Zelyhon WhiteJoker I'll be about and around on business but I don't know yet if I will be stuck on booth duty or not. Zely: Zelo says you'll prevent me from humiliating him. I say you'll just laugh. Which is it? I dunno what he's smoking. I'm always sitting back and laughing. Hell, even if I tried to prevent it, I'd be laughing. xd Wow, Fanime's getting a pretty big turnout from the AG. I say we turn this into a planning a meet-up thread. As of now, we've got me, FFG, Phoe, Rosa, Joker, Zero, Rae, Hila, Keys and Jo. Ten AG members. We'll need to hang out or get food or something. How should we plan this? Hey, I'm going too. sad

I'd love to have a meetup! Sunday will probably be the best for me too, although I'm definitely trying to make it to the Gaia panel as well (that's on Saturday, right?). It might be hard to go out to eat as a big group, but....maybe we could have a mini-picnic or something? I could make cookies before I come down!! Anyway, it's just an idea. What do you guys think?

hilaroma I'd love to have a meetup! Sunday will probably be the best for me too, although I'm definitely trying to make it to the Gaia panel as well (that's on Saturday, right?). It might be hard to go out to eat as a big group, but....maybe we could have a mini-picnic or something? I could make cookies before I come down!! Anyway, it's just an idea. What do you guys think? The nearby college has its commencement that weekend so it might be hard to find good restaurants anyway since everyone's parents are in town... unless we're willing to drive/walk/lightrail a bit. Picnic room party might be cool xd I would have to check on the Gaia gathering. I'm still unclear on what if anything I'm doing for another department... the department head has not been responding to my emails. *wants to go to any Gurren Lagann-y panels/signings*

OMG there's going to be so many Gainax people there I"m so thrilled...
oh yeah, all the awesome AG members also makes it awesome! ^_^
I'll keep any eye on this thread to see what you guys come up with for meeting times/places.

We can walk a bit to find food. I mean, there are *plenty* of places around to eat. XD If we want to picnic or something, that would be cool with me.
Anyways, it seems like Sunday works best for those who know their schedules. Those of you working in the dealer's room, if we plan ahead of time, I would think that getting a little time off to meet people would be possible if planned ahead of time.
So, what say people to Sunday evening, 6-7-ish? This is all just plotting at the moment, and is still subject to changing, should it be needed.
