One slot per month, Mika. Since your slot from Lil was from February, even if you haven't gotten the custom yet, you can still try for a slot here since it's March.

yar,t o wehat skye and gelf said. you can only try for one slot, and yes you cna try for a slot even if you have a pending custom from last month.
and edits on the usdias i think are limited to hairstyles and accessories, nothing like wings or horns or anything (if i remember correctly)
