Another band to add to the list:
Napalm Death. All the members are atheists or have atheist ideals. Plus a few of their songs, most notably "Rabid Wolves (For Christ)", deal with religion.
Also, in response to your question Lime, I'm sure there are, just give me some time to go take a look see.
