant to have the queen fall for him or him fall for the queen. It just kinda happened that way..... The snow and dirt that came up on him while Matachi thundered off didn't affect him. He just felt bad that he was the cause of trouble for Katherine once again.

Katherine watched him thunder off. She reached out and touched the tip of the spear. Its not what Katherine had ment none of this was. She had only wanted Zypher to know in case soomething happend to them not to see.. Her soft fragile voice weaverd a abit as she said it. "O gods.."

Matachi jump off his horse and go into the main house straight to the boys room, there we grabbed the sleeping Mirza wrapping him up into his warmest of clothes and grabbing a few things of clothes putting them in his pack for him. Matachi carried him out of the house and back to the horse getting up onto it easily holding onto Mirza's sleeping form covering his face to keep him from catching cold before taking off again this time bringing the horse through the tree line vanishing into the night

"Give him time.... What were said were merley words that were meant to speak of feelings. Niether of us had intentions to betray your marraige with lord Matachi. When he sees that he will understand.... I hope at least." Zypher's words held hurt and apology in them. He didn't want those feelings to be known by anyone but himself. Not even Tempest was told of those feelings. He simply knew there was no room for love with Matachi being love of Katherine' life. Those feelings were back when he was dead and not coming back. Now Zypher would never and never wished to throw the king out of the picture.
